Had a wonderful experience here and definitely plan to be back. We showed up 20 minutes before our reservation and they were able to seat us even though it was quite busy. Server could not have been kinder. Almost too nice, to the point of it being annoying, but he was genuine so it made it better. We got the firecracker shrimp for the table which were addictive! Perfect crunch, not too much breading, and great spice level. Crab cakes had huge chunks of lump meat, you got what you paid for. The dipping sauce they came with was quite nice. Brussels sprouts... hands down THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD. I want the recipe. I don't know how to describe them, but sweet and salty, good char, a little heat, tender inside, melt in your mouth. Caesar salad as fine, but just a typical one, nothing great about it. Dressing tasted bottled and the croutons were lacking, but it wasn't bad. My dad enjoyed the burger. I want to be clear. I've been to just about every high end steak house in the city. Obviously, at those places, EVERYTHING including sides, is priced separately. So, trying to think about the "value statement" here, we're a side and a salad are included. The Pros- Service was fantastic, The problem was I ordered a "strip steak" that had an incredibly high fat content, in a very unstructured way. What I mean is, I would take a bite, and need to spit about every third bite into a napkin, because it was inedible, Wife's ribeye was a bit better, but still pretty fatty. Lastly, we both got a side of mashed potatoes. They came out cold, and like a glue/paste consistency. Neither one of us, ate them. I don't like to be so hard, especially when the service was very solid. However, I gladly would have paid more, for a better quality of beef, and sides there were actually served something above room temperature. read more

Excellent food, service, prices and ambiance! I have dined here on four occasions and it has always been great. The inside is welcoming and spacious. They have a nice area to accommodate groups for special dining events. They have a large bar area, great happy hour specials and the drinks are good. The Bloody Mary mix is made in house. The menu has a variety of food options and the prices are very reasonable. They have a great lunch special menu. This nice Steak and Seafood restaurant is located in the Cool Springs Mall area. It has a warm and inviting interior. The service was very good and the food was delicious. They have wood fired grills and a full bar. They serve lunch until 4:00 and then they have a separate Dinner menu, but I think you can get some Dinner items for lunch. They have apps, Salads, Sandwiches, Signature Steaks, Seafood, Chicken, Salads and Desserts. The food that we had was big portions served hot and fresh and came out in a timely manner. We've been here many times over the years and it always been consistently good overall. It's a good date night spot. read more

We came here on a quick audible call after having jot had a bit out to eat for quite some time based on dietary desires...but this would be on plan so we decided to get a steak....here's what we found: Ambiance: Connors is nice, not overly fancy by any means but comfortable and has ample mood lighting to make it a romantic place if so desired. Service: we were sat right away and our waiter was nice. He gave us some time for our son to arrive and then we all ordered. Food took exceptionally long for 2 steaks (that's what you come here for) and a burger. My steak arrived super well done after being ordered medium rare and when I advised they took my plate and I waited, and waited. After my family had pretty much finished eating they brought me another plate - this time with the veggies cold and the steak was medium rare but it was the wrong steak. Clearly this was a bad night for the kitchen and wait staff communication and as for the manager who brought me the 2nd plate - no apology, no comp even a dessert for the trouble. Sometimes bo matter what it's just not going to go your way. Food: Despite the kitchen and wait staff snafu The steak was good. Veggies were cold and I didn't want to send something back a 2nd time as it was already an issue. Price: For the service we received and the problems definitely not worth the money I had to pay. This place is amazing! The waitstaff are super attentive. The atmosphere of the restaurant gives off a very nice steakhouse even though the restaurant is located close to a shopping mall. Everything we order is always cooked as requested. This particular visit we got the lobster dip and Korean ribs as a starter. For my main, I chose the espresso rub ny strip with loaded baked potato. A few years ago, I was on a trip to Nashville & looking for somewhere to eat that wasn't in the heart of Nashville. Google & customer feedback led me to this location and began my "emotional" connection to Connor's. My son, Connor, was killed by a semi-truck driver in 2017 and I truly feel he led me to find this restaurant. The service then was phenomenal .... we cried together with the staff. We shared stories of my son and I learned how Connors Steakhouse came to fruition. Following that visit, I made certain to email the owner and let him know exactly what the staff did for me during that visit. They were TOP NOTCH! Fast foward to last week, and here I am again in Nashville. It was my number #1 priority to visit this location. Although I had a different waiter, he was JUST AS AMAZING. Ryan made this visit just as memorable and special. He asked about my son, the accident, and was seemingly VERY interested in Connor's Law, which I am now advocating for and trying to get passed into federal law. This location will ALWAYS hold a place in my heart and will continue to be visited on any trip I am on in close proximity. I've also made it my mission to visit all locations. I will knock out two more on this trip back home. I've no doubt that they will all be just as amazing as Ryan and the staff at the Franklin location have made this one for me. The food is delicious. I was in town for business and my in-laws picked me up at my hotel and brought us all here for a midweek dinner. It's in a complex with other stores and restaurants and at first my father-in-law had trouble finding the place through GPS. We arrived and were promptly seated. We had the spinach dip app (very nice) and although I don't eat as much beef as I used to, I got the strip steak with a side of sweet potatoes. My father-in-law got the prime rib, which is his favorite. Everything was prepared well and the service was friendly and efficient. This appears to be a small chain with several locations in the South. It probably wouldn't be my first choice, but I would go back if invited. read more

She took 1/2 hone and a quick sauté in a skillet with butter, made the bread crisp and better. Maybe the sauerkraut needs to be drained a bit more. Drinks were refilled promptly and food came out without delays but not rushed. Everything we had to eat was on point. I had the 8 ounce special filet and my husband had the delmonico special. Richard & his team at Connors were extremely professional and super helpful throughout the planning process months in advance and in choosing menus, etc. We had the front room reserved (by the way- incredible placement so people aren't awkwardly wondering where the group is). My manager found out there are lunch specials here, we have been ordering here a few times to try out their lunch menu and I have to admit their lunch portions are amazing. While I do find their food enjoyable, there has only been 1 out of 3 meals that I have actually enjoyed. My favorite has to be the chicken parm. All of my coworkers who have ordered this, including my manager, have not had anything bad to say. It was amazing. I wish I only ordered this! The portion amazed me, it was almost the size of my head it felt like. The chicken was tender and juicy, the pasta was Al dente and great. Best lunch menu item from our offices point of view (we ALL loved the broccoli as the side with it. It pairs well) The other 2...nothing special. I felt uneasy afterwards. The Boursin Burger and Voodoo shrimp. I was disappointed because I have read other reviews raving about the voodoo shrimp. I guess it just was not my cup of tea. I am giving it 3 stars due to 1/3 of my meals being delicious. If I had only ordered the other 2 first, I don't think I would have tried it again. I am happy I tried the chicken parm first.
