The starboard stay is also more inward leaving no room for adjustment. When we raised this concern about the tension on the Bimini, Bill did come out to re-examine the Bimini. He reassured us this was normal and it would not result in unnecessary wear. However, when I look at other sailboat Biminis at our marina they all have stays which are centered in the stay slits. Boatswain's Locker's Bimini has a generally nice design but for this price, we are not pleased with the fit or follow-up to adjust once the issue was brought to their attention.

The paint has already peeled off. Calipers painted, they did that twice and it's all peeled off. Wheel lights which they fitted incorrectly 3 times and an auxilary horn which stopped working within a week. They had my car in the shop for a month. A month! Despite promises from them to put it right they never did. I have full documentation of them admitting the work was bad (texts from Alex and Trey) admitting it was their fault but chasing them to get things done was exhausting. They promised time again to put it right or refund me. Neither happened despite me calling and texting constantly. They simply don't answer or return calls. I now have to pay to get everything done again. Terrible experience.

The manager on duty confirmed the shop has no surveillance cameras and initially denied all responsibility, offering only to "detail" the vehicle despite visible mold and moisture. Because of that refusal, I was forced to open an insurance claim for shop negligence. Only after that claim was filed did the shop reach out saying they wanted to "take photos" and "look again," which I declined due to the biohazard condition and lack of secure indoor storage for vehicles at that facility. And quite frankly hostile nature, saying I wasnt being civil. I gave them every opportunity to fix this before escalation. This incident has been formally filed with: * Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services (FDACS Case #2510-01788) * Florida Attorney General's Office * Florida Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles (Region 3) The vehicle remains contaminated and will not be returned to this location. All evidence--including photos, call logs, and insurer documentation--shows the damage was discovered within hours of pickup. Date of service: September 25 - October 8 2025

1 star I recently…read moretook my Jeep to All Jacked Up Motors on Beach Blvd in Jacksonville, FL, and this was hands down the worst automotive experience I've ever had. I brought my vehicle in for a simple issue that they claimed they could fix. Not only did they completely fail to resolve the problem, but they somehow made everything worse. While in their care, they actually crashed my Jeep--yes, crashed it. No explanation, no accountability, and definitely no apology. Just a damaged vehicle and a bill. They still had the nerve to charge me full price for a job they didn't do, and I left with more issues than I came in with. To make matters worse, because of their negligence, my insurance premium increased. I'm now paying more monthly due to a wreck they caused--while my car was supposed to be getting repaired. The shop is run by the most unprofessional, disorganized, and shady group of people I've ever encountered. The environment was uncomfortable, the staff were rude and unhelpful, and frankly, it seemed like several of them were under the influence of something. The entire place gave off unsafe, chaotic energy. I've since reported them to the Better Business Bureau, and I strongly encourage anyone else who's had a similar experience to do the same. This shop should not be allowed to operate under current conditions. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY. If you care at all about your car, your money, or your sanity--go somewhere else.
