The NAME says it all...BRUNCH WITH ME! The ambiance is lovey, the service is great and the food is delicious. The lobster omelette melts in your mouth. It's a delightful and tasty breakfast option. It's loaded with lobster and every bite is heavenly. They give you a generous portion of seasoned potatoes. Your meal also comes with toast that is perfectly toasted. The fresh fruit is a nice addition. The meal is served hot and fresh. I was very pleased with my entree and the price was great. The staff is friendly and greets you with a smile. Had a reservation at noon wasn't seated till 12:20. When i checked in i specifically asked for inside then they had a problem, trying to find us a seat inside because who knows what reason there were several tables that were that were open we sat at a six top and we had the two seats on one end and there was 2 ladies that sat at the other end they got their food and left before we even got our food and then we were asked to leave because they were having more people come and sit. They added a gratuity on our bill for the 2 of us as they shorted the waitress because I would've given more than what they had asked, I told them that very rude to ask us to leave when we didn't get our food until much after we sat down. The space is clean and open and comfortable. The service was a tad slow for a weekday morning, but friendly. I ordered the American Breakfast during our visit, the bf ordered the French toast. The American Breakfast was average. The potatos were good, eggs basic and not super flavorful, toast was kinda boring white bread, but not bad. I wouldn't order this meal again as it just wasn't very unique, I really love a meal that comes with all the options without having to spend an arm and a leg getting multiple sides to get a potato, meat and carb together. I picked the American Breakfast also because I have particular tastes and so many items were a tad "elevated" with ingredients I just don't like. (Pickled onion, fig, goat cheese, to name a few) I was interested to see Cevapi listed many times on the menu, I don't see that too often at brunch. The boyfriends French toast was good, but we agreed that the bread was kind of strange. It was more thick baguette than any French toast bread we have seen before. Found this place while looking for a new brunch spot. It is beautifully decorated and has a cozy ambiance. It also has an outdoor patio that would be nice during warmer weather. They had live music and it was enjoyable; just wish it was louder because it did sound good. The server was nice, helpful and friendly. However, He kept frequenting our table to ask if we needed anything else and needed a carry-out (felt a little bit rushed) I know the space was limited but it wasn't people waiting, so I'm unsure why he kept rushing us. Looking for a chic place to brunch for my birthday, I came across Brunch With Me in St. Claire Shores, Michigan. Upon entering, I was immediately impressed with the esthetic. The neon signage the floral accoutrement, the piano, the lighting, the tables--everything was beautiful. The gentleman at the piano smiled and played "Happy Birthday" for me while the staff and a few guests joined in. It all set the perfect scene. I had to make myself stop smiling so I could eat. I brunched on peach bellinis, a lobster omelet, with potatoes and fresh fruit; and was given a muffin with a lit candle for my birthday. It was really enjoyable and the highlights of my birthday. My sister-in-law and I ate here on a Saturday afternoon. We didn't realize they closed at 3 so we arrived around 2:50, but they were kind enough to still seat us. What I will say is that this place is a bit pricey. For 2 people the bill was around $100 and that's with no alcohol. They also add in a 18% gratuity off top. I got the Crème Brûlée French toast. It was absolutely gorgeous, but it was honestly really bland as far as the toast itself. I didn't taste any vanilla and none of that toasted, sugary brûlée flavor I was expecting. To me, a good French toast is good before you even put the syrup on it, but this just tasted like bread dipped in eggy milk. The portion size was great though. All the sides were ala carte. The bacon and eggs were good, but that's not something that can be messed up too badly. I also got the tiramisu latte, which was also pretty, but the first sip wasn't good all. I really had to mix it and incorporate the syrup that was smeared around the cup to get it tasting decent. There was a lady finger sitting in the marscapone/whipped cream, but the drink itself wasn't giving tiramisu at all. I enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant and the presentation of the food was on point, so I'd probably come back and try them again . read more

Very expensive. I took my friend here from out of town. I was here in January. I paid $5 more for the bill because the dishes have gone up $2 and $3 respectively. Food was good, ambience and service was all good. 4 stars for that but prices for breakfast are way beyond what I want to pay. I had Huevos rancheros skillet for $23 and my friend had the American breakfast which was nothing out of the ordinary for 19.50. We both just had water. 18% gratuity is added in which the waiter did tell us about which I appreciate. $48 for two simple dishes of eggs and potato and a piece of ham and toast. The atmosphere was beautiful and everything we ordered was aesthetic / "gram worthy" but the prices for the quality didn't really match in my opinion. The iced coffee was $15 and that's nonalcoholic. It was a good drink but $15 is pretty insane for a cute coffee. Lots of sweet food options and very heavy on the Balkan sausage, not many bacon or standard breakfast meat options. I ordered the morning crave, online it said it had bacon but in person it was the Balkan sausage but I didn't notice that since I had already picked what I wanted before heading in. What happens if you have a bad experience and you are still forced to pay an 18% tip for bad service? The flatware and ramekins on the plates are gold plated or colored. Ordered a green mango tea, coffee with oat milk, ranchero skillet, no potatoes, whole grain toast, no açaí bowl today, got the morning parfait instead, side of cevapi, side of spicy Dearborn sausage. $101.06 with the required 18% tax. They offer up the Delight flavored creamers, no need for oat milk. The green tea is quite weak, not a lot of mango, peach or green flavor. The cepavi tasted like a small hamburger. The dipping sauce has a little bit of heat, it's not bad. The Dearborn spicy sausage isn't bad, the casing felt a tad too rubbery for me though. The morning parfait is good, the granola looks like a broken up Nature Valley bar. The whole staff works together to make your experience the best it can be. The crème brûlée French toast was soft and billowy. The dip seemed fairly light and insufficient. It was rather lack luster for me. It felt like I was eating soft white bread with mascarpone, syrup and some berries. I did like the sliced almonds on this at least. I wouldn't get it again. The ranchero skillet without the sweet potatoes looks rather skimpy, could have added more eggs or something else to beef up the dish. Well aware the potatoes are used as a filler for most brunch dishes. The jam in the small ramekin was hardly enough for one half of a slice of toast as it was. Chorizo has good flavor. Place is a bit pricey for what you get. Good service though. About $85 for breakfast / brunch, seems expensive for our 1st meal of the day if you ask me. This will likely be our most expensive breakfast / brunch to date in MI and the most expensive meal of the day too. We didn't feel the meal was worth the price. read more

We enjoyed the beignets (especially the chocolate ones!) and loved the lobster/ crab omelet-- the potatoes they served were fabulous too, and yummy grits. My son had the biscuits and gravy that weren't my favorite (I grew up in the South so I'm fussy here), but he enjoyed them. The only thing I didn't love was the 18% automatic gratuity... tho I would have tipped 20%, that's a pet peeve of mine (which made them a 4 star). Visited this restaurant after months and months of desiring to dine in on an early Sunday morning. The small quaint dining room is beautifully furnished. There are several garage doors on the perimeter of the three wall dining room. We ended up being sat next to one of the garage doors on December. I am normally quite warm so being on the colder side of things tends to not bother me. But it was quite chilly next to the garage door. Recommendation: during the winter months they potentially could hang thermal window panels over the garage doors to block the cold air. We did make reservations the day before and were able to take one of the last three reservation slots remaining on the online site. When we arrived I was expecting the dining room to be overly crowded during the holiday season. But it was not which enhanced the experience. The menu had a nice selection of options but was not too overwhelming. My dining companion chose a seafood omelette and I had the fish and grits. We both thought our entrees were quite tasty. We both had a Bloody Mary and were offered a choice of McClures or ZingZang. We chose ZingZang but it was nice they offered a Michigan based option. We shared a side of pancakes. They were not very interesting or flavorful when comparing them to the other entrees that were very nicely done. They were just okay. There was a violinist playing a mix of Christmas and contemporary music which added to the dining experience. Overall we enjoyed the experience and are definitely planning to visit again. Visited this new gem and we were so surprised at how great this place is! The inside is super cute and clean, aesthetically a cute brunch spot. The menu has so many different options to choose from. We chose the tiramisu pancakes and they were literally the best pancakes I've ever had. There were so different and so good. I have never have tiramisu pancakes and now I'll be looking for them everywhere . The lobster omelette was also so good and delicious. Everything came out so fresh and delicious. We kind of felt wedged into our table/booth section. Our waitress was fabulous, made sure we liked everything and had everything we needed. I loved my lobster omelette, I did wish there was more mornay sauce on top instead of the sour cream, I don't know if I feel like the sour cream enhanced the flavor. The potatoes were alright, nice seasoning but something felt like it was missing. We did try a side of the hollandaise and it was excellent. The pancakes were good, fluffy with a nice flavor but kind of pricey $10 for 3 pancakes even though a decent size, but still seems a bit much for some plain pancakes. Drinks were pricey and not strong. We did not order a second round. Food was healthy portions. At my table- avocado toast with smoked salmon, an omelette with lobster, and a juevos ranchero skillet. Only item left standing was the avocado toast. It was good, and a lot. The avocado didn't have a lot of seasoning on it and it was a bit bland. Decided to go to breakfast and try a new spot. Let me start my stating that this location has enough parking so that should not be an inside. Upon entering the staff greeting me and my guest and I was immediately seated. I looked over the menu and decided to order the crème brule French toast and Crispy bacon. I didn't like the French toast. I think it was bland but visibly a beautiful dish. I loved the bacon. My friend ordered the ham and the Bourbon Pecan French Toast. My friend thought her food was just okay. What I loved most was the decor and live entertainment. They had a violinist playing Adele "Easy". A few of my friends gave good reviews for this brunch spot, and suggested that I try it out, so I finally made it there to see what the hype was all about! A group of four of us went around 1:00 pm on a Saturday, and we were able to get seated immediately. The ambiance was very nice, there was live music playing as we walked in, the decor was nice, and there was a quaint and welcoming vibe. Our server from the beginning totally set the vibe wrong though as we were seated and ordering our food. She was not very attentive, nor very pleasant, and there were a couple of times that either myself, or someone in our party had to track her down to ask for extra napkins, water refills, and questions about our order. As far as the food; I ordered the veggie omelette with sweet potatoes, and a side order of cheese grits. My friend ordered shrimp and grits; and another friend ordered sausage and pancakes. Everyone stated that the food was fine. Although one friend stated the shrimp and grits were bland. And My only gripe if I had to state an issue, is that the sweet potatoes that I ordered with my breakfast, seemed undercooked. Otherwise the food was fine. I did speak to the manager after we paid our bills to just note a couple of concerns regarding the lackluster service of our waitress. The manager seemed to not be phased about the concerns and made excuses for the waitress. I also want to note that although no issue at all for me, but gratuity is automatically included on bills. Overall, the food was fine, and so is the eclectic vibe of the restaurant, but poor service and nonchalant customer service will always override my decision of entertaining a restaurant again. So for that alone, I will not be returning back to Brunch With Me.
