This place I decided to give another chance after a bumper repair on my Maserati. Only took over 3 months!!!!! 3,500 worth of damage. Never answers they're phone!! EVER!!! Always lying making up some bs excuse about paint not being in or whatever. Crying about having to work on a Saturday and can't be with his kids and bad help. I own a 2009 Cadillac DTS and managed to break one of the tension rods in the trunk. After dropping by several repair and collision shops including two who claim to only work on Cadillacs, I was told that the parts that older model was discontinued. I took a chance and visited Majors Body & Paint. Discussed the situation with the GM John Sferle who immediately make several phone calls and managed to track the part required in a Colorado warehouse. It had to be the only one that exists in the world. Had the part shipped to his shop and although there is no know document to show how to install the tension bar, he and a staff member were able to install the bar. They also provided a very reasonable price to have repairs done. I have been in the customer service arena for quite some time before retiring. During that time, I was taught great consumer service is finding a way to say "YES" even though the answer would ordinarily be "NO". After visiting several body shops that day and being told no way. It was terrific to have a business tell me they will not give up until the job is done and I a satisfied. Thanks John and your staff at Majors Body & Paint. Great job. With such great reviews, I wish I got to find out how great of a job this shop does. After about 5 phone calls asking to speak with John the painter leaving my number and being told he was either busy, not there, just left, can't find him by the secretary, I finally got to speak to John and was quoted pretty reasonable on a bumper I had purchased from dealership. we agreed I would drop it off and either he would have it done by Dec 3 which was about 2 weeks away or if I dropped it off now he would try to get to it between jobs before then. I dropped off the bumper and time came and went, after over two weeks, the same secretary made every excuse in the book on why the bumper was not done yet but that "it JUST went to the back today, so he should be working on it." A couple more weeks go by and I call again it's still not touched, I just finally gave up and decided to pick up my bumper. I'd rather pay more money somewhere else and actually get the job done. read more

Took my 2010 corvette here for" minor" damage front bumper fairing damage. 6 weeks later i still do not have my car!!! I never once got a phone call to update me on progress, i always had to call them to ask what was going on with my car obviously nothing! This was after i waited 2 weeks to get it in in the first place. i called them! one day they tell me it is ready i go up to get it the left side of air dam rubber seal is missing and center piece still torn (the old parts) compound from buffing dried on my grill. Johnny JR.owners son said i will order those and get them here tomorrow! (The key word) and fix it i want you to be happy! great they got the parts I called them of coarse to find out. THREE! days later still no car! no phone call. was told by lady answering phone they are working on other cars! i called two days later and I told them i am coming to get my car today weather you are finished or not!! Installing those pieces is a three hour job at best!! and i waited my turn so put someone else car on hold that came in behind me and finish mine! absolutely ridiculous!! the way this business is ran if it wasn't family owed everybody there would be fired!! I will see what happens or how my car looks today when i go TAKE! it away from them. This place is HORRIBLE. Do not take your vehicles to this place. They had my vehicle for about a month and a half. This entire time they dragged their feet for three weeks they done nothing but let the vehicle sit without communicating this to me. Especially John he is a absolute liar. John was telling me parts was on the way and they weren't, I got a chance to talk to the company where the part was coming from and they told me the part hasn't been sent. I went into the shop unannounced at over a month and ask to see my car and my car was sitting outside in the back taken apart for no reason. You don't take a car apart unless you know you definitely can repair it. My car was taken apart never fixed which was due to a school bus hitting my vehicle. My car end up being deemed a total loss when in reality if Majors Body and paint had done their job and not dragged their feet the car could have been repaired. After all this waiting John tells the insurance company that is costing lost of money to get the part sent. It doesn't take a month in a half to figure out what it's going cost for a part to be sent. Again, John is a liar and has a bad attitude as I got to see when I was in the shop. The shop is cluttered with cars, hot mess. Beware, don't take your car to this shop. read more

I was involved in a accident , where a deer hit my 3 week old 2017 Honda Accord :(. I called Majors and had my car tow there . John, And Kirk are amazing guys . I would call and check ion my car , they were polite and courteous, professional, I would get updates on my car at least once a week. From the friendly staff, to the addressing of every need (if you ask nicely, of course), this shop went above and beyond to fix my vehicle after being hit by an uninsured motorist. Even after getting my vehicle back from repair, I heard a noice I hadn't heard before, and the owner of the shop was on his back underneath my vehicle in the front parking lot addressing it before I left. This is the most unprofessional, impolite, and all around most terrible customer experience i have ever had in my life. I could write a full paper detailing how many ways they failed me but I'll give you the highlights. Insurance estimated a 15 day repair. They took almost 5 months! To get my car to me. They never once called me to update me on the status of the car. Every time i called them they would blatantly lie and tell me it would be two more weeks. Only sometimes do they answer their phone. Highly recommend Majors for body work. Their estimate came out near the insurance estimate, so no haggling over price. The work was done within a 24 hour period- just some bumper work from one of SA's finest drivers that managed to hit my car while it was parked. Anyway, the staff were super friendly and gave me a ride to pick up and drop off my rental, and the work was excellent! They even vacuumed the car out for me. Wanted to let readers know what kind of experience you can expect at Majors Body & Paint from my recent visit. My wife had an accident with her 2016 Mazda 6 on the 6th of January. I brought her car to the Sferle family who treated our situation with the utmost professionalism. John kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. When I picked up her car this morning I was greeted by Johnny and his Dad and they both explained what work was performed to our car and even showed me photos of the vehicle during the repair of what additional damage was discovered by their trained technicians. The Mazda has never looked better!!! The body work was impeccable, the paintwork is seamless and matches perfectly!! In April of 2016 my 2015 Mazda had been damaged in a hail storm. After calling around to multiple shops I was able to finally find an available appointment from a shop at its earliest, on October 18th 2016 at Majors Body and Paint. That day a supplement was written, and I was told to bring my car... back the following monday (October 24th) for an adjuster from Geico to come by and for repairs to be started. I began calling for status updates on October 26th. Each time I called the phone was answered by Juan. And for a week straight I was told that the adjuster had arrived and that they were waiting on the paperwork to be finalized before beginning repairs. In the beginning I was very understanding and patient since this was the first time I had ever had to deal with an insurance claim and repairs. I called multiple times for the next week, this time, Juan, had given me very vague details about the status of my car and told me that an additional supplement would need to be filed. Finally, on the 10th of November, I had called and was told by Juan that the shop had finally received the proper paperwork and would begin repairs the next morning. After speaking with Juan, I called Geico to confirm that everything was completed that was necessary to begin repairs. It was at this time that I was told that the only supplement in the system was the supplement that was filed on the 18th of October and that it had been canceled since my car was not in the shop when the adjuster came by. First thing the following morning (November 11th) I walked into the shop to ensure that repairs would not be started and had intentions to get my car back as I was 9 months pregnant (Due the beginning of December) and could not afford the rental car once my insurance had stopped paying (30 days of coverage). It was at this time that I spoke with Jr. I expressed my frustrations and concerns and he seemed genuine when apologizing for the inconvenience and stated that my car would be placed as a high priority and that they would help me if repairs extended past the 30 days by deducting the out of pocket rental cost by taking it out of my deductible of $500. I was then again apologized to and was promised that it would not take another 3 weeks to complete. I again called everyday for status updates and was pleased that the supplement had been accepted and repairs were started. After approx. 4 days of calling I was told that the rest of the repairs were waiting on a hood as they had ordered the wrong one and that proper one was on back order. I continued to call everyday and was told that they were still waiting on the hood to arrive. I went into labor on December 4th and didn't call for an update until December 6th. I was told that my car was currently in paint and would be put through reassembly and details and would be done by the end of the week, or monday at the latest. That monday I called the shop and was told that my car was IN LINE to be painted, and SHOULD be done by the end of the next week. When I finally picked up my car they told me that they couldn't get my back hatch to open and that I need to take it to the dealer because it was probably a computer problem. At this point I was completely done with the company, so I took it that day. When I took it to the dealership to fix the hatch, they called this shop to cover the cost of repairs. The owner then insured that his workers did quality work and that they were not liable for the cost of repair. It turned out that it was indeed NOT a computer problem and that they had forgotten to plug in a couple antennas. The Back hatch and passenger side door did not unlock because of their quality work and attention. This cost me an additional $350 on top of the rental cost I accrued. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. They will lie to you and cost you THOUSANDS of dollars. read more

They treated me with respect and they were more helpful than out to take advantage of you. When I picked up my car they had cleaned the car inside and out for me. Absolutely the worst customer service ever!! If you're looking to have poor customer service, poor quality work, additional damage to your car, partial repairs (not fulfilling original agreement), no communication, extension after extension of competition date, rude workers, lies about submitting supplemental claims - then this is the place for you!! We had both cars in the shop for over a month each, the only phone call we received was to inform us to make sure we brought our insurance check. The day I picked up my car after being in their shop for 39 days, I discovered they damaged my restraint system, defroster, new scratches to my door frame, and my cowl was destroyed. My husband's vehicle had a scratch that they literally just painted over without filling it in, despite the insurance claim stating it was to be repaired. I would NEVER recommend this place! They had great reviews from 2015 but I think we all found out the hard way that they value stealing from people especially with the hail damage. they took in way more cars than they could ever possibly complete within a reasonable time. Their "family" atmosphere is just back biting, since they just talk bad about the other workers. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY! Do not make the same mistakes we did!! read more
