First, the one positive is the store, it's layout and ambience. It ended there. We bought a new…read morerange after electrical problems caused it to blow up, melting the area around it. Of course the one we selected was out of stock. Whether this was Sara's word or a con by the vendor we are not sure. However, we were expecting an immediate delivery. Day 8, it is still not here. My electrician called Tuesday and Wednesday ready to begin working. Sara likes manipulating words. For instance, Monday or Tuesday it should leave Dallas. Wednesday or Thursday it should get to the warehouse. Thursday or Friday it should be delivered. Friday between 11 and 11:30 it should be delivered. It is 2:30 now. At 2:00 some delivery person called about our address. He stated that the range was still at the warehouse. In every case where two days were given it was always the second day. Dealing with Chuck the salesman solved no problems. He did not expedite the process or attempt to provide a solution. Only empty promises. Now it looks like I have to postpone my electricians afternoon time since I am positive it will not come. By the way, the 'out of stock' one we replaced with a more expensive model. I believe this is a deliberate attempt to defraud the customer and whether done by Sara or Whirlpool it looks suspicious.

This is the kind of Target where most folks would be happy to shop at. As a result of being so large, it never feels all that crowded here. Some areas are smaller than regular stores, such as the electronics and select clothing areas. One thing they haven't scaled back on now, is cach up to electronics, which are more dedicated iPhones and laptop demos and bigger TVs. The only thing I didn't love was that the main public bathroom was out, forcing eveyone to use family bathroom next to the pharmacy. It wasn't all that clean, but I hope they've got it all sorted now. While I don't always make it out to Target, I can appreciate a good one when I see it. I explained to him my tv was working fine when I dropped it off, my cable port is what was getting fixed. He continued to say it was nothing he can do and he didn't do anything wrong but my tv now has a crack across it that wasn't there when he accepted it. I asked for the owner and he said he didn't know how to get in touch with him, then later on in the conversation say he was the owner. This is an expensive 65in television that now has a crack going across it. This guy does not want to take accountability for what he has done. Do not take your business here, he will break your item and act like he didn't do it. Really is disappointing to see this is a black man. So much for supporting your people.

We came here hoping to get some answers, and everyone we spoke to was so knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile in looking up stuff and explaining what they found. Our sales guy DJ was especially helpful and spent a ton of time with us. In the end, we learned that it was cheaper to just start fresh and probably go with a prebuilt, but not once did we feel pressured to buy anything. Once we save up a bit, we'll be back to get a prebuilt, and this is now our go-to store for any computer needs.

It's dark, the ceilings seem lower, and it just seems like the higher ups don't really care about the place, probably because of the diverse minority neighborhood. On the other hand, I've had to order from this store for pick up several times, because when the nicer locations like Sugar Land and Memorial City don't have something, this store somehow ALWAYS has what I need in stock. There's usually a long line to check out, but rarely a long line for mobile order pick up, so it's not difficult to get in, get what I need, and get on my way. This location is at the end of a shopping center with a lot of other stores, so parking can be very hit or miss depending on what else is in the area and what's going on. I've generally never had any problem getting a "good spot" where I wasn't too far from the store and didn't have to lug anything any significant distance.
