Corned beef hash with two eggs over easy ride toast home fries and coffee fabulous
Allen T.

I'm looking for a diner today and some of the cross Blue sky diner fabulous place it seems like a lot of regulars go there family owned and I had the best corned beef eggs over easy I ever had and I have to mention that corned beef hash had to be homemade not out of a can delicious

2 1/2 years after the plandemic and they're still scared to death. Masks on all staff, ugg. The echo is deafening in here, can't hear, can't read lips... Breakfast omelet order arrived fast. Waitress dropped off the plate didn't ask if I wanted anything else. Tabasco would have been nice. They were good, above average on coffee refills actually. The westerm omelet was good as were the home fries. They "never heard" of chicken fried steak, something I had a hankering for today. Being canvassed to register to vote was unique, apparently the portly woman has taken up station here, as she returned to her booth and scanned the new arrivals, approaching them directly after ordering their meal.

Stopped by for a quick bite. Conveniently located just a minute or two off the highway. Food here was delicious. Everything cooked perfectly. Attentive waitstaff. Fast service. Good coffee. What more could you want from a diner? Perhaps more evenly distributed chocolate chips in the pancake would be nice.

Typical new England diner. Serve breakfast and home style cooking all day. The infrastructure is old. Service is good.

As soon as we pulled into the parking and saw two police officers and at least four to five people from nearby businesses enter we knew we chose the right place. My wife had the cinnamon raisin French toast and I had the same thing I always get so I can make a good comparison (two eggs over easy, hash browns, rye toast, bacon and a side of sausage) Eggs were cooked to perfection, the bacon was just right, the sausage links were some of the best I have had in a long time, the hash browns were made with peppers and onions and were cooked just right The staff gave us the perfect amount of service while not being over the top. The ambiance was one of calm and you could tell the staff was relaxed Upon leaving we said our goodbye and thank you and a gentleman behind the front counter who was speaking with the Stratford Officers stopped for a minute and thanked us and told us to be safe in our travels this morning. I can assume he was the owner and, if so, I can see where his staff gets their training My wife and I felt appreciated in that moment. He and the staff had no idea if we were new in town, people passing through or we came in from a different town they truly made us feel welcome and we will certainly be returning Maybe this upcoming Sunday morning!! P.S. the coffee was excellent also

We ordered the pumpkin pancakes and the biscuits and gravy to share and they were so good and our favorite at the table. My friend and I got the egg salad sandwich on a croissant which sounded amazing but was not tasty. It lacked simple seasonings - that's the only negative. Prices were decent, service was great - we didn't have to wait to sit down, we walked in and looked for our own table... our waitress was friendly and recommended dishes for us to try. I'd def go back next time we are in the area.

Nice retro feel diner with some Mexican flair. The diner has all sorts of 50s memorabilia throughout…read moreand tvs are in black and white. Breakfast is served all day and also offers a hamburger eating challenge . Service was fast and friendly and the restroom was clean. We ordered the Sinatra's breakfast , 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausage, 2 pancakes or French toast, and a side of grits. Also ordered was the Monte Crisco, ham, turkey, cheese and Swiss on French toast. The Sinatra's breakfast was decent, but the deli sliced meat on the Monte Cristo had been grilled, and the quality and taste were not great. The French toast was too soft; needed more time on grill to brown. The sandwich was also dusted with powdered sugar which for me did not work. Shared parking lot with other business in strip mall style setting.

I tried the chorizo platter with eggs, potatoes, peppers, and onions, which was really tasty with a decent portion. Also noticed more Mexican dishes throughout the menu, for lunch items. The kids ordered milkshakes as usual and were happy. They actually request to come here just because of it. Service was solid as always. Prices are a bit higher compared to White's Diner, and I still think it's wild they charge extra for sprinkles as a topping for their shake, but overall it feels like the place has improved.
