POKĒ BOWL | Regular (3 scoops of protein)
Andrea Q.

Quick service again! Was able to get in and out for my lunch. As part of the rewards I took advantage of the $1 off today. The employee did mention next week they will be doing orders on the kiosk so just an FYI.

Love the poke here! Good location, friendly service! The restaurant is always clean and organized. Prices have gone up over the years but that's true of most places! 2025(12)

Meets basic standards, I haven't been in a long time because I think prices have definitely gone up. However, I do appreciate blue poke every now and then. Getting the regular bowl, even sometimes a small bowl, will always make me full. I also appreciate that they sell spam masubis! They make them in the back so it's an additional wait after paying for them, but I thought they were pretty good! Both times I've went recently, it's been a clean dining environment and the staff are always nice and accommodating!

The food is always fresh! We are always greeted when we walk in. The staff have great suggestions! I tried their spicy sauce and it was delicious!!! Definitely check it out!

We used the self service to order and after 30 minutes we were wondering why it was taking such a long time when there wasn't many people in. Probably 3 of us. When my husband went to ask at first they couldn't the ticket and after throughly looking they found it. If my husband doesn't go ask, we could've been waiting forever. They didn't apologize, didn't offer anything such as a free drink, free bowl. This is unacceptable. They should've asked us if they see us sitting here waiting for our food and they probably noticed we hadn't received it. Moral of the story, skip the double points and order with them to avoid having them skip your order. Customer service should improve- offer a free dessert, drink, bowl, something.

Unfortunately it's over priced & mid :/ We spent over $70 and the ratio was so tiny for a poke burrito you're better off going somewhere else. It's nothing personal it's just not worth $20 lol

Wrong order by a mile I mean a blind person could've gotten my order right.

placed my order 2 hours prior to them closing, somehow they don't have white rice so they replace it with brown rice that's fine, but when you mess up the entire order not for just one bowl but two ?? Walked in wasn't greeted and all I hear is the workers laughing and not even acknowledging me and to make matters worse once I arrived they also didn't even have my order ready. That's when they decided to let me know that white rice wasn't an option. Maybe don't say my food is ready if it's not even prepared or the right thing. Terrible place I decided to give them a second shot never again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

*fresh food * great flavors * great service * casual ambiance * great music Spacious area great for lunch time not to busy. Love that they have a variety of different side options, sauce option and protein options. The cherry on top for me is quinoa option! Must try.

Joan was an amazing server!!! She made my bowl with care and made the experience a 10/10!

Fresh ingredients. There is a spiraled cucumber option for the base instead of white rice, brown rice, and spring mix, which was awesome. Low carbs and super refreshing. Clean space, clean restrooms. Prices weren't too bad. I'd definitely come back.

A favorite in the quick poke game. The seaweed salad is my favorite here. Their veggies and seafood is always fresh and tasty.

What is in the blue pokē sauce?

Hi. Our blue pokē sauce is our signature sauce that is a bit sweet, a tad tangy and mostly savory. Itss made with soy sauce, rice vinegar, fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh squeezed lime juice, dashi and white pepper.

Are you still doing dine in?

Hi. We are currently only offering take out and delivery dining options at this time - in compliance with the current county regulations.

Do they marinade the fish in sauce or do they serve it on the side?

The bowls are built just the way you like it, so you can add the sauce to the fish or ask for it on the side. Our fish is not pre-marinated.

I have a lot of Filipino friends. You kind of have to, living in San Diego County…read more Like many people, I became interested in and appreciative of their culture through the food they eat, and I'm lucky to have been introduced to that food not in restaurants, but by several of my elderly Filipino customers, for whom I do computer work. It seems that whenever I get called to Chula Vista, National City or Mira Mesa, there's always a lola waiting for me with a broken PC and a plate of pancit or a freshly-fried stack of turon. Years ago, knowing that those friendly, insistent ladies will offer to feed me, no matter the time of day, I started scheduling appointments to their houses at lunchtime, because, well, it's just bad manners to say "no, thanks, I already ate." On my own, I learned to love kare-kare and the popular Pinoy variants of pork. I still crave the Rellenong Alimango (stuffed crab) I had, years ago, at a Filipino food stall in Singapore. After the bars close, I'll often hunt down a plate of sisig. And I'll follow any such meal with something sweet, like hopia, halo-halo, or anything ube. But I'm also a big fan of Filipino breakfast, and that's where Zarlito's comes in. I've never eaten there after 10 am, and while I'm sure I'm missing a lot of good stuff, I've been happy with the breakfasts I've been served, not least because the ladies running the place are kind, always seeming tickled to see a large white man enthusiastically chomping through plates of their food. Any -silog will do the trick. Zarlito's always offers great food at a decent price. I'm glad the place is still around, and whenever I'm in the area, I try to stop in. You should, too.

We tried their Beef Kare-Kare, Sotanghon Guisado, Large Crispy Pata, Pork Dinuguan, and 3 bowls of rice. Everything was delicious but the one I enjoyed eating a lot was their CRISPY PATA, very nice crisp of the pork skin, the meat was well-cooked, not dry nor undercooked, just perfect. Service was friendly from our server and also the man in charge of the Karaoke was very nice, offering us to sing and even saying thanks to us for dining when we were leaving. Plenty of parking around.

Hubby and I were literally blown away by the richness, savory, thickness and flavorful stew. Kare Kare is my all time fav Filipino dish, and THIS has been the best I've ever eaten. Guys, please order this, you will not regret it. The lechon is such a unique touch to this Filipino classic. Never had it crispy, honestly it exceded our expectation. And def will be on rotation. We also got the Tortasilog, and man...the smokiness and flavors, just delicious. Another all time fav. The flavors just hit. The sisig fries were good, a San Diego spin on one of my fav ulam's. Flavorful but a bit too vinegary for my taste. But if you're into that, you must try it. I loved how they had a menu with pictures, it really helps those who have never had the pleasure to try our food. Your eyes eat first and I think visually the pics were mouth watering. We wanted to try everything. The ambiance is really cute, I enjoyed seeing the sari sari store and all of the native goods from the motherland. I'm a filipino/american born and raised in the US, so I enjoy seeing my culture everywhere. Great service, ample seating. Highly recommended local joint. Can't wait to try more dishes. We will absolutely be coming back!

So it's casual and still comfortable. The decorations are also super cute with the "tindahan" setup at the front. It really adds to the vibe. Now the food... the food is amazing. Everything we've tried so far has been delicious. We try to get something new every visit but one thing we alwaaaysss have is pansit and either go to or mami. Honestly, this place gives the most authentic Philippines vibe here in San Diego. Eating here genuinely makes me feel like I'm back home in the Philippines. The workers are kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. They speak Filipino and don't try to overly Americanize the experience, which makes it feel even more authentic. I seriously can't stop recommending this place to people because it's just too good!
