Amazing studio! From the minute I came in, I was greeted right away and we discussed what I was looking for. I wanted things very natural while still being dramatic enough to look cute for a wedding Angelica was VERY attentive, did my lashes and was super thorough! I'm leaving this review based on my initial inquiry experience, as I never ended up booking an appointment. I reached out to Thao last weekend to discuss what I was looking for in lash extensions. We chatted briefly, and I followed up this week to ask if she had availability for a quick call so I could walk through a few questions. I was told she wasn't available for a call and to text instead, which I did. I sent reference photos of styles I was considering, along with photos of my natural lashes with mascara. I explained that I was between two looks and was hoping for professional guidance, as I've had lash extensions done before and haven't loved the results in the past. I was genuinely trying to be thoughtful and clear so expectations would be aligned. The response I received was surprising and disappointing. I was told that I was "too confusing," that I couldn't decide what I wanted, and that I would confuse her lash techs, so they didn't think they could work with me. The interaction felt dismissive and placed the blame on me for simply asking questions and seeking guidance. While I respect a business's right to choose its clients, I was honestly taken aback by how this was handled. I can't believe a business would turn away a potential client in this manner rather than offering guidance or setting expectations professionally. As a result, I'll be exploring other options. I knew I wanted to have fuller and better shaped eye brows, but I wasn't exactly sure exactly what the best fit for me was. Thao did a video consultation with me and helped me understand the difference between microblading and nano brows. I had donenother consultations but felt most comfortable with Thao. She explained everything to me about what to expect. When she was mapping and drawing the brows out, she checked in frequently to make sure I was happy with the shape. Despite my frustration, I was absolutely terrified to do microblading for the following reasons: 1) fear of "tattoo green" looking eyebrows 2) afraid it would affect my eyebrow hair growth 3) it was permanent forever 4) the artist would pick the wrong shape. I researched over 150 microblading artists, even in different states, because it was important to me to pick the right artist for my needs. Then I found Binx! Charlene is a p e r f e c t i o n i s t! She made sure my eyebrows look so natural! Just what I was hoping for. She educated me on everything. Microblading is semi-permanent and typically lasts about two years. Touch ups are recommended every few months as needed. It also does not affect hair growth. My new eyebrows only require minimal grooming. There was absolutely no pain, and the color was perfect! It was so subtle, even my closest friends didn't notice it was microblading! If you are on the fence, Charlene is your girl!

When my nail technician completed my manicure, she announced, "same!" as if she declared out-loud my powdered pearlescent nails are now magically transformed into the requested nude chrome color. I wish they would've told me upfront that this cannot be done. I would not request for anything out of the basic mani pedi here.

I just had the best lash experience at Thao SD and I'm honestly obsessed! My lash tech Amber is amazing. She's so skilled and really knows how to make your lashes look perfect. My lashes are super light, feel so comfortable, and I'm loving how natural and full they look. She is very patient on listening to what i wanted for my brows & give you the best recommendations to cure & heal my skins. Amber did my lash lift and they came out looking amazing. I didn't know my lashes could look so good without extensions. She did let me know since my lashes were stronger it would take a while to absorb the perm solution so overall the service took about an hour and 45 minutes. I got a calf massage during my time laying down which was nice after a 6 mile run in the morning. Service was great and she got started on me as soon as I walked in. read more

I went on a Friday afternoon and had no trouble finding a spot. Customer Service: Five stars all the way! Melanie, the owner and my lash/brow aesthetician, was AMAZING! She is truly an expert and was professional, sweet, warm, and so easy to talk to. I had a lash lift, lash tint, eyebrow lamination, and eyebrow tint and Melanie absolutely nailed it! In love with them! Booking was super easy online and my appointment started right on time. Everything felt professional and relaxing from beginning to end. I especially love the Korean lash lift because it's gentler on the lashes and includes conditioning steps. I prefer this method! Verdict: If you want someone who genuinely knows her craft and makes you feel gorgeous, Melanie's Wilde Beauty Co. is the place to go! My brows and lashes came out AMAZING and I left feeling completely pampered. Mission accomplished! Five stars and worth every penny.
