Also, I know you guys lied and sold me car with huge crack in windshield that was found by tinter, and massive curb rash I had to fix on two wheels...Not to mention, all the technical, and app stuff Mica failed to mention at all, and how to setup and of it, which is required...On top of that giving me a loan with a subprime loan company in Westlake Financial and not being honest about how bad their reputation is, is trash. I already canceled your scam gap, and refinanced loan for under 6% gap for half the price. I will never buy another car from you, and now I can't trade into Tesla cause of negative equity right now being what it is. Your liars in my opinion, and Mica is a good one in my opinion, at lying il give you that. I didn't know questions to ask until after owing and driving car, and she knew it and took advantage. In March 2022, after an auto accident when my car was totaled on the 101 Freeway in Los Angeles, I rented cars for a couple of years before buying a new one. I decided to move to Arizona and needed a van. I called Enterprise Auto Sales in Reseda California and spoke with the manager. She said she could pick up a 2018 Dodge van with 22,225 miles on it from their Long Beach location. I love this van, it has served my relocation purposes well driving back and forth to Los Angeles six times...four years later I only have 44000 miles on it and will be using for hauling items pickup and delivery. The manager was more than efficient in getting the van to me within one day. The financing was fast and if the same management is as effective as in 2022, I definitely will purchase my next van here since I may be moving back to L.A. not definitively sure, yet. What is really impressive is the five year extended warranty through March 2027...I hope the warranty will be five years on the next purchase. read more

WARNING. I had never purchased from a rental company before and never will again. This review is 5+ years in the making. I am a retired person on a budget. I bought a 2018 Subaru Forester in 2020 from Enterprise. At the time, a new vehicle out the door would have been just over 31k. I thought I was getting a good, though not great deal at its sticker price of 22k. Bleary eyed after 3 hrs in the office I stumbled out with having paid 28k. Almost 30 percent more! At the time I had estimated having to pay 10-12 percent additional for tax etc. So be it, I'm a sap. Got wrangled in to warranties I never used and more... I was tired, thirsty, hungry and frankly just wanted to get the heck out of there. Still, I felt I had a great car (it's a Subaru after all) and now, even though I've paid top dollar for a used vehicle, I'm done and will have years of good use. Not so. Apparently, this car had been driven so aggressively that I ended up spending thousands over the next 5 years! First to go were both front axels. Then bushings, then control arms, then muffler system, catalytic assembly.. you name it, I paid for it on top of all the regular maintenance. I would love it if Enterprise would take the car back and reimburse me but that is unrealistic. I'd sell it but I've sunk so much money into it that frankly, I can't afford to. This was absolutely the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle! When I walked into the office, people were dancing and laughing, and they offered my son and I water, coffee, or hot chocolate. They had just an overall positive atmosphere and treated us like we were the best of friends without the fake feeling you sometimes get from car salespeople. I recently came to this location, October 7th to be exact, to purchase my first car after my 2003 Toyota Corolla decided it no longer wanted to be on the streets (fixing it would've cost more than the car was worth). Five days later- car broke down because of both batteries were bad. Enterprise warranty said that the batteries wasn't covered because it was "normal wear and tear". Diego was very patient with us. It was obvious he wanted to see us get the right vehicle. We had him there late Saturday night, but he never complained, and took it all in stride. I drove out to Enterprise to purchase a vehicle. There literally is nowhere to park in the nearby vacinity. It's stressful. I parked in an adjacent alleyway. I explained the issue to Garbiel the salesman. He went out to see where I was parked and spoke to the manager. I was assured that I could remain parked there. Lots of customers park there I was informed. I was told it was a safe place to park. I agreed to return the next day to view another car and perhaps arrange a deal. After leaving, I realized there was a little parking ticket on my windshield. I called Gabriel. He spoke to the manager. He told me on the phone that once I purchased a car, they would cover the ticket. The business obviously knows that if you park in the alley, tickets are routinely issued. They obviously use the parking ticket deal to swindle innocent potential customers into purchasing vehicles in order to get the ticket comped. There was no apology. This situation is significantly unscrupulous. It's reasonable not to feel comfortable purchasing a vehible from such an unprofessional business. read more

Called ahead to request a quote on a car buy back and asked if they could accommodate me stoping by 30 minutes from then- they said oh course!!! 30 minutes later I'm there and they instead shuffle me from people to person because they didn't expect me to come- take my keys, stick me at a table outside of the office from the person who took my keys. All while his office is filled by co workers running in and out like kids talking about Vegas trips, Costco pizza and juice cleanses. Sounds like the really were slammed with work -___ - I finally walk in his office when it's void of his coworkers after 30 mins and ask for my keys back if nothing was going to happen. I was then informed that getting a quote takes 45 mins from the time it starts, so it would be 45 more minutes... awesome you lunch order is more important then helping a customer that is literally sitting in your office. In April 2011 we purchased a 1 year old 2010 Hyundai Elantra from Enterprise. The purchase experience was sub-par, but I attribute that to the inexperience of the associate helping us. The price was reasonable and on par with what our research showed for a 1 year old car in excellent condition with 30K miles and a clean carfax report. Unfortunately, as we found out in 2015 when we went to trade it in, instead of the approximately $7000 it should have been worth, it was only worth $3500. The carfax report showed it had been in a serious accident in March 2011. Enterprise, as the owner of this former rental car, knew full well that it had been in an accident and doubtless intentionally dumped it on us at full price knowing that carfax would not have been updated yet to show the accident. They essentially scammed us out of $3500. This is not just a problem with the Reseda location, but rather with the ethics of Enterprise Used Car Sales as a whole, because the car was transferred from a lot in Arizona. I advise staying away from Enterprise. They are no better than any other shady used car seller. read more

The only problem I had with this dealership is that I had a hard time deciding which car to pick - they have so many great cars at a great price. One of the good things about Enterprise Car Sales is that they give you 7 days to drive whatever car you buy to make sure it's the best one for you and that you're completely satisfied with your choice. I always wanted to have a Chevy Cruze but I've also seen a Ford Focus that I really liked and the sales person Tammy told me that I can take the Focus and come to see the Cruze the next day and she personally went out of her way to bring the Cruze that I wanted to see as well.
