    Recently took in a 2 year old Aussie that we found roaming the streets so that he could get groomed and looking fresh so he can find his forever home. Even with severe leash anxiety and somewhat nervous, Max and his colleague did an absolute fantastic job catering to his needs and making him look beautiful! If you're looking for the best groomers in OC, go to Blue Ribbon Pet Grooming! They are hands down the best and super patient with all of their clients. 10 out of 10!

    Donatello's first time at the groomers! We showed a picture for reference of what we wanted and they did not disappoint , we loved the outcome! 100% recommend this place.

    First time taking my husky to get groomed and she was a little scared at first, but she quickly warmed up and trusted Max, the owner. He was incredibly sweet and made the whole experience really comfortable. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service, and the place was really clean. It only took about an hour, which was great. My husky came out super soft and fluffy after her bath. If you have a husky or another double-coated dog, I definitely recommend bringing them here. I'll definitely be coming back!

    Daisy is such an amazing woman! My dog is very difficult to work with and gets trazodone for each grooming session. For some reason the drowsiness did not kick in and my dog was having it, but Daisy handled him so well! When I picked him up she thought she didn't do a good job, but she was literally one of the best groomers my dog has had. Thanks Daisy!

    Max, the owner is amazing! You can tell he LOVES animals. My dog is very tricky when it comes to getting groomed and Max got him handled! The price is super fair. He's also efficient so I don't have to wait all day. The place is also very clean and neat. Just great vibes all around. I'm so glad I've found this place!

    We brought our rescue in for his first real grooming and they did a fabulous job! They were so friendly and caring about our pup. The shop is beautiful and clean and quiet. You can tell they love dogs, love what they do and really care about their clients.

    It's hard to find a groomer who listens to what we want in a grooming, and follows through! More so, the staff, especially Daisy is helpful and very friendly! They recently renovated, and the facilities and atmosphere are great! Most of all, my forever pup always leaves stress-free for all dog lovers, I totally recommend this place!

Finding an appointment was easy. They were able to see my Yorkie, Belle, within a few days. Actually, they were so patient with me as I tried to gather her vaccination records, and even reschedule. They were kind enough to accommodate a quick reschedule, and we were able to follow up until appointment time. I have a very specific cut I like for my pup, and Pawstatic executed it perfectly. She looks so beautiful! I love her cut from her head to her whole body. They even sent us a cute picture of her. No doubt, I will be taking my Belle in again for future grooming.     I was recommended to go here by a friend of a friend. This…read morewas my pups first grooming experience. Making the appointment was easy enough. The pricing is by weight of the dog. They ask for vaccinations records and need the 6month shots before they take your dog in. The reception area looks like a spa. It's clean and pleasant. There is a gate by the front door so dogs can't run out onto the street if the door opens. Unfortunately you cannot see into the grooming area. They keep the door shut at all times and there is no viewing window which is different to what I've seen at other places. To me this was a red flag. I told the lady at reception what i wanted and she translated in to the groomer. The entire grooming experience was done very quick, they took an hour and a half. Is this a good thing? I thought so. Until I saw my dog. The cut was uneven and choppy. His face didn't have a good finish. He had been nicked with the shaver in a few spots and had blood. His nails had not been cut. And he was dirty!! I actually called back to ask them because I genuinely thought they forgot to wash him! She didn't acknowledge anything I had to say or check with the groomer. She claimed everything was done and he's clean. She wouldn't listen to the fact that when I rubbed a wipe over him the white wipe was brown! I could see bits of white fur all over his black coat. It was gross. She said you can wash him again if you like! We had to wash him again at home and I re-cut his mouth area myself. Disappointed with their reaction to my feedback when i called so unfortunately here it goes publicly for everyone to see.

Dave was super patient and informative and gave us great tips for helping with Knox's energy and excitability. Not only that, he did a great job navigating our other dog, Maddox who was along for the ride and sometimes really interested in Dave's treats! Dave helped us with methods on how to help handle Knox's excitement when new people come into the house and to keep him calm when he sees dogs on walks and some things in-between, providing step-by-step instructions for ways we can work with him to get him to those calm places. We really liked his approach and the kindness he showed our dogs. So many places we looked at used electric collars and it was not something we wanted to do, so we were really happy when we found Dave!

He took time to get to know our family and tailor Hank's training to his personality and needs. He is incredibly knowledgeable and we have seen a huge improvement in our dog's behavior. We also started taking both of our dogs to EveryDog Daycamp and it has been amazing to have a safe place where our dogs can play with other pups without me worrying something might happen to them.     We've been bringing our pups to the Jamboree location for quite a while, and up until the beginning…read moreof this year, we had nothing but positive experiences. Last year, we brought them frequently and always felt confident leaving them there. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the facility felt clean, and our dogs always seemed happy to be there. That's why it's so disappointing to see how much things have changed since the ownership transition. Since the change in ownership, we've noticed a significant decline in the overall experience. The staff no longer feels as friendly or approachable. While there are still a few kind employees, several team members come across as cold and unhelpful, making drop-off feel uncomfortable and even a bit intimidating. It no longer feels like the warm, welcoming environment it once was. We've also noticed the facility doesn't seem nearly as clean as it used to be. Our dogs consistently come home smelling strongly of urine after daycare. We occasionally check the live cameras throughout the day and frequently see urine sitting on the playroom floors for extended periods before being cleaned up. If messes in the common play areas are left unattended, it raises concerns about how often the kennels are being cleaned when the dogs are resting. Combined with the odor our dogs come home with, it has made us question the overall cleanliness of the facility. Another noticeable change is how little time our dogs now seem to spend in the play areas. We'll pay for a half-day of daycare, and by the time we pick them up, we're lucky if they've spent more than 30 minutes interacting with other dogs. The majority of their visit appears to be spent kenneled. We choose daycare because we want our dogs to have a safe, clean environment where they can socialize and play. If they're spending most of their visit in a kennel, it's difficult to justify paying for daycare when they could be comfortably resting at home in a cleaner environment for free. Customer service has also become frustrating. Recently, one of our dogs came home without his collar. We didn't realize it until we got home, so we called the facility and were told someone would call us back because they were too busy at the moment. We never received a callback. After calling several more times over the next few days without getting an answer, we ultimately had to drive to the facility ourselves just to ask about and retrieve the collar. Pickup has also become much slower than it used to be, often requiring a long wait before our dogs are brought out. We're genuinely disappointed because we loved this location for a long time and trusted the team with our pets. Unfortunately, since the ownership change, we've experienced a noticeable decline in cleanliness, customer service, and the overall level of care. We hope these concerns are taken seriously because we'd love to see this location return to the high standard that made us loyal customers in the first place.

It goes to show that the groomers really do take good care of her. They've literally been part of her life (at least for her grooming experience). She always get the full service groom, which includes haircut, bath, nail trim, paw trim, ear cleaning, and anal gland expression. Usually it takes about 1.5-2 hours depending on how busy they are. Once she's all nice and clean, the groomers always call or text me saying she's ready. Sometimes they even dress her up with a cute little bow~ There was a time while they were grooming her, they found a small scab on her body and immediately messaged me about it. It wasn't their fault actually, but it was because my dog was playing too rough with the two dogs we had at home. I do super appreciate that they reached out on this. It goes to show that they do care about animal welfare and immediately bring anything that could be worrisome to my attention asap. Definitely love their service and friendliness! I even got my cousin to bring her dog here! :)

They've been pretty accommodating especially when it comes to moving appointments up (or back) and one time when I was off by 30 minutes, they called (were very nice) to make sure I was still showing up. And still took us. Our dog is a Hungarian Puli so his coat tends to cord on its own if we don't brush it often (which unfortunately we don't). Kawaii has been great about taking out any mats and camouflaging it as best as they can. We usually have a great laugh when we pick him up as he looks like he's heading to a job interview instead of his shaggy self. They've also been working on our Siberian cat who we didn't get groomed until we got our dog and he was gumming her up with his drool all the time. They've been great about preserving her coat and sending her back to us fluffy and clean. They definitely deliver a consistent product and have been very easy to work with.
