Apparently Leo had never had that happen in nearly 40 years of doing this work. Many hours later we have an A/C that works. Goodman brand and NOT LENNOX, whose products have gone south in quality and longevity, is our replacement. It has a good warranty. Really have to say this couple really worry about their customers! Our dog is very ill and heat makes him worse so they gave us a large, powerful window A/C to use for a couple of days while we waited for the new unit to arrive. He wanted our pup comfortable! Who does that ??? No one, except...Prescott A/C and Heating does and stands by their work. If I could leave my number here I would so you could call me and ask how it went, but Yelp won't allow it. Trust me, they won't leave you high and dry and hot if you use their thoughtful, professional services. You'll never have to worry about them not standing by their work. But last…read moreFriday I came home and was greater by a horrible noise that turned out to be what a pump running backwards. (See attached video). Anyway, Phillips go out within two days of my call for service. The repairman (sorry forgot his name) was very professional and had my system working within a few minutes. He did several system checks and determined my pump was pulling a bit to much current at start up. So he recommended a Start Assist device. This device reduced the startup current draw from just under 140amps to approximately 70amps. For those unfamiliar, this is a huge decrease. He also made some recommendations that could improve my system performance. All that, and they covered the repairs under warranty even tho I was about a month beyond the limit. All-in-all, it was a great experience and I highly recommend Phillips for your service and repair needs.

Debbie gave us a time and the name of the service technician. Two technicians appeared after they called asking if they could come early. They both spent a great deal of time explaining what went wrong with our thermostat and noted the corrective actions on the paperwork so we would have it for a reference should we experience similar problems in the future. They fixed the thermostat, replaced a missing screw in the air handler, and gave us a useful convenience tip on obtaining an assembled air filter from Phillips. Professional service alleviates worry and provides us confidence in the system they installed during construction.
