So glad we stopped here the other night! The staff was so kind. The place was so clean. And OMG the endless possibilities that they had for ice cream flavors!! It was so hard to choose! Then they had a massive candy wall! It's a sugar lover's dream! Can't wait to go back in the summer!

Ice cream is a my love language, so I knew I had to give this spot a try when I was in town. I get ice cream usually once a week, so I love trying new ice cream shops. Being a shake connoisseur, I had to give their shakes a try! I'm usually a little basic when it comes to shakes, so I picked chocolate. However, they have roughly 30 different flavors that all sounded just as good! The professional ice cream scoopers were super helpful with any questions I had! Plus, they give out samples of flavors if you wanted to try one out. Shakes are always a little tricky to make because there's a fine line when the shake is too milky or too thick. Bluejays added the perfect amount of milk and the chocolate itself wasn't too overpowering. The shop itself is bright and gives off a homey feel. Overall, downtown Ashland has something special here, and I can't wait to visit this eclectic ice cream shop again.

Such a fun shop! It's so clean and cute inside, and the candy wall is an amazing touch! The amount of flavor options is almost overwhelming but in the very best way!!! I grabbed a dish of sugar cookie, and really enjoyed it. Only negative is that we felt we couldn't sit down to eat inside due to the large group of children screaming and running through the place, but of course this isn't really the business's fault. Would definitely stop again when in the area!!!

Delicious! I enjoyed Whitehouse Cherry, it's like an old fashioned bing cherry! There was an ice cream flavor the kids were all ordering "Superman" and it had a blue color like a crayon and the kids faces were as blue as the ice cream - they were having fun. There is to go containers and candy too! Spacious sitting area as well as some pretty blue benches outside.

Darling ice cream shop. Loved the idea of flights that make it easy to share multiple types of ice cream. The flight was reasonable too starting at $10 for 4 kinda. But you can get creative with even larger options. Plenty of staff. Not a ton of tables but seating wasn't a problem while we were there.

What a cute shop! Lots of flavors and huge portions. They have a handful of tables inside and lots of benches outside, along the street.

It's about a 30 minute drive from Omaha and we had no problem finding it. My first impression was that it was way bigger than I expected and totally worth the trip!! I regularly buy Baker's chocolates at the grocery store but there was so much more selection and the prices were cheaper. For example, the bag of Patriotic Mix was $12.95 while it's usually $16.99 at Hy-Vee for the same thing. Besides the chocolates they are known for, they also had a large selection of saltwater taffy, fudge, and a ton of other candies, some I haven't seen since childhood. In addition to candy, they also sold a lot of locally made food stuffs like Rotella's bread, Mi Mama tortillas, Valentino's, Dorothy lynch, salsas, dips, jams, jerky, spaghetti sauce, you name it. They even had t-shirts, hats, and a refrigerated section for various meats. It was really cute inside and a lot of places for photo opportunities. There was a bench inside and a covered patio outside with a big parking lot. The staff were quick, efficient, and friendly. Glad I finally got to visit this place and I will be back again when my sweet tooth feels the need. :)

Pretty much any type of candy you want from newer current stuff to random weird candy and stuff that we grew up eating. The busiest parts of the shop are the candy and soda fountain section. Lots of nostalgic treats to purchase, as well as decorations and other displays. Lots of other shops within the shop (similar to an antique mall) with records and other pop culture items for sale. My favorite part of the shop were the pinball machine rooms. Antique and modern pinball machines were packed into two rooms and each play was super affordable! It is worth mentioning that some of the antique ones were there as display only, but cool to see nonetheless. I spent most of my time here playing a few games and could have definitely spent more time here if I had the opportunity during my short time in downtown. So glad I got to check out this local gem and would recommend it to anyone in looking to grab a sweet treat or play some games!

I stopped in while putting together Christmas boxes for my out-of-town family and was blown away by how easy they made it to shop small in one place. Everything is thoughtfully curated, beautifully displayed, and genuinely high quality. The shop itself is adorable and welcoming, and it feels really good knowing that every purchase supports local makers and businesses.
