Reading through the Ring troubleshooting leads to probable need to upgrade the doorbell transformer. Amazon offers home services, and have their providers undergo background checks. Knowing this, I ordered a doorbell installation, and then added a note that I may need a new transformer. Hessam from Vionaa replied back, provided pricing for the transformer if needed. Day of appointment, Hessam texted me his ETA. 15 minutes before his ETA, he texted again that he was running late, provided another ETA. Hessam asked if I knew where the original doorbell transformer was located...I had no clue. We checked every closet...nope. He ended up climbing into the attic. On a warm June day. And this is where he ended up working. Hessam installed a new transformer, and now my Ring doorbell stays on! Payment is made on the Amazon app. Another step Amazon does is have the provider send a selfie from the job site. No subcontractors allowed!

First of all, about the 6 weeks delay in the beginning - project manager from SunPower called me after I've inquired the project status and told me that project was on hold for 6 weeks by mistake due to issues within their internal processes! Also I didn't get any additional documentation from SunPower beyond what they've included in initial packet for HOA, so I'm not sure what complications you're talking about and what exactly I got "for free" here. Secondly, about "I personally told you where to go and what to do to try to get the HOA...", you basically told me to go get a release of roof liability from HOA and in my response I told you that I'm already getting it as per HOA documented guidelines through a covenant agreement and I asked you if that will be enough and you didn't reply! It's first time I'm hearing that it's because of the lender my contract was terminated. Does it mean if I pay in full SunPower can do it? If yes, I asked you about what options I have to still move forward and you haven't mentioned it.
