When the claw actually grabs a stuffed animal, it suddenly loosens and opens halfway before reaching the prize chute. It feels like the machines are set up to make you keep buying more tokens, especially when the prize is so close to dropping. That's not fair. If you haven't noticed it before, pay close attention the next time you play. As someone who regularly visits arcades and plays claw machines with my family, I can definitely tell the difference between a machine that's challenging and one that's intentionally set to make you lose. Overall...it was a frustrating experience, and I don't see myself coming back.

Upon check-in we were asked if we had a play list to play in the room. I didn't have it ready because I didn't know this was even an option, but I found a cool ISmash playlist on Spotify that was real cool. You start off by watching a video and an employee also explains what to do. Then you put on protective glasses, face/head shield and gloves. Then you head off to your room for Smash time! It was really fun! We went today, on Tuesdays for half off and they are always having promotions going on. It is a bit pricey, but we are glad that these deals are available. They also have splatter paint and axe throwing which we want to try in the near future as well. If you are looking to do something fun and different with family and friends OR you're really MAD and need to rage, head on over to iSmash and get your SMASH on!

It really feels like there's something for everyone, no matter what kind of rhythm games you're into, and the hour flew by. There were plenty of thoughtful touches, too: water bottle filling stations near the bathrooms and plenty of seating throughout for breaks or setting down your stuff. I really appreciate that the two types of rhythm games are separated so that you can hear your game's music easier. Overall, this is a rhythm game fan's heaven! As a bonus, there's a random Initial D machine in the corner, which I spent some time on. :) You pay by time; 9$ gets you an hour of play, 13$ gets you two hours, and $18 for an all-day pass. They have lots of other options too, including a monthly subscription if you come often. These prices are great considering how much a single game would cost at a Round1 or Dave & Busters. They also sell the cards for $6.50 that let you create accounts on the games like e-amusement, aime, banana passport or whatever, and so forth. Special shoutout to the really kind staff member that helped us on the day we went. We got two 2-hour cards, and started playing DDR World. Unfortunately, I think they were having power issues, because our game shut off abruptly, and so did the Pump it Up machine on the other side. The staff brought the power back on quickly, but it happened again, so they gave us another free 2 hours on our cards, which was super nice!! The good: they have a small party room for birthdays that you can set up and order food and goodie bags. The pizzas are huge. We had 5 kids and 3 adults and we were only able to finish one pizza. The bathrooms were well maintained and like I said they work diligently to keep the facility clean The staff wasn't mean or overly friendly more nonchalant but very knowledgeable and answered questions promptly so they knew their jobs and met expectations. There are also about 9 four too tables through the facility so there are places to sit. The bad: very few arcade choices. Games take tokens recommended to bring cash but there is an atm available (charges about 3.99 + whatever your bank charges on top of that) 20.00 gets you about 96 tokens most of the games cost 4 tokens to play. Some of the game machines don't work. But if the machines take your coins the will help assist. They have a reward cash out in the front for the tickets that you earn from game play. Some of the games that do pay out pay out a decent amount of tickets prizes are fair. They offer bottled drinks like water, Celsius, sport drink (Gatorade/Powerade) and cold coffee(think bottled Starbucks drinks). They do have a fountain machine (however the knight we went the soda machine was broken and leaking) They do allow you to bring in cake but ask first. The laser tag games are spread out like approximately 20 minute intervals. The kids had a blast though they said inside the laser tag looked like a haunted library. Two teams go and all the kids play against each other. I got really upset over one of the claw machines because, from my experience, the claw felt too weak and dropped the toy I was trying to win for my daughter twice. I went to the front to ask if anyone else had ever had issues with it, and the owner explained that they've been in business for 11 years, people win from it all the time, and they regularly have to refill it. We just had different perspectives on what happened. The truth is, I let my frustration get the best of me. I had a bad attitude, asked to cancel my membership, and even called afterward demanding a refund. Looking back, I threw an adult temper tantrum, and I'm not proud of how I handled it. What stood out most was how professional and kind they were through the entire situation. They stayed calm, treated me with respect, and never matched my frustration. The owner's mom was especially understanding and reminded me that I'm not the only parent who's gotten frustrated. She told me it was okay, accepted my apology, and welcomed us back. That says a lot about the people who run this business. Bouncy World is clean, fun, and a great place for kids to play. While I personally wasn't happy with my experience on the claw machine, I also believe it's important to give credit where it's due. They handled a difficult customer (me) with patience, professionalism, and grace, and I truly appreciate that.

Just kidding on the camel, yet if Vegas continues to heat up they may be less expensive than maintaining a vehicle. The price of I believe $16 seemed fair for come and go all day play. No charge for adults, unless climbing. They also offer a rewards program for those who use the cash app. Bring socks -- no shoes allowed. The place was clean and well maintained. It was free popcorn day, which my grandson had to inquire if he could have another after downing the first bag. He found the bouncy walls, slides, and structures entertaining for a couple of hours. His favorite being the climbing wall. He didn't give up, until reaching the top! The slip on shoes to climb the wall were ill fitting. Mostly too small or too large, but he managed to find a pair to accommodate his climb. So, proud! A few by standers clapped for him making him feel grand! Thank you! The coin or card based rides and crane operated games were expensive ranging from $1.75 -$2.00. He played the egg game to win a surprise. He played it twice and won two types of tiny spinning tops. One works the other broken. It was a good escape from the afternoon heat.
