But, after one conversation with Ryan I decided to send my watch to them and I couldn't be happier with the result! My watch not only looks brand new, but I know that is was thoroughly tested to ensure that it is as good as new on the inside as well. It's a 20 second job. Left the watch. Got a claim check,admittedly didn't look at it. Picked up the watch today and was charged $12.84 for the work. Basically a 20 cent pin and 20 second job. Unbelievable price gouging. I hope they pay their jewelers an hourly rate commensurate with what they charge for their work.

The crystal was scratched up pretty good as Dad was a carpenter and wore this every day. Showed minor wear, and had not run in years. I had considered just scrapping it, but was advised by Kaitlin to just have it looked at. I left the watch with them and was amazed that I had an estimate in days! The cost was MUCH less than what I had found on the internet from other repair places and did not include the new band! I couldn't be more pleased with this "new" watch! Hahn cleaned our clock, but at an expensive price the first time. This time we had a working clock…read morewhen we took it in, however after 6 months of him having the clock it came back not keeping correct time. After a month of trying to get the clock to keep time, it stopped working completely. It cost us over $400 to let him ruin our clock. I left countless phone messages to which he did not contact us back. I would not recommend him to anyone.

These people rarely work and therefore don't finish clock repairs. They have had our clock 121…read moredays. Every time we attempt to get a status they have a voice message defining another reason why they aren't working that day. When you do get a hold of them they waiting for a part. They must have awful vendor relationships.
