Carmen and her team are the sweetest, most thorough, and most professional team I have worked with, so thorough that I when I moved recently I brought them with me. They handled my move-in clean and I couldn't be happier every time I come home to find the everything spotless and a little extra touch here and there. BlueStone spends the same time on site as other services I've used that send one person, but they send a small team and it shows. I prefer to leave a lockbox out so I don't have to coordinate to be there. Disappointed and disrespected I scheduled an appointment for cleaning - the first time fee is higher than normal, but I understood. When I called to schedule repeat service, the woman said she would call me back. she didn't. I called again, she said she was driving. I had been using this company a few times. They were great the first time. After that the service and punctuality significantly declined. The people who actually do the cleaning have been nice and respectful. Its the management i have a problem with. Poor communication when they are going to be late. I also think they just work their workers too much and book too many jobs they dont have the time to pay attention to detail. And the last straw for me was when she asked for $130, when i was paying $90 before. When asked why she had no real reason. Sorry but time for a new cleaning service for me. read more

On Friday I decided to call for a next day appointment for cleaning services. They were very responsive and flexible and got me an appointment the next morning. I consider it a great investment, say twice a year deep cleaning when the seasons change so you can get ready at home with a clean household. The Best Cleaning Service! Our tenants left our rental apartment a total mess and we called BlueStone. They arrived like a small army (they bring all of their own supplies)! They made the walls shine and the floors sparkle; they not only made an old refrigerator look brand new, they pulled it out and spotlessly cleaned the floor underneath and the walls behind it. I thought we would have to replace the bathroom sink since it was so gross, but they some how made it look like we just pulled it from the box. Every speck of dusk from the unseen top of the cabinets and window sills, to the darkest corner of every closet was removed. They made the apartment look like it was just constructed. They were very very late for my move out cleaning (which almost raised my blood pressure) but when they arrived in group of 7 people with all the supplies they finished my 2 bed 3 bath townhouse in just 2 hours. The house was spotless and cleaned to perfection. My landlord couldn't find any fault in cleaning and didn't get a chance to deduct anything from my security deposit. With a new addition to our family, our apartment was in some serious need of TLC and BlueStone arose to the challenge. I coordinated the job with Carmen, who was very courteous, patient and helpful. Although we weren't present for the actual cleaning, I was told that 4 cleaners spent over 2 hours performing a "deep clean" to the apartment. I never called a cleaning service to come to my house and clean. This was my frist time and it was very last minute so I didn't think it was going to happen. When I called Bluestone, the lady was very accomodating. It was nice how they was able to fit me in just a couple hours before I needed them to come in. They came like 30 min late, BUT I did not mind at all as I just got home from work and wanted to clear away some of the clutter before they came- also I did call in very last minute. There were 4 people that came to clean. When they came to the house I told them which rooms I needed clean and which rooms they did not have to clean. They brought their own supplies as well. They did everything I asked and then some (they cleaned extra floors even when they didnt have to). They were very efficiant and the house smelled lemony fresh when they were done! Finding someone to clean your home can be an exercise in frustration, but after finding Carmen 5 years ago I haven't looked back. She and Jorge go above and beyond to do a thorough and detailed job, and always with the most pleasant attitudes. I was about to move into a new apartment and needed it cleaned before I moved in. They arrived half an hour early and had no issue waiting. They did a thorough job for the most part, but missed a few things. I contacted the manager Carmen the day I moved in to let her know the issue. Best cleaning service in the area , have used many other services that left me unhappy and BlueStone definitely delivered. I was not there for the cleaning itself and when I came home everything was immaculate, including the hard to reach areas that you would never think to clean.
