I always enjoy their adult grilled cheese it's always my go to. We always get served fairly quickly and never have an issue.

Sometimes on point, sometimes it takes an hour to get your food. Overall they need a menu with a larger variety of food.

Tried them again...nice to see they covered the old, cement floor with carpet squares. Chilly draft...music loud, again, and irritating...don't they learn? Used to go here once a week for just a salad. As of late though the quality of both their food and service has gone down hill. For example, last time I ordered the bourbon glazed mushroom Swiss burger, what came out was a dry burger with a couple mushrooms and cheese with cold tater tots. What should be a quick experience takes longer than necessary depending on who your server is and if they're able to be found. These aren't isolated incidents but we tried giving them another chance in hopes it would be better. read more

Wouldn't come back here unless you paid me. And even then I'd say it's not worth the time. The staff is terrible. Our waitress was slow and timid. We all ordered simple sandwiches. Mine was a patty melt which was bland as could be. My mother got the prime rib sandwich (they were out of the turkey sandwich she wanted apparently) and it came with wilted lettuce and NO sauce. My father got a Ruben which had questionable ham instead of corned beef. ALL of our fries were dark brown and flavorless. We ordered hot wings and they brought us bourbon wings with blue cheese drizzled all over them and I hate blue cheese. But that wasn't the issue - we ordered hot wings, not bourbon wings. Not to mention that when they brought the wings back they were the exact same wings just tossed in the hot sauce. Will NOT be coming back. read more

The burgers are to die for. I love the American burger or whatever it's called with American, Swiss and cheddar cheeses. The fries are also delicious!!! Always good service whether it's to-go or dine in! Oh and make make sure to save room for the brownie bites. They are heaven scent. read more

Kitchen nightmare, call chef Ramsy! The service was ok the food was not. We had the pretzel for an app and it was very hard and over cooked. The honey mustard sauce was great. I had looked at the menu online and of course what I wanted was no longer on the menu. I ended up getting the smothered chicken sandwich and it was terrible. I ate all of two bites and told the waitress that the mushrooms on it were bad. She could have cared less, didn't even offer to bring me something else or comp my dinner. Great staff excellent food very nice selection of beer and wine. They seem to have a very creative menu with some new twist. Monday to Saturday they have different nightly specials ranging from meatloaf to past and a great deal on Wednesday and Saturday on an 8oz sirloin for only 8.99. The staff is all very friendly and attentive but not overly interruptive. The kitchen staff is very good at what it does with excellent food and very quick at getting you food. We've ordered take out here 3 or 4 times now. Every time the food has been pretty solid. I don't recommend their chicken alfredo, but it was passable. Their homemade chips are great. Love the BBQ pork nachos, their quesadillas, and their shrimp! I was REALLY surprised at how delicious the turkey mushroom fajita wrap was! I really enjoyed and will get it again. We were looking for a casual place to grab dinner around 9 p.m., and stumbled upon Blue Sky Cafe and Bar. The first thing that struck me was the atmosphere; it was on the classier side, but there were still plenty of TVs around the room to watch games and the news. The beer and wine list was more expansive than I expected; not huge, but it had more than the standard AB/InBev products and Missouri wines that we're used to seeing in suburban eateries. They also had a huge list of martinis, which we didn't get a chance to try. The service was prompt, and the food was fantastic! There were probably 10 things on the menu we really wanted to try. In addition, the prices were very reasonable, and the french fries were deliciously seasoned - not those frozen crinkle-cut fries. We'll definitely come by again! read more

One of the first places I went to after I moved here, and have been a fan since. It isn't a classy place, but isn't a dive bar by any stretch either. The service is always very prompt and friendly, and they have hockey on... I like this bar. The food is great, I have yet to have a bad meal there. Their home made chips are pretty damn good, too. The negative reviews are from people who probably have much higher standards for a bar & grill style restaurant- it's not a 5 star place, it's where you can drink, watch the game, and eat a sandwich. read more

Very nice neighborhood establishment. Have been going there for years. Have never had a bad experience. Have a very nice selection of food and drinks. The drinks are never weak, and always go down very easily. They have a wide variety of martini's on the menu if that is your sort of thing. The menu has a nice variety of foods from ribs (which are delicious) to wraps, to burgers and salads (the cobb salad is huge, and really good too!). They just adopted a new chili recipe which is quite tasty. They make their own potato chips which are really, really good. The deserts are home-made and are delicious. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and quite frequently, you can find the owners there keeping busy, or simply having a drink of their own early in the evening. They play music, both inside, and out on the patio, and occasionally have live artists there to entertain you. There are a fair number of "regulars" there on any given night, both on the restaurant side, as well as on the bar side, which attests to the quality and atmosphere of the place, and says something about the staff as well. Look for their special events as they are a real treat. Every couple of months, they have a wine tasting or other "pairing" event where certain beverages are paired with four or five courses of food. These usually sell out quickly and are worth the price. Try Blue Sky a couple of times...they will make you feel at home. read more

Live in winghaven subdivision and eat here a couple times a month. Food is always well above average. Flatbread pizza is the best. Good place to relax with a couple friends, have a few drinks, eat some good food, and watch the game. Service has always been good, but I have not say in the dining room. It was cold and the boccoli hadn't been washed. I had the Rueban, it was dry and meat full of gristle. Waited another 20 minutes for the check. This place was pretty good. I found this place using yelp. Upon walking in it looked like any other bar/restaurant I have been too, definitely not a dive though. I didnt really know what to expect. Started with drink, since they use martini as logo on menu I thought id go for it. Drink was good, I got a dirty kettle chilled, no complaints. Wife got a Tom Collins also made just right. On to the food. I got the Cuban with chips and her the Gyro with fries. Chips were awesome, They were so hot when they came out I had to wait to eat them. Cuban and Gyro were both great sandwiches. Overall good experience as wait staff were friendly and courteous. Our bill was 36 with two meals and 4 drinks. So very reasonably priced. One top of that they have specials Monday-Friday and happy hour. read more

I am so surprised by all the reviews about bad service!! I have been here many times and have never had bad service! The wait staff is friendly and attentive. Admittedly things get a little crazy when they are busy, but I still feel as if the staff is doing their very best to keep up with the demand.
