We'd already charged it once while the crew was at our property. Before the crew was done, we noticed that a window on our RV was shattered, apparently due to a rock that was thrown during trimming. Accidents happen and the owner sent an email saying they would pay for the window. The owner apparently changed his mind and wanted the claim to go through his insurance. Ok. Two weeks later we are still waiting for an insurance approval or denial and a late charge was added to the bill for the mowing.

The crews have consistently arrived on time, greeted us warmly, worked quickly and steadily, and each time they have headed out, they left us feeling both relieved that we didn't have to do the work ourselves anymore and pleased that the yard looked better than when we did it.
