Instead of selling me a much bigger job, they explained I could simply use LED bulbs that plug into the existing CFL sockets. What could've easily turned into a several hundred dollar bill ended up being around $100. When I…read morecalled mid day he informed me that he only did the automobile plugin stuff but asked where I lived and if the light switch was the only thing I needed fixed. When I said Lake Forest and yes to the only thing needing a fix, he said he would come by in about an hour. When he came he immediately went to work on the switch and in less than a minute the lights were back on, but the lights were flashing on and off. This was a problem before the lights stopped coming on altogether. He switched some of the light bulbs with other working lights in the hallway and they worked in the kitchen and began flashing in the hallway. To that, Eric determined that the flashing lightbulbs were "crap", recommended getting some new light bulbs to replace those that flashed. It wasn't the switch that was faulty but the lights themselves. Eric said that he would not charge me anything for his work that day which was so generous and appreciated by me. You don't find people like that anymore. As it turns out he has family living in my neighborhood. He also gave me some advice on another outdoor light that we are repairing. Can't say enough good things about Eric.
