Once you finally get to the register, there isn't a single acknowledgement of the long line or wait time. I mean even the woman that joined the line behind me watched it all unfold and said I'm sorry that happened to you. This is atypical for this location and every time I venture in I'm turned off more and more by Sephora altogether... Avoid this location and visit the downtown Palo Alto store for a better experience and genuinely helpful associates.
