Blue Goose's recent remodel is definitely an upgrade over its former look. What was once a dive bar now has the look of a legitimate cocktail and dining establishment. To start, my wife ordered the Shore-ly You Jest mocktail, which was tasty and refreshing. For our appetizers, we ordered the spinach and artichoke dip and the steak bites. Of those, I preferred the spin dip. Both apps came with a baguette, but chips can be requested for the spin dip. As for our entrees, we got the chicken sandwich, the goose burger, and the bacon-wrapped fillet, which was a special. Of those, the burger was definitely my favorite. It was cooked how I requested it (medium rare), and the fried cream cheese was a unique touch. The chicken sandwich was a bit bland, and the fillet was unfortunately overcooked. Overall, this is a decent place to grab drinks and/or a quick bite.

We went for happy hour on a Thursday around 2:30 pm. I love that they start their happy hour a little earlier than most (as I am a recent "retiree"). The menu features mostly drink specials. The only food disvlubr are the $1 wing dings. The drinks were strong, service at the bar was friendly, wings were above average (try the Jamaican jerk sauce - fantastic!) My perch sandwich was very good. It's served with fries and a yummy creamy coleslaw for $15. They have 1/2 off wine bottles/Ladies Night on Wednesday nights, wherein you can, for a $5 ticket, enter yourself to win a designer handbag! Thursday night is Trivia Night. The restaurant is very clean and friendly. With so much competition on the Nautical Mile, they're on track to keep a loyal clientele for years to come. Cheers!

I came here on a Thursday night for happy hour and trivia. At 5, I sat at the bar alone and made a few friends while getting some work done. The bartender was very attentive and super nice. We all gushed over how delicious the food was. I enjoyed the rice and beans, though everything seems tasty. The trivia leader does a great job and my team had a lot of fun! The questions weren't too difficult, but ones we still found challenging. It was a fun night out to laugh with friends.

Had to check out the recently remodeled place!!! They did a great job updating the decor. Service was great! I had the Rancher's Ribeye...cooked exactly how I ordered it. Drinks are good!! Once the band starts...you can't hear to talk so make sure if you're going to talk to each other..you go before the band because it's super loud!!!

Just popped in for a Beer and Dinner! Sat at the bar because the place was packed. Band Jody Rafoul was playing and they are amazing. The atmosphere was great and looked recently remodeled. My steak bite appetizer was a meal and was perfect. Ice cold tap beer in a frosty tall mug. Im definitely going back.

I received a yelp notice the Blue Goose Inn had opened/reopened. I love the remodeling they did, I will miss the old woodwork but the new style I think is much more inviting. Jen was our server and she was fantastic. Onto the food. My husband and I shared the Feta dip appetizer, the crostini loaf was amazing, warm, soft and crunchy with olive oil and Parmesan cheese. The dip was tangy and creamy. I got the Yellowstone burger with a side of Mac. Loved the burger was cooked perfectly, fries were seasoned and hot, the Mac was good and creamy but needed some breadcrumbs for some extra texture My husband got the ribs which came with fries and bean soup. The soup was a bit different as a side but very good. Ribs were tender but not falling apart with a nice amount of bbq sauce for him but others might want a little more.

Went for happy hour 2-5( nice early hours) prices ok.$1 to $2 off. Food option limited to wings. The ones I ordered with the garlic sauce had a good taste but unappealing consistency. ( some nightly specials like Tuesday Tacos). Service was friendly and efficient. The bar is large with nice lighting. Several high and low top options in dining area.

The steak tips and chicken wings are very good. Mel is always friendly. She came from Gilberts. Good move to the goose.

The second time we went it was sooo slow. It took at least 15 min to get menus once we were seated and took about 45 min to get the food once the server came back to take our orders, which also took a while. It was 2pm on a Friday, and other than what looked like a wrapping up work lunch (they had checks and boxes for leftovers when we were seated) there were only 2 tables of guests, so the delay was not due to it being busy. That day I got a side salad and a chicken wrap. The salad was very good aside from coming with an item I asked to take off. I did ask for no tomato, as you can see in the pic, they were added. I didnt get pictures of the wrap, but it was very meh. I would not order it again. I did not like the BBQ sauce that was used. Very overly sweet and not a good flavor. I also found there to not be a ton of chicken, it was like a second salad... TONS of romaine. I believe the wrap was called Lakehouse Chicken Wrap. Side note. We were seated near open windows and the construction was. Abit loud, which was ignorable, however! there was a phone on the server station that was ringing CONSTANTLY. I have no clue what that was about, but it was so annoying. We did alert a server but nothing was done about it. Overall, I would go back but maybe just for apps and drinks. The drinks was well made and they had a decent beer selection as well. The look of the bar is nice and I hope they can stay open longer than some of the other places that have been there!

There is a large parking lot, as the restaurant sits within a plaza with multiple other shops. The outside appears much smaller than this restaurant is. There is a large horse shoe shaped bar with ample seating surrounding, the garage door style on the one side of the restaurant is a nice feature too. Our bartender/waitress was Tiffany during Happy Hour, she was bubbly, efficient and effective with the busy time of day she handled all with grace and was definitely quick on her toes with suggestions and remarks! We didn't want her shift to end as she was just exceptional with food suggestions and mixing up a variety of drinks- no disappointments! We tried a multitude of items starting with Cajun rub chicken wings and bang bang shrimp-- they offer a buy one get one during happy hour so why not. Both items were cooked nicely and flavorful. Finished off with the loaded pepperoni pizza. This deep dish was cooked nicely and the crust was perfect with crisp edges and they weren't shy on cheese. We were offered more sauce, which I probably should have said yes, but it was perfect all in all. When back in the area, I think we have found are place to go.

The food? Fantastic. The service? Fantastic. The flavors? Supernatural. I'm talking "I should check my soul for fine print" levels of superb. And the ambiance? Blissfully not homophobic. A rare and precious thing in the wild. I felt safe, seen, and aggressively well‑fed. But here's the problem: they did too well. They gave me a perfect night. A night that cannot, should not, and will not be repeated. I refuse to return and risk discovering that the chef's infernal powers only work on Saturdays or during retrograde. So yes, go. Run. Feast.
