    They barely wash the car. They don't vacuum well. And you have to pay extra just to get them to…read morewipe down the inside. Today, they left about 5 dings/chips down the driver's side rear door. When I pointed it out to the attendant, he said it might be the heat. Not sure what that could have possibly meant to him! I didn't take the time to go find a manager (nor was it offered) because I know I can't prove it was them. But I know. And I know that I will not be going back. UPDATE: Wash Tub reached out the very next day. Offered to rewash the car. They viewed camera footage and said they could see the damage when I arrived so they don't believe they did it. But they did offer to try and buff the scratches out. Though I still will think twice before going there, they were very responsive. UPDAT 2: took the car back today. Viewed the camera footage and they did not cause the damage. But Joseph worked really hard to buff out the scratches. He rewashed the car and personally made sure the inside was clean.

    This wash tub almost completely ripped my driver side fender off and then tried to cover up the…read moredamages. Not a single employee came forward and told me about the damage that they caused. The employees simply shoved my fender back into place and hoped I wouldnt notice. When I confronted the manager about the damages he said that he was told that the damage was preexisting to which I explained it absolutely was not preexisting. The damage that they caused is so bad that I do not believe they would have cleaned my vehicle had I brought it in with that 'preexisting' damage. The manager, Joseph Guerra, was extremely insensitive to the situation and did not acknowledge how hurtful it is that they could lie to me about it and only apologized after I requested a refund. I was told that they would not go through insurance for the damages but that they would call me back only after watching video footage. Joseph said that they would take responsibility for any damage or excaberated damages that were caused by them on their lot. Joseph did notice and acknowledge how terrible of a job they did at actually washing the vehicle. They left tar and dirt all over the vehicle. Joseph later called me back after watching the footage where you can see their machine damaging my fender, but still didn't do a single thing to make this right. All I was told was that the employee who shoved my fender back into place was 'talked to'. Joseph has done everything in his power to try to say that my vehicle had been previously damaged and therefore a panel was lose and thats why their machine ripped my fender off. Joseph said that Tahoe's are notorious for having lose panels, which is news to me. No accountability for the fact that their employee made damages far worse by shoving the fender back into place and by trying to cover up what happened. It's disheartening that a company can do this to you and not own up to their mistake or even meet you half way. I'm so incredibly disappointed at how i've been treated throughout this whole ordeal and I'm sad for anyone else who will go through this with these people. I simply want to be indemnified. I just want my vehicle back to how it was before I dropped it off for a cleaning.
