But on Mother's Day, they reached out to me to let me know they had gotten done with their deliveries early and could get mine out that day if I needed. I really appreciated that they took this extra step to help me out. It made my Mom's day and it meant a lot to me. I went here to check out prices for a wedding bouquet and corsages. The lady who helped me (can't remember her name unfortunately) was so nice and helpful. I told her what I wanted and she gave me exactly what I had envisioned and the prices were reasonable and affordable! So I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for the simple fact is I ordered my WEDDING BOUQUET from her and she didn't deliver. As a matter of a fact she didn't even make it she never called, email me or anything. I payed for delivery and everything else 2 months in advance. The day of my wedding my coordinator must have call her at least a dozen times and she didn't answer. Then when I went to get my money back she said that she forgot and why didn't we call her she at work that day. Really how unprofessional. She said she felt so bad and offered me flower but did she think that was going to make up for anything. So if you are looking for someone reliable this is not the place for you. read more

decided to try this florist after reading good reviews on Yelp. my best friend's dog was hit by a car and killed so I wanted to send her flowers to try to make her feel better after such a terrible loss and tragedy. I called and spoke with a representative to place my order. quick process which I liked. I was told their machine to run my card to pay was out of service so they would charge my card as soon as it was back up and running. the representative asked if I would like a receipt emailed to me and I said yes. so far so good - quick phone call to place the order and a receipt was on it's way. the next morning (day of scheduled delivery) I still had no email receipt. I decided to call the florist and got the same representative again. she told me that my card was charged and I would have an email sent to me within the me within the next hour. I was told my friend's delivery was leaving soon. 5 1/2 hours later, still no delivery to my friend and no email receipt. how can a delivery of flowers be a surprise to someone if you don't know when they will be delivered? you can't ask the person to stay at home to wait for the delivery. it's ruins the surprise. I called the florist again and was placed on hold for over 5 minutes. no one offered to call the delivery driver to tell him just to leave the flowers if my friend wasn't home. when I asked if he could leave them on the front porch of the person isn't home, a different representative told me 'its the drivers discretion'... the point of having flowers delivered on a specific day is for the person to have those flowers on that day. all in all, I experienced terrible customer service over the phone. luckily the flowers were finally delivered after having to call the florist 3 times in one day. I believe the representatives over the phone should have offered to contact the delivery driver to check the status of the delivery. still NEVER received a receipt via e-mail. don't offer one if you don't follow through and actually send a receipt. read more

We ran the bouquet to Blue Leaf, and even though they spent two hours to almost completely redoing the whole bouquet, she helped ease the stress and only charged us a simple repair price.
