Unfortunately, tonight's massage did not meet my expectations. My masseuse was William, and while I don't like leaving negative reviews, I did not enjoy the service. To begin with, the massage started with the blanket left over me longer than usual. The work on my back was okay at first, but as the session continued, it felt like there was little to no technique involved. Overall, it seemed more like rubbing than an actual massage. I've had many massages throughout my life, and I can tell the difference between a therapist who is experienced and one who is not. My back and shoulders were not massaged with proper technique, and there was very little attention given to my feet, arms, forearms, and hands. I was really looking forward to a full-body massage, and unfortunately, that's not what I received. After the appointment, I spoke with the front desk associate, Kennedy, who advised me to leave feedback. There was no offer to reschedule or provide any form of resolution at the time.
