It appears to be a one-man mom & pop shop - extremely unprofessional. He must have been called a liar a lot. I complained about the sloppy (and simple) job. He said it's the part, and I said it's obviously an installation problem. He suddenly went ballistic: "are you calling me a liar'! Really? I felt a psychopath tried to intimidate me! Evidently he has been called a liar often! The shop is so unprofessional that they don't give you any paper to prove that you leave a car there. I said that I will give him a very 'good' feedback. Superb Service! These guys do a superb job every time I need help with my car. My interaction mostly has been with Jonathan who is brilliant at what he does. As most of the reviews suggest, these guys are hobbyists turned professionals. I moved to Atlanta a couple of years ago and was blue ridge was recommended to me by a friend of mine. Only after visiting this place and meeting Jon did I realize how much I was being conned by the mercedes dealership at baton rouge where I lived before. My knowledge of my car has enhanced a lot in the last year and half of knowing this place because Jon takes the time to explain you what's happening with your car and what he will be doing, which many of the other shops don't (especially the dealerships).
