A paper sign on the door is great when there's an early or extended closure, but that paper sign should be complemented by posts on the website and/or social media. In the past few months, we've probably come by on (at least) 10 occasions during business hours only to find that the business was closed...That's a 40-minute round trip from where we live in neighboring Stephens City, only to come home disappointed. I've never called and had a staff member answer the phone, so if we can't even call ahead... G&G needs a system that communicates closures to demonstrate more respect for patrons' time. We've hired G&G to cater our professional events and even our wedding brunch. It isn't too much to ask for a heads up when they know they won't be open during regular hours, right? Ps.
