I saw the great reviews and decided to try this flower shop to get a lei in school colors for my daughter's graduation. I contacted the owner who advised she would call me back to confirm she could get the colors I wanted. Owner called back and advised she could do it and I paid over the phone. I went to pick up the order today (week later) and they have no record of the order. After doing some checking they advised me they had the pick up day on my order day, which they said was a mistake. They obviously did not have what I ordered and only had white leis. The owner then came out and advised she could spray the lei in the colors I wanted and advised she was the one that took my order. She advised she could not get the color flowers I wanted, but failed to even give me a courtesy call to say she couldn't get the right flowers after saying she could. So basically spraying the flowers is all I could choose. Lei looks like a spray painted mess. Owner did refund my money (hence the 1 star). If you have a funeral, wedding or other important event I would not recommend this place. They are definitely not reliable. read more

So far so good I received a floral arrangement 2 days ago. Bad part-porched on a hot, windy day. POSTIVE- phone call that same afternoon letting me know the driver porched an arrangement. I responded, it's very hot and windy but seems ok. Kathy at the shoppe told me if they didn't look good in the next two days they will send another. I called on the 2nd day as the sunflowers were wilting and pink roses browning. Well they are sending out a new arrangement today! So all in all I received a beautiful arrangement on a day I really needed it and the florist is keeping her word and sending a fresh one today. I will recommend this business. Righting a Wrong- I ordered a Valentines Day arrangement for my 10 year old daughter. I asked her to send me a pic and much to my disappointment, the hydrangeas looked limp and sad. It was embarrassing and I was disappointed. That night I emailed Kathryn and thought maybe she should offer a partial refund. Much to my delight, she apologized and gave me a full refund. I have lived in the Upland area for more than 30 years, so I am familiar with several local florists. I wanted to try someone new. I called Wednesday spoke to Edith and asked for an arrangement with cream and pink flowers. I saw several beautiful pictures on the website that I thought would be perfect for my daughters birthday. How disappointing . They did not arrive at my daughter's work until almost 5pm Thursday, and were mostly greenery. Some daisies a rosebud not anywhere near the quality of what was pictured. AMAZING!! This review has been a long overdue, but I HAD to wait to write this review..like waiting for the end of a suspenseful novel! I didn't go through my usual "Yelp Search" ritual when I was looking for a local florist because I wanted to find a local spot that delivered and would allow me to do everything via my cell phone. Finding Blue Leaf was a peace of cake and I was able to locate them with a quick Google search! I was a bit nervous because they didn't have a bunch of reviews on Yelp,,and because the flowers were for my mother's birthday, and my mom deserves only the best! :) Blue Leaf is awesome because you can do everything online. Super fast and very convenient! I took one look at their gallery and I thought it would be perfect. I placed the order and they delivered it the next day. They actually take a picture of the your ACTUAL bouquet after they've finished arranging it and send you a picture. How cool is that?? I got the picture in my email and then waited..and waited...and then about 4-5 hours later, my mom calls and tells me how happy and thankful she is for the flowers. First go-round, I was surprised that there was such a long lag time between the creation of the arrangement and the delivery time. My mom was too polite (yes, even with me..) to say the flowers were looking a little thirty..but my dad wasn't. haha! Here's the thing that made this place a FIVE STAR rating in my book. Before I even got feedback from my parents on the flowers, Kathy called and asked how the arrangement was. My dad told her how it seemed to be drying out a bit..and she immediately offered to replace the arrangement. HOW AMAZING IS THAT?! My parents were on their way out of town that week, but today (almost an entire month later), they called Kathy and a new arrangement was delivered! My mom gave that arrangement its own 10 minute photoshoot to document how much happier she was with it..that's how I know Blue Leaf stepped up their game and really came through during their "re-do". AH- freaking-MAZING. Thank you so much, Kathy, for delivering on your promise with a beautiful and quality flower arrangement.. and for delivering happiness to my mom TWICE this year! I ordered flowers for a friend. I was disappointed with the arrangement. I'm posting a picture of what I thought I was ordering and the one my friend received. The picture from the florist is the standard, I ordered the deluxe, which was supposed to have more flowers. Well technically they added the hydrangeas but failed to add more than that. They left out some that were in the picture and the ones I ordered was supposed to have more. Little details like the eucalyptus branches were not included. The picture of their arrangement also looks professional, the one my friend got doesn't. The arrangement was pretty but noy like the picture. Looks like an armature arranged it. read more

I wanted to purchase a nice arrangement for my Nana's graveside, however, due to the COVID-19 crisis we are in, several florists are either not open or only offer delivery. I contacted Kathryn through email to find out if there was any way possible I could purchase a bouquet without it being delivered, she was kind enough to allow me to come to the shop and bring the arrangement out to my car as they are not allowed to have anyone in the building. There were specific colors I had requested and they did a wonderful job of meeting those requests and the arrangement was more beautiful than I had expected. I have to share my experience!!! My daughter's birthday is today, she passed away so today is very hard on my husband and our family. I called last minute trying to do something to cheer him up. When the florist asked the Occasion, I became very emotional!!! She said it's ok...cry as long as you want...I will wait!!! Wow!! I could barely speak, she said I could add a beautiful pink bow, I said ok...I then asked if I could please Add one pink Rose as well, she replied of course. Then I explained how my husband would be leaving his office by 4pm, she said we will take care of it!!!
