Started out fine. They had a great sales pitch and we were tired of excess charges from the last company. As of 2 weeks ago, the pool has not been swept, algae has been a constant since summer, and I have spoken to the guy doing the cleaning multiple times. I left a note in my control panel 2 weeks ago regarding the pool cleaner and the algae. He never even opened the pool control box. On Wednesday of last week, he could not have done anything other than skim the leaves off the top and vaccuum the bottom. Algae all over the steps and ledges, so he certainly didn't brush at all. Thursday I had the pool tested and the chlorine was very low, so he's not even testing the water. I have called twice and been assured my message is being given to the manager, but no phone call back. Their response to my complaint last week was to send someone out to clean my filter. It was just cleaned 2 months ago. I am very frustrated at the lack of customer service. Do not recommend. read more

The guys came out to our home at the end of day on Friday and got us back up in running quickly. My wife had read their reviews by others and wanted to find someone who understood pools and would be dependable and knowledgeable. I met with them yesterday and within 10 min they figured out and fixed our issue. They were super courteous and we will definitely call them the next time we need service. read more

Started off well last year after switching (Yelp reviews helped decide). Ran into issues in October 2021 with the pool equipment, and seems the weekly servicing did not include checking to see if the equipment was operating normally. No response from voicemail left, email sent and then after 8 days, tried Yelp and got a response. Problem was not resolved and continued for another 3 weeks. They had replaced the pump when they first started in April 2021, but wanted to charge for another pump? I reminded them about replacing it only 6 months earlier and they did something to get it going, but did not replace it again. The issue was "resolved" as of early December. Should never have taken that long. Recent freeze in February was the end for Blue Oasis. Contacted them on Feb 23rd, 2022 about the pump stopping (tripping breaker), spoke with someone in their office. No reply via phone, email or Yelp for 4 days. Ended service after that. I understand that during emergencies, it may be hard to contact everyone, but Yelp is a quick "message" away here. This review is my opinion and your experience may be different, I wish mine was. read more

I used Blue Oasis Pool Service for about a year, switching because (1) of the Yelp reviews and (2) because they quoted me some stone work and I preferred to have the same company doing the cleaning as the pool repairs. Fast forward a number of months -- the stone work was not done, with them constantly delaying when it would start. A guy finally did show up but then left in 10 minutes. I got a call saying that he'd been in a wreck and they sent me a picture of his car (which was totaled). The thing is, I have cameras with video of his truck and THE PICTURE WASN'T OF HIS CAR. I told the person from Blue Oasis that and the guy just said... "I'll be honest with you, you really should go with someone else to do this work. We don't have anyone in house to do this." Well that would have been nice to know when I received the quote. Fast forward a number of additional months -- my pool doesn't seem to be operating well, the hot tub is draining periodically and not heating and they keep telling me "we see no issues with the equipment". They keep dropping tablets in the skimmers which keep blocking the skimmer water lines preventing proper circulation in the pool. On the last service, they also break the piece that supplies water to the pool sweep, and they don't even tell me. So I get fed up and fire them. My new company came out... (1) the pressure valve on the filter wasn't working and the pressure was way too high which broke a piece in the filter (which is why I had so much sand in my pool), (2) the pool salt levels were way off, and (3) the hot tub pump had been manually overridden which is why hot water wasn't going to the hot tub. Good news -- they fixed everything THAT DAY and I have a pool company recommended by a friend that does a great job. Bad news -- wasted a lot of money and time with Blue Oasis. read more

They are here no matter the weather and do a beautiful job of keeping my pool sparkling. They are quick to come and repair if I have an issue with equipment, pumps, and parts and have fair pricing. Last year maintanence was good, this year lots of problems, was a customer but now no longer. I call, leave a message, never hear back. Pool equipment not checked properly, a filter was left broken and unreported for weeks causing DE to blow into pool, timers not set properly causing equipment to run way longer than necessary, a hose came loose from pump and water spilled out while I was away. Message to leadership: return calls the same day to clients, report equipment problems immediately with photos/videos, don't let the techs get lazy! read more

I had them starting February. They came once & did a thorough cleaning, and it never happened again. I have cameras showing that the workers just dump a powder in the pool and leave or they take a photo of the pool and leave without doing any work. My pool has been green for months. In May I called to cancel my services with them, the lady on the phone was incredibly immature and was talking to me as if we were breaking up at 12 years old, taking EVERYTHING personal. She then told me I couldn't cancel my services until I speak with the owner. Why would I need to speak with the owner over something so little? That's supposed to be the offices job. And of course, the owner "was busy" & she'd "leave a message". I have still not been able to speak to the owner and every time I call I get that same rude woman with an attitude because she knows what I'm calling for. I had to change my banking information so they can't charge me anymore. They're the worst company! SO NOT SO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! read more

Happy, finally! This is our 4th pool cleaning company since moving into this house 3 years ago. Previous companies either: would not* show up weekly or the pool looked dirty with debris even after they came to clean. We have been pleasantly surprised with Blue Oasis considering our experience with previous cleaning services. BO is professional, consistent and they send you a picture of the (clean) pool with a list of items they addresses that day, like amount of chemicals added, scrubbed tiles etc. The pool is looking great week after week. I think they are a relatively new company and at first they had to hire more people to come work - that seems to have sorted itself out. I can see why they'd be growing fast. They even installed part of our pump hose for us (we bought the part) with no extra "labor" charge. They will keep us for customers for a long time with service like this. I've told my neighbors about them and am taking the time to write review as have been very happy with them! read more

Only reason for four stars is that they had a truck breakdown and did not let me know they were not coming that day. Rudy and Co are fantastic. I had a calcium buildup on my pool from a past resurface gone wrong and he came out and whipped my pool into shape... with a drain, acid bath and power wash.
