I decided to move to Arizona and needed a van. I called Enterprise Auto Sales in Reseda California and spoke with the manager. She said she could pick up a 2018 Dodge van with 22,225 miles on it from their Long Beach location. I love this van, it has served my relocation purposes well driving back and forth to Los Angeles six times...four years later I only have 44000 miles on it and will be using for hauling items pickup and delivery. The manager was more than efficient in getting the van to me within one day. The financing was fast and if the same management is as effective as in 2022, I definitely will purchase my next van here since I may be moving back to L.A. not definitively sure, yet. What is really impressive is the five year extended warranty through March 2027...I hope the warranty will be five years on the next purchase.

Sadly I was quite sheltered by my father for long time, and I didn't learn about a lot that I'm learning now in adulthood, and there you guys are to take advantage of someone like me... Your agent Mica, in Reseda CA is awful, and dishonest in my opinion...I've had to learn more on my own about car in 2 months, things that should have been told to me. I've had to call Tesla, and sit on hold for hours, and go to service center, let alone trying to self teach, cause she had to nothing offer about things I needed to know about using vehicle. Also, I know you guys lied and sold me car with huge crack in windshield that was found by tinter, and massive curb rash I had to fix on two wheels...Not to mention, all the technical, and app stuff Mica failed to mention at all, and how to setup and of it, which is required...On top of that giving me a loan with a subprime loan company in Westlake Financial and not being honest about how bad their reputation is, is trash. I already canceled your scam gap, and refinanced loan for under 6% gap for half the price. I will never buy another car from you, and now I can't trade into Tesla cause of negative equity right now being what it is. Your liars in my opinion, and Mica is a good one in my opinion, at lying il give you that. I didn't know questions to ask until after owing and driving car, and she knew it and took advantage. I'm also now, cause of Mica ignoring me, and my complaints about her, filing complaint with state AG as well as BBB. You've lost all my respect. Your managers at Reseda also are covering for Mica, and ignoring issue in my opinion, cause clearly dishonesty is your policy. Dale the area manager won't even respond, you all run away at the slightest criticism. You've lost my entire family and friends as customers for life... I also now have to wrap car for $3k as there r so many severe paint chips Mica and you guys purposely in my opinion, were not honest about, and if u had any integrity u would pay to wrap car with my trusted guy....Cause I would trust nobody u work with...But u won't cause u have no integrity, I mean u lied and deceived me right to my face to make sale in my opinion...I feel truly deceived and taken advantage of...     This is my second time purchasing a car through Honda of Reseda (Formerly Hamer Honda). I had…read moreoriginally purchased a new 2019 Civic Si in Lunar silver from Frank Nolji back in July of 2019- a fast and professional buying experience, as a first-time buyer. Throughout the years me and Frank have kept close communication, and he always asked how I was doing and that if I ever needed anything, to please reach out to him. He would leave voicemails for me every so often. I would always acknowledge him and I would also stop by in the dealership if I was in the area to say hello. Frank is one of the nicest and most sincere gentleman there is- down to earth and honest In 2025, I had established the idea that I wanted to purchase a new car and had a plan of purchasing in July of 2026. Originally, I was going to go with another Civic Si, as that's what I've always had. However, my mindset soon changed. I have always wanted a Type R (Though the Si has been in my interest). I reached out to Frank a month ago and told him that I would likely go forward with a Type R. I told him that I'm aware of the price these cars normally go for. I had no problem with a payment plan that is much more substantial than an Si. I explained to him that Sonic Grey was my color choice was a non-negotiable factor. He explained to me that it would be possible and that he would look into other dealers that had one. I had also communicated with Marlon (the finance manager) and Jazmine (a sales associate with Frank) and they were as so kind-helping to answer any additional questions or concerns. One evening, I get a voicemail from Frank informing me that he was able to allocate a Sonic Grey Type R. The next day I went over the numbers with Marlon and I told him that it's what I was expecting to pay and I gave him the thumbs up. The next day I got a text from Marlon and Jazmine that the car arrived. I came right after work around 5:30 and met Frank who had the car all detailed and waiting outside the showroom entrance. The car looked absolutely amazing and I couldn't be happier. I told Frank I couldn't be more appreciative of what he was able to accomplish for me. I turned in my keys, provided proof of my title for the old car, and did all the paperwork with Marlon. I was done with everything by 6:45 PM. It was by far the easiest and most straight-forward purchase I have ever with a vehicle, including the first time with Frank. He ran me through my vehicle set up, showed me some tips and techniques with the Type R. The purchase experience ended with a video interview by Marlon for their social media. I cannot be happier with my vehicle purchase experience with Honda of Reseda. Thank you again Frank, for all you do for me. I cannot express enough gratitude. I also want to thank all the staff who made this possible and for your professionalism and kindness.

    Run away. I purchased a car at Honda of Reseda, where we agreed on a vehicle and signed a contract…read more We had to wait one day for a cashier's check from our credit union to be mailed to us. When we returned to complete the purchase, the finance department told us the car we had a contractual agreement on was "damaged" and couldn't be sold, but they had a replacement. After some deliberation, we agreed to purchase the replacement -- it was the same model, year, and color. The only difference was mileage: the original car had 3 miles, while the replacement had 69. Finance claimed it had "fallen off a truck." But when we picked up the keys, a different employee told us the original car had actually been accidentally sold to someone else, and they'd had to source a replacement from another dealer. Their stories didn't match up, and that lack of transparency is why I can't recommend this dealership
