I dropped off my dog in the morning around 8 and when I came back to check in on him around 12pm, the man at the front said " well you are really early but let me check..." in the most passive aggressive way lol. I even said no worries if he is not but there was just unnecessary hostility. 30 minutes later I get a text saying my dog was ready and then when we left the plaza already, they call us back to say the groomer forgot to trim his nails.. So.. what were you guys doing for 4 hours? Never again

Her approach is completely client-centered and incredibly thoughtful. She truly prioritize my dog's comfort and well-being. On top of the wonderful care, the grooming itself is always excellent. She always double checked how short I wanted his hair and always references the notes the staff takes on his last trimming. The haircut is absolutely perfect, the nail trimming is expertly done, and my dog comes home looking clean and beautiful. The entire operation is super professional, organized, and always timely. If you want a skilled groomer who truly cares, this is the place to go!

Most of the time, our dog's cut is incredibly cute though once in a while there is a slight miss. They will usually try to get you the look you want and make adjustments as requested. The only note is that pricing jumped near 10% at least two years in a row. With tip, it can cost nearly $150 or more for a small dog cut, which does seem pricier. Would love to see price increases calm down so we don't get priced out of affording their services. With that said, we still keep going because it's hard to find the level of service and good to great grooming technique used by the Spaw. We have not used other services here so will not comment on that. Plenty of parking and decent availability, but I would call at least a couple of weeks in advance for scheduling. Thank you for keeping our dog looking cute!

They ask for vaccinations records and need the 6month shots before they take your dog in. The reception area looks like a spa. It's clean and pleasant. There is a gate by the front door so dogs can't run out onto the street if the door opens. Unfortunately you cannot see into the grooming area. They keep the door shut at all times and there is no viewing window which is different to what I've seen at other places. To me this was a red flag. I told the lady at reception what i wanted and she translated in to the groomer. The entire grooming experience was done very quick, they took an hour and a half. Is this a good thing? I thought so. Until I saw my dog. The cut was uneven and choppy. His face didn't have a good finish. He had been nicked with the shaver in a few spots and had blood. His nails had not been cut. And he was dirty!! I actually called back to ask them because I genuinely thought they forgot to wash him! She didn't acknowledge anything I had to say or check with the groomer. She claimed everything was done and he's clean. She wouldn't listen to the fact that when I rubbed a wipe over him the white wipe was brown! I could see bits of white fur all over his black coat. It was gross. She said you can wash him again if you like! We had to wash him again at home and I re-cut his mouth area myself. Disappointed with their reaction to my feedback when i called so unfortunately here it goes publicly for everyone to see.

We brought him in at 13 weeks to the EveryPup Program, where he is in a clean and disinfected facility with other safe and healthy pups and he gets training every day by Dave. Almost from day 1 we started noticing huge changes, and he matured so rapidly it's like we have a different dog! He is very calm, polite and attentive, and has been able to self-regulate so well. Dave is always available for our questions and follow ups, and he sends over progress notes and photos every day from training sessions. We also would ask him about problem behavior such as counter surfing or jumping up on people to greet, and Dave would target those specific behaviors as well. We also appreciated how fast and quickly they acted on our puppy swallowing something he shouldn't have, and immediately gave him some hydrogen peroxide to get him to throw it up, which saved us from extremely expensive and likely traumatic vet visits and possible surgery. Very grateful! Every day we pick up our puppy he is so happy from a day of playing and getting love from all the staff, and is tired and ready for some cuddles and naps when he gets home. The staff here are so caring and really love each dog, I trust them to take care of our puppy. Highly recommend!

Last year, we brought them frequently and always felt confident leaving them there. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the facility felt clean, and our dogs always seemed happy to be there. That's why it's so disappointing to see how much things have changed since the ownership transition. Since the change in ownership, we've noticed a significant decline in the overall experience. The staff no longer feels as friendly or approachable. While there are still a few kind employees, several team members come across as cold and unhelpful, making drop-off feel uncomfortable and even a bit intimidating. It no longer feels like the warm, welcoming environment it once was. We've also noticed the facility doesn't seem nearly as clean as it used to be. Our dogs consistently come home smelling strongly of urine after daycare. We occasionally check the live cameras throughout the day and frequently see urine sitting on the playroom floors for extended periods before being cleaned up. If messes in the common play areas are left unattended, it raises concerns about how often the kennels are being cleaned when the dogs are resting. Combined with the odor our dogs come home with, it has made us question the overall cleanliness of the facility. Another noticeable change is how little time our dogs now seem to spend in the play areas. We'll pay for a half-day of daycare, and by the time we pick them up, we're lucky if they've spent more than 30 minutes interacting with other dogs. The majority of their visit appears to be spent kenneled. We choose daycare because we want our dogs to have a safe, clean environment where they can socialize and play. If they're spending most of their visit in a kennel, it's difficult to justify paying for daycare when they could be comfortably resting at home in a cleaner environment for free. Customer service has also become frustrating. Recently, one of our dogs came home without his collar. We didn't realize it until we got home, so we called the facility and were told someone would call us back because they were too busy at the moment. We never received a callback. After calling several more times over the next few days without getting an answer, we ultimately had to drive to the facility ourselves just to ask about and retrieve the collar. Pickup has also become much slower than it used to be, often requiring a long wait before our dogs are brought out. We're genuinely disappointed because we loved this location for a long time and trusted the team with our pets. Unfortunately, since the ownership change, we've experienced a noticeable decline in cleanliness, customer service, and the overall level of care. We hope these concerns are taken seriously because we'd love to see this location return to the high standard that made us loyal customers in the first place.

It goes to show that the groomers really do take good care of her. They've literally been part of her life (at least for her grooming experience). She always get the full service groom, which includes haircut, bath, nail trim, paw trim, ear cleaning, and anal gland expression. Usually it takes about 1.5-2 hours depending on how busy they are. Once she's all nice and clean, the groomers always call or text me saying she's ready. Sometimes they even dress her up with a cute little bow~ There was a time while they were grooming her, they found a small scab on her body and immediately messaged me about it. It wasn't their fault actually, but it was because my dog was playing too rough with the two dogs we had at home. I do super appreciate that they reached out on this. It goes to show that they do care about animal welfare and immediately bring anything that could be worrisome to my attention asap. Definitely love their service and friendliness! I even got my cousin to bring her dog here! :)

So, the extreme detailed and precise care W&W provides is so, so invaluable. They're really great people :)

I've been bringing my golden doodle, Delilah, to Blue Ribbon Pet Grooming since she was a puppy--almost five years now! Over the years, I've always appreciated the care and attention she's received here. When the original owner sold the business, I was a bit apprehensive, but I've been pleasantly surprised by the seamless transition. The most recent owner and his sister have been wonderful with Delilah, and it's clear they care deeply about the pets they serve. While we miss Daisy, the previous main groomer, the overall experience under the new ownership has been great. Delilah came home looking and smelling fantastic, and it's evident she feels comfortable and well cared for during her visits. I'm happy to continue trusting Blue Ribbon with Delilah's grooming needs. It's comforting to know she's in good hands with people who treat her like family. I recently took my Boston Terrier, Rocco, to Blue Ribbon Pet Grooming, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment we walked in, it was clear that this is a place where pets are genuinely cared for. The new owner, Max, is incredibly friendly and professional. He clearly puts 100% into his work, and it shows in every detail. Not only did Rocco come out looking amazing, but I was blown away by how calm and comfortable he was during the whole visit -- and trust me, that's not typical for him. Max must be a dog whisperer! The grooming quality is top-notch, and the personal attention Rocco received really set this place apart. You can tell Max truly loves what he does, and it makes all the difference. Love it! My dog daisy is maltipoo and i used to take her to petsmart (not saying they are the same) but stopped when i saw one of the grooms get mad at her and start yelling at her. Laura is the best she leaves my dog just how i want her. As for the open floor plan some people claim that they have to many dogs, but if you look closely you'll realize that the crates are the size of other grooming grates. Totally recommend her! just got my pooch groomed yesterday and she looks great. They were able to get her done on time that i asked. After reaching out to several grooming places for quotes, one place stood out--they called me back promptly after I expressed my interest, and they offered a fantastic first-time customer discount, which I thought was a wonderful touch. I took my dog there, unsure of what to expect but hopeful. To my surprise, she seemed incredibly comfortable with the groomer right away, which is unusual because she's typically a bit skittish around new people. I was amazed when she walked over to the scale on command and actually sat down--a feat she rarely accomplishes with anyone other than me! I explained exactly what I wanted, dropped her off, and to my delight, I received a call much sooner than expected saying she was ready. When I picked her up, she looked absolutely fabulous! I did ask for a little touch-up in one area--a tidy-up for her bottom--and the groomer took care of it without any fuss. The best part? My dog was so calm and relaxed with the groomer. Given some past horror stories with other groomers, I couldn't believe how smoothly everything went this time. It was pure joy to see her happy and stress-free when I brought her home. While the prices felt a bit steep, I realized that having my dog groomed without the anxiety for her is totally worth it. I can't wait to bring her back for another pampering session!

I paid 45 for a bath for my dog with trimming and ear cleaning. I will say the guy who handles the front desk is kinda difficult to communicate with and i had a lot of struggles booking over the phone. My only thing is that I am not sure if they were understaffed or overbooked but the bath for her took almost 2 hours so I was waiting in the area for a pretty long time. Her coat and skin have actually been really good since bringing her, so I'll probably be back but hopefully the wait won't be as long

It took me to no accountability, no empathy and made me realize that some business owners are definitely in it for the money and not for the real purpose of the service they offer. Lynn, you are a terrible business owner, you are not true to your word, you don't offer sympathy and accountability. Doing a high-level summary here - in January, I took my rabbit to get groomed there. I understand that this is a cat and dog grooming service. However, her new groomer had reached out to me because she just moved to this new business. I had been with Daisy for many years and trusted her with my rabbit. When I dropped my rabbit off not even 20 minutes later, I got a phone call saying that my rabbit's tail was bleeding from her being brushed and that I need to take her to the vet to get it looked at. I rushed over there all scrambled minded to pick her up and took her to numerous vets that which no one was able to see her. It was obvious that my bunny was in shock and she was hurting but bunnies hide pain very well. I finally took her to VEG in Anaheim Hills and they showed me the extent and severity of the tear of her tail. The bill came out to be over $1000 and her tail might have been amputated, fortunately at the end the great people of VEG was able to save her tail after a month of taking her every single week to get it looked at and re-bandaged. Spoke to Lynn and she did not take any accountability and did not want to pay or help pay the bills. I myself was not expecting to have a hospital bill just a grooming bill, but it happened in her facility and I expected for her to take some kind of accountability which she took none. She then finally decided to meet me halfway and pay for half the bill, which I was very happy about. She was very stern on the phone with no kind of empathy and made it seem like it was my fault that my bunny's tail was bleeding. After many months of her saying the check was going to go in the mail. I got back from being out the country on a five week trip and it still was not there. So I called and said I was going to swing by and pick it up. She then sent me an email saying that she changed her mind and will not be paying anything towards the bill. What a terrible person and no integrity at all. Be aware going here because she only wants your money and does not care about your pets at all. Business owners like her should be ashamed of how they go into a service industry for your pets, which are like family, but she does not think of them like that at all. It was obvious from all her conversations that we spoke to on the phone that she really does not care about your pet. She only agreed to pay half when I said some things about her, not having any empathy and not caring for the animals that were brought into her business because to us they are family and our babies. I didn't have a problem paying the bills by myself, but it was her demeanor and lies.

It goes to show that the groomers really do take good care of her. They've literally been part of her life (at least for her grooming experience). She always get the full service groom, which includes haircut, bath, nail trim, paw trim, ear cleaning, and anal gland expression. Usually it takes about 1.5-2 hours depending on how busy they are. Once she's all nice and clean, the groomers always call or text me saying she's ready. Sometimes they even dress her up with a cute little bow~ There was a time while they were grooming her, they found a small scab on her body and immediately messaged me about it. It wasn't their fault actually, but it was because my dog was playing too rough with the two dogs we had at home. I do super appreciate that they reached out on this. It goes to show that they do care about animal welfare and immediately bring anything that could be worrisome to my attention asap. Definitely love their service and friendliness! I even got my cousin to bring her dog here! :)
