Everything went great. We were promptly seated when we arrived. Our server was excellent and took our drink order. When she returned we ordered the bang bang shrimp for an appetizer and our server also brought bread with olive oil/pesto to dip the bread in. Shrimp, bread and pesto were excellent. Wife had the pork chop, daughter had the salmon and I had the ahi tuna. All of the entrees were cooked perfectly and the flavor was great and the portion sizes were perfect. Their famous Bang Bang Shrimp is addicting, and sides like garlic whipped potatoes and their new Kung Pao Brussels Sprouts are really flavorful. And I'm very impressed by the numerous low-calorie options on the menu, none of which taste like low-calorie food devoid of excitement. My husband ordered a burger with no vegetables and they came on the burger anyway, he just scraped them off but had asked for a side of mayo when he ordered and again when they brought the burger without it, he finally got it after the third ask and after he had already eaten half of his burger. They did not ask how he wanted it cooked which usually means it will be well done but it was medium. We also had to ask for drink refills. The server was very friendly, just obviously forgetful. My grilled chicken was dry and tough and I wasn't brought a steak knife so I had to struggle cutting it with a butter knife. Definitely not what I would expect for the price unfortunately. read more

Ordered the seabass dinner with seasonal veggie & whipped potatoes & ordered a side of bacon mac n cheese, the bill came to $53 without tip included. The Chilean seabass was not bad, but not good, smelled a little too fishy, little on the dry side & everything else was just OK. For the price, glad I did not have pay out of my own money, I would not go back for fish since too expensive for not hitting the quality of freshness and a meal that leave you not totally satisfied. Used to love Bonefish especially for the buttered mussels app dish that I loved dipping my bread in which I discovered was pulled from the menu, so sad about this. read more

It was a birthday celebration and I ordered 2 Maine lobster tails and is supposed to come with melted butter. I asked about it and they said kitchen forgot to make it up by the time it came it was not hot. My husband ordered and chips and the fish didn't taste good. My son got the Parmesan crusted rainbow trout and it wasn't good. My daughter in law got the filet and she ordered it with lemon butter and they forgot it. My grandson ordered macaroni and cheese and it was cold not even warm. They finally brought another one after 10 minutes later. We ran out of drinks. A lot of money for bad food. Arrived at about 830pm on a Monday evening tonight and sat at the bar with a friend. Maybe 10 other guests in the whole place. Bartender, Kim, was welcoming and kind right away. $5 martinis was a surprise, but was so great with the holiday cosmo being on the menu. Tried the calamari and tuna sashimi- both were average. They had 2 TVs with the nfl game on which was nice to be able to watch it in a non-sports bar environment. We went to Bonefsh Grill for Valentines Day. We arrived at our reserved time and only had to wait about 15 minuted to be setted. Afer that everything went down hill. They never gave us tht "special" menue so we ordered from the regular menue. We started out with oysters. They were good but that was the only thing that my husband and I ordred the same and we both got sick that night. So much for that. We ordered gin and tonic and were told that they didnt have any tonic. Whe ordered martinis and had to ask for the olives. THen we orderd of main entre. I ordered the cod and it was supposed t o come with shrimp and scallops. When our order arrived, there were no scallops. When I questioned the wait staff, she told me that I WAS WRONG/ No scallops. My cod had definitely been cooked earlier because it was dried out and over cooked. I also asked if I could supstitute the rice with a baked potato, She told me again that they didnt have any potatoes. My husband ordered salmon and it too had been overcooked and dry. He also was supposed to have a salsa with his dinner but that never vamd until he asked for it. Did I mentioned that we were there for 1 12 hours before our dinner arrived. However patrions around us received there orders before ours. When we complined about this, our waiter offered to give us desert. but she never sais who was going to pay for it. We had two gift cards. $100 and $10. The $10card had an expiration date of 2-8, 6 day prior. WHe we asked, our server said it was expired and she couldt accept it. Afte what we went through she denied us for 6 DAYS. All these issued with our dinner were supposedly run by the manager. I dought that. If that is true, your manager doesnt care about the customers. We had a gift card burning a hole in our pocket and decided to eat here today for an early Valentine's meal. The selections of the day was what we ordered and I was so full halfway through my meal that I took home half of my steak. I was very surprised at how slow it was for a Saturday and especially right before Valentine's Day. We made a 12:45 reservation and was seated immediately. My guess is there was about 10 tables seated in the whole restaurant. My absolute favorite thing on the menu is the BANG BANG SHRIMP! I get it every time I come. I recently went to Bonefish Grill in Franklin for a book club meeting. The booth was the perfect size for our party of six and everyone enjoyed the food they ordered. I enjoyed the Lilly's chicken and my friends ordered the trout and salmon dishes. The location was quiet enough for us to hear one another talk and discuss our book and our waitress checked back several times to make sure the food was to our liking and that our beverages were always full. My wife and I used to eat at this location regularly before we moved to the other side of town. We had to fight to get a seat at the bar or table. Her favorite during winter was chocolate crème brulee. Last night the restaurant was a ghost town. I don't understand what has happened. On August 8th I booked a dinner for 34. The service was exceptional and the food was very good. The servers handled the large number with grace and efficiency. We never felt rushed. Friday night we walked into Bone Fish early to get a drink before our 6:00 reservation, and the bar was almost empty. It's been a year since we came here and back then this place would be packed with people. We ordered drinks, I ordered a Margarita and my wife ordered a 1901 Martini, both were very good, getting close to 6:00 still very few people in the bar. That was a sign, but what was it. We got seated with our friends and placed our order. My wife and I ordered another drink and we waited and waited but never came. I then asked about our drinks, they finally came but mine was to have no salt and it had salt and they brought my wife the wrong wine. As I observed the restaurant I noticed the lack of service. Like some restaurants they have an issue with hiring staff and it was apparent they have an issue. The food was good, Bang Bang shrimp is always good. I also had the Chowder, It was good but for a bowl it was basically a cup of soup in a bowl. Then I had the fish and chips and that was very good. I believe they know they have a problem because they brought us a dessert on the house which was nice. Our waiter was very nice and was working very hard. They need to push to get the service back and if they do then they will get the great vibe they had a couple years ago. read more

I went to the sip and sampling event at Bonefish Grill. I sat at the bar which was nice and plenty of room to eat. They are advertising their new happy hour menu that is available 7 days a week. I tried a the blt nachos with an interesting chimichurri dipping sauce and the crowd pleaser which was a soup of bang bang shrimp and tempura crunch sashimi tuna. Everything was tasty but the bang bang shrimp was still my favorite. I will definitely be back especially on the weekends when others don't have happy hour. The last time I went , it was Friday night and there was hardly anybody in the dining room side. After they set us down we waited about 15 minutes and no one ever came to serve our table, we went to the back to ask for someone. The only other people there were having the same problem. Seems like everybody was in the kitchen and we constantly had to go back to get our waiter and ask for our desert or the check. My husband and I come here every Sunday for lunch. Up until today everything has always been wonderful. We were served our bread and waters and put in our appetizer order. We received those after about 15 minutes. We wanted to go ahead and order our entrees since they seemed to be doing everything at a snails pace. Our waitress finally took our entrees orders and drink orders... after another 15 minute wait. We finally get both entrees (cod imperial and bourbon salmon). My cod imperial was way over cooked and instead of asparagus they brought garlic mashed potatoes to go with my jasmine rice. I politely asked for the asparagus and said I do not need two starches. Once they brought the correct pairing for the dish out even the asparagus was overcooked and not edible! My husbands bourbon salmon was so overcooked it was rock hard. His green beans were undercooked and his potatoes overcooked!! I let our waitress know and I saw her talking to the chef... his response was " not my problem ". We did not finish our meals because they were not edible. We paid the $117 bill and left. I do not even want to go back at this point and feel we wasted $117 dollars today!!! The staff seemed to not take anything seriously today and it was extremely disappointing.Bonefish lost two loyal customers today. I would love to get a managers attention drawn to this. Email address given to me kept coming back as not valid. I went on the website and shared everything with corporate. We need to be compensated. This was a horrible experience!!! read more

Took my wife for a meal a few weeks ago. Everything was delicious! I had the Parmesan crusted trout (incredible) and my wife had the imperial cod. We added crab legs which were small and tasty but only $9!! The fish was perfectly cooked. We really enjoyed the bang bang shrimp appetizer- that alone is worth a visit! What an excellent experience. First post COVID Lunch experience. They went the extra mile to ensure safety and integrity. The limited menu highlighted their fan favorites.
