Funny this place has 2 stars on here LOL please move reviews to google. I want to start by saying that Frank and Michelle were the only two people at this dealership who treated my family with kindness and professionalism. They were respectful and helpful throughout the process, and we truly appreciated them. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was completely unacceptable. My mom came in excited to purchase a camper. But, after taking more time to think about it, she realized she wasn't ready to move forward. She respectfully let her salesman know she was backing out which, as a customer, she's absolutely allowed to do. That's when everything shifted. The manager, Matt Wills, immediately turned aggressive and unprofessional. He called my mom CRAZY to her face -- something I recorded on video. I informed him I was recording, which I have every legal right to do in a public setting. Still, he continued to speak in a demeaning, dismissive tone. He also shouted things like "Do you know how much you've put him through?!" -- as if her hesitation was some personal offense to him. She had already put down a deposit, so we simply asked for it back, and he responded with a nasty attitude, asking "How much did you pay? I'll give it all back." That interaction alone was enough to leave us shocked. As we calmly left the building, multiple employees including a pregnant woman, yelled at us not to come back. The energy was full of hostility. My mom, sister, and I remained calm, said "okay" and "bye," but their tone and demeanor were completely out of line. My mom walked away from that experience feeling disrespected, humiliated, and targeted. She expressed that she felt the way she was treated may have had something to do with her being a Black woman -- and after witnessing how quickly things escalated for no real reason, I can't ignore that possibility either. I wish I could show the video, because no one would believe how unprofessional and downright ugly the behavior was unless they saw it. It was honestly disturbing. I don't write reviews often, but people deserve to know how they may be treated here especially if a sale doesn't go through. We weren't rude. We didn't yell. We didn't even argue. My mom changed her mind -- and was treated with complete disrespect. Do better. read more

I had dealt with Bluegrass RV of Lexington & Georgetown on a previous warranty issue on a travel trailer I purchased from them. After 9 months of a horrendous amount of lies, no return calls, and just general disdain by their staff. We finally agree upon upgrading to a new Keystone RV unit. (For a substantial fee) Literally, the day I took the new unit from the lot the electric jack went up in smoke. After several weeks of the no call-back abyss, I reach out to the tech who initiated the repair. Even though the warranty claim had been approved, the parts ordered and delivered, he informs me that his job is threatened if he does work on my camper. I call his manager who sternly informs me that they no longer want my business nor will they honor my warranty. The reason; because I had the audacity to report them to the Better Business Bureau on the previous issue I had with them. While, I am trying to find another dealer to honor the manufacturers warranty. A dealer who I have no prior relationship with, nor who has any incentive to work with me. Whom I have to convince to replace a jack that I no longer have, the General Manager of Bluegrass RV calls. Not to offer a solution but to threaten me with legal action if My girlfriend doesn't take down her negative Facebook Review. Seriously!? Like I can control what she posts. When I suggested that I haven't posted anything...YET. I was yelled at, again threatened with legal action and hung up on. Did I mention they have a very professional bunch over there. This has been bought out and is now called Lexington RV. If you bought a camper from Bluegrass RV this NEW company will now NOT honor any of your warranties that you might have had when you bought your new camper from Bluegrass , nor will they honor any of the Free winterization that you got when you bought your camper. We had 2 years free left of winterization that they have told us we would have to pay for. Very poor business standards. read more

We were walking around on a nice Tuesday ready to buy an RV.... most were locked...I walked toward to office and a guy came out and started to help us... once we told him our price range he unlocked the smallest ones they had... left us, said he was going to go get his price sheet and never came back!!!! Now it's called "Lexington RV" but the customer service is still as awful as ever. If I could leave a ZERO I would. I called 2 days ago about an extended warranty refund since selling my camper. The receptionist started out the delightful call by cutting me off mid sentence and raising her voice to me. I asked to speak with her boss so the Sales Manager got on the phone and immediately started raising his voice and being disrespectful. I the asked to speak with his boss which he tried to avoid but finally gave me to the GM who was at least somewhat polite although completely unhelpful. Apparently since I didn't buy the camper from them they don't care about customer service or retaining customers. Save yourself a lot of hassle and go to Northside or anywhere in Louisville or southern Indiana. I would NEVER recommend this business! read more

I purchased a brand new RV from these people the first one flooded because of faulty caulk then bought a different camper and I have damn near replaced everything on it because it's cheaply made piece of crap do not purchase from these people!!!!!!!!! A guy could give a zero-star I would read more

BEWARE this is what Bluegrass RV Lexington Ky did. This may be long but really needs to be known. On January 22 I bought a brand new 2019 puma camper at the Rv boat showing Louisville Ky . Did not receive it until February16 . Due to rain It sit in my driveway until June 22nd at that time we loaded up the camper to go camping and found water in the bath tub .Found that there was a leak in the skylight. We called bluegrass RV in Lexington because that's who we purchased it from. Took it down that day to be repaired. They put a Skylight on that did not fit and put some type of material around the skylight to stop any leaks told me it was fixed. I get back home get on a ladder and it is a hot mess the skylight is much bigger then what was originally on there. I took it back a week later to have it repaired correctly. Go back almost 2 weeks later and they didn't do anything to the top they did not replace the skylight the only thing they done was fix the ring inside the tub where the water was coming from. Told them that was unacceptable and left it. I was told that they had to order the parts and that they would then take care of it again. I spoke to one of the managers Matt He told me that they replaced the skylight gutted out the middle part between the roof and the ceiling And there was no damage from rain He also told me that there was a recall on the skylight, that I found not to be true. I Get a call yesterday to come pick it back up, that it was ready . While my husband was on his way there I get a phone call that they have now hit my camper with a forklift and damaged it. They have not been very cooperate. Very nonchalant telling us oh well just go camping and will fix it. It is what it is. A sales person Justin told my husband "We did you a favor by telling you we hit it . We could have let you drive off and you would have never known" Not only did they not fix the skylight they for some reason put caulking all around the top of my camper. There is condensation in the skylight now as well. My concern is now that the roof has been "replaced" half ass does that now lessen the value of my BRAND NEW camper that I have only camped one day in. I purchased a brand new $15000 camper and I feel they should give me a brand new $15000 camper. What are your thoughts who do you think I should contact. I have reached out to Forest river the manufacture they say there is no recall. I have called the owner of Bluegrass RV in Lexington Todd Meade and he will not respond either. Staff seems friendly but I wasted my time going there for them to check out my vehicle, tell me they could do the work. After 2 weeks of me calling them and asking for a quote and them answering that they were almost done with the estimate he told me they no longer had time to do the work because they got busy with other appt. So my business wasn't important anymore Then I was told if I had the difficult work done at generator place they could finish it so I did and when I called to receive final work I was blown off yet again and was told I would receive a call back which never came. They do not care, poor customer service, leading people on, and just plain lying. If you can't do the work do to your lack of skills then that's all that needed to be said. read more

Bluegrass RV Service is a joke! We bought a brand new Sportsment KZ 5th wheel back in Feb. of 2018. We took it out camping in March of 2018 and our awning worked great. In June if 2018 it didn't work. We tried calling and could never get a hold of service. I understand that summer is their busy time, but we ended up receiving a recall card on our awning and now the service guys talk to us. Water had been getting into the wiring assembly and shorting out the control box. They made us drive our camper into Bluegrass to take a quick picture which took a total of 5 minutes and we live an hour away. That was in the fall of 2018. So, all they had to do was order the part and then that awing could get fixed. We waited and waited and would never hear anything and my husband would call and call and they said the part was backordered still. At one time they accidently gave our part to another waiting customer. So, they had to reorder it again and again we waited and waited. Finally in April of 2019 our camper got fixed. Yay! We bring it home and it works fine. So, we go camping this year in June and guesswhat it doesn't work again. So, we called Bluegrass and they said most likely it is the same issue, but we can't even get you in until August to look at it and then we will have to order parts. They even suggested to see if we can contact LCI, the maker of our awning, to see if we can get the parts quicker. After working with LCI they sent the parts directly to me in 4 days and they said that Bluegrass should have never had an issue receiving parts. LCI offered to pay a mobile tech to fix our awning up to 1 hour of service time. The mobile tech opened it up and said there is no way he can fix this in under an hour. He said Bluegrass did not install the new wiring harness or control box correctly. Water was still runnning down and getting into the box which caused the box to corrod and it eventually shorted out. He said if I took it back in and it got fixed the same way I would have the same issue. So, since the fix was going to take more than an hour the mobile tech guy left without fixing. So, here I am with a non-working awning again. I will not be talking anything back to Bluegrass RV service to be fix again. It takes way to loooonnnnnnnnng and it doesn't get done right! read more

Beware All New camper/trailer/RV buyers who are looking at this place. I bought a used 2002 bobcat trailer, as is, from this place and I understand that it was going to have some problems and from what they told me before I paid and drove off the lot was everything worked and it was cleaned out. There was still blankets, dishes and storage items in the front capartment and dirt everywhere. I asked both the salesman and the maintenance man to show me how to work the trailer and what to do, for me being a first time buyer/operator, the salesman admitted to not knowing anything about the trailers and the maintenance man didn't show or explain much of anything except he replaced the water pump and the a/c worked. We cleaned out the trailer and threw all the trash away that we paid them to do. The toilet still had pee in it and still smells like pee from nobody emptying and cleaning the tanks. When we finally got to the camp site we found out the water pump was not even connected correctly. We connected to a water hose, not even 10 minutes later we come back to a flooded trailer due to a hose not connected to anything or being plugged off. I found out the clean holding water tank was busted from not being winterized and nobody told me that. I believe due to nobody explaining anything to me or showing me anything, after I've told them all I've never used trailers or campers before, they are very unknowledgeable or just don't care about the actual customers except the money they bring. I've talked to customer service to try to get back the money I paid for the tanks and trailer to be cleaned and all they said was they were going to pass it on to their boss. I was never contacted back or given a date that I was going to be called or emailed back. We're never coming back to this place or any business affiliated with this place. read more

We dropped our camper off for repair in October of 2018. We had soft spots in the bathroom floor. We made several attempts over the winter to get the status of our unit, but received no answers and minimal communication. After 7 months they attempted to charge us 18-22 hours of labor for an issue they said was due to our negligence. We made several attempts to schedule appointments so they could show us the issue. After insisting they have the camper pulled in, we finally were able to see the issue which they had misdiagnosed. It was actually a warranty issue and the manufacturer issued us a replacement camper which took us an additional 2 months to get. The first time we hooked it up the jack controller started grinding and smoke began to pour out. They told us to bring it in but we couldn't because the camper was half on and half off the ball of our truck. They agreed to send someone to put on a manual tongue jack. We spoke with both Bluegrass and the manufacturer to have a new part ordered. When we returned from our trip they had no knowledge of the part. After another week of waiting we called again and were informed by Matt that although the repair was approved by the manufacturer, they would no longer be doing business with us because we had submitted a complaint to the BBB about the initial issue. Once we took our issue to social media we received a threatening phone call from Stuart to remove our post or they would seek legal action. What a company! Unbelievable read more

I bought a camper last October yes it's almost been a year and had many problems out of it bought it new and still waiting for repairs the latest is that the awning broke again but Bluegrass has been to busy with opening there new store it's going to be mid September before they can look at it. Oh yeah not repair just look that was there words. Thanks. Just make sure when buying from any RV store before delivery ask for the PDI sheet and go over it. It's going to be at there convenience on when repairs or warranty work is done. read more
