I had ordered the dulce de leche on the bottom and soft chocolate and vanilla twist on top in a cone. But when she went to put the soft ice cream on top it came out in a circle around the edge instead of a normal ice cream swirl. And she put it on a cup, which was fine, but she went to add a swirl on top but the soft ice cream was unfinished. I told the girls that something was wrong with the ice cream and said it was having problems. I don't know why you would serve this.

This also wasn't the first time we've experienced this kind of treatment from her, but this was the final straw. I've always tried to give Hemmingway's the benefit of the doubt, even when I heard negative things from other people. I would actually defend the restaurant and tell people that our experiences had been great. After today, I can no longer do that. When you have been a loyal customer for years and have consistently brought business through the door, the least you expect is to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Sadly, that was not our experience. I tried very hard not to write this review. I reached out asked for a call from a manager and actually called myself with zero call back.
