Mike has been taking care of our pool for at least 6 years now. He runs the most efficient, knowledgeable and reliable pool service -- and we had have a number of pool services over the years, so we know! There's no dawdling with Mike -- he works hard and quickly -- the man is energetic and thorough. He is also very responsive. Anytime we have had a concern, we reach out to him via phone or text and have always gotten a fast call back. If the issue needs attention, out he comes! His knowledge is awesome, he knows pools and their equipment and has fixed, repaired or replaced parts for us. Our pool is always in good hands. It's clean and functioning. When there's a problem, he identifies the issues and gets it resolved. Mike is a problem solver. When we planned to take a month long trip one Summer, we were concerned about maintaining the water level required for efficient pool functioning. Mike suggested we purchase a pool water level apparatus that attaches to a hose. We ordered it from Amazon -- under $100. It worked so well that month that we've used it for years ever since. His pricing is competitive and fair. He works quickly -- uses his time very efficiently and effectively. He and his wife are excellent communicators as well. They keep in touch. It's rare these days to find someone who will advise you knowing that they'll get nothing in return, which is why people like Mike are a rarity. Mike listened to my situation and told me that commercial work was not within his scope, but still spent much time on the phone with me advising me about the care of the spa at our short-term rental. By the end of the call, Mike had educated me about exactly what needed to be done and gave me his number if I had any questions in the future. Sent a quote request through yelp looking for an honest, fair, and reliable company providing the best quality pool service at a reasonable price, and I found it with Cannonball Pool and Spa. Mike responded on my quote request in less than 10 minutes, offered to come to the house to check out my pool (which was in pretty bad shape after getting bad and unreliable service with my former pool service provider) and offered to clean my pool right then and there - wow! He assessed the situation, cleaned my pool like I have never seen it clean for a long time, and he gave me terrific tips on pool maintenance.
