He walked us through the whole process, answered all of our questions, and helped us design the perfect pool for our home and family. Christine was also wonderful and extremely helpful along the way. They also offer financing options, which made the process even easier. After installation, we did have an issue with the top rails that turned out to be a manufacturer defect. Ed Levine was extremely helpful and made sure new top rails were ordered for us at absolutely no cost. I really appreciated how Brothers 3 stood behind what they sold and continued to take care of us after the installation was complete. We also used Brothers 3 to close and winterize our pool at the end of the season, and that service was wonderful as well. They added all the necessary chemicals, disconnected the equipment, winterized everything properly, and put the pool cover on for us. It was so convenient to have everything taken care of professionally and not have to worry about doing it ourselves. She's knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor! Craig went out of his way to make sure we got the liner delivered right to our door, as it was out of stock in their showroom on the day we went in. He doesn't know how much we appreciated him doing this. Built me a very expensive and leaky pool. They convinced me for years that it was fixed again and…read moreagain, only to experience the same problems over and over: chemistry issues, salt, chemical & water loss. They ultimately blamed me for the leak and wanted to charge me several thousand for a pressure test. I finally decided to move forward with a pressure test at the end of the 2024 season, only to have Haven's new Sales rep try and convince me that the marble dust was my issue. Later the rep called me drunk after playing golf trying to close the deal for new marble dust to the tune of $30-40K. Last year, at the beginning of the season, I had a reasonably priced pressure test done by East West pools and found out that my pipes were fine. They applied $20 worth of silicone around all of the fixtures (including the deep end light which I suspected to be the culprit the whole time) while the pool was empty. For the first time in 20 years my pool is holding water! I feel like an idiot ever trusting Haven; glad its over.

They sent one guy to open my 60X25 foot pool, which has a large amount of commercial level…read moreequipment, although it is for my residence. Pool was not as clean as from other companies. Worse yet, the tech put acid in a chlorine tank. When I went to refill the chlorine, it caused a gas reaction which could have killed me. They emptied to incorrect acid when I called them, but no apology. They even tried to charge for the acid they incorrectly filled! Now that it is time to close, the INTELLICHEM probe tubes are not with the equipment, so I must pay for new ones. They claim to have left them here, but I did not recall seeing than anywhere since the probes were installed after the pool opening. Unfortunately, finding an honest, competent pool service company is a real challenge! I will add to this review after my closing by a different company. I could not trust Haven to close properly as they do not take responsibility for their services.

We hired them for a power vacuum and were scheduled for Monday 6/22 between 11-3. When I got home from work at 3:30 the pool techs were fast asleep in their van in my driveway. Once they woke up they worked for about an hour and told me they don't have time to finish (but had time to nap) and said they would reschedule me for later in the week. They left a hose running in my pool without telling me and it ran so long it almost overfilled. We were scheduled to have them come back and finish this Saturday 6/27 between 1-5 and they never showed up. No one called to inform of us a change in scheduling. When I called to cancel any future services with them and express these concerns all I was told was "I understand." I never post reviews, but we are extremely disappointed in the service we received and after getting minimal response when I called to express these concerns, a review felt warranted.

They were true to their word from start to finish. We first met with Steve, the owner, who thoroughly went over everything we needed to know about the process of building the pool, the timeline, materials. He worked with us to create the design of the pool making sure he incorporated all of the wishes we had, made excellent suggestions and addressed all of our questions and concerns. Kelly, Marla, Krystal and all the girls in the office were very professional, friendly and extremely organized. They gave us a guideline of when they would call to set an install start date (which was way earlier than expected), when to pick the liner, when the payments were due and all pertinent information that we needed. The pool itself was built in less than 3 weeks. Dakota worked with us on designing the beautiful patio and his guys worked so hard and did an amazing job completing it. Pool and patio were done in exactly four weeks. At the end, Jack came and taught us "pool school" and went over everything on how to maintain and care for the pool.
