Stopped in when they 1st opened Saturday morning at 9 am for a quick mail emergency. Excellent customer service and clean environment. The staff was literally sanitizing and wiping down as I walked in. Technician did a great job with my fill and gel polish change. She paid close attention to detail and my desired shape. A little heavy on the acrylic but the drilling saved the day! Polished to perfection. Toe polish change came with a good file and buff. Excellent color selection. Stopped in for a pedicure today. 2 stars are for a very clean salon with a new modern design and new pedicure chairs. Everyone was nice and welcoming. 3 missing stars are due to the fact that the lady handed me a book to choose which pedicure I wanted. She kept pointing to the most expensive one ($65) and I read that it came with a beverage and 30 minute massage on top of everything else. Sadly the massage was less than 20 minutes and I was never offered a beverage. The lady next to me was offered wine and other choices but nothing for me. Avoid this business and rotten service! I'll never be back. I arrived for my 5:00 pm appointment at 4:45 pm, but left around closing at 7:00 with my nails still wet. I chose the deluxe manicure and regular pedicure. I was never offered the beverage listed with the deluxe manicure that I paid for, although I witnessed customers with wine and other beverages. Two women started on my nails when I got there, one on my feet one on my hands. Both women caused pain stabbing me and tearing up the skin around my nails (see photo of torn skin). The woman working on my hands filed my right index finger nail so raggedy that I had to tell her to do a better job before applying polish. Both women gave ridiculously short massages, far short of advertised time. The lower leg and hand massages were just a couple of times up and down, less than five minutes total. The hot mitts were on and off quickly. The hot wax was the only thing they didn't do wrong, but I'd still give zero stars if possible. Hot stone massage was once or twice up each arm. The first hot towel was removed as soon as the second hot towel was wrapped, then it was removed too. The polish was applied too quickly and extremely unevenly. I brought my own bottle of OPI nail polish. I think their speed (racing before any layer dried) is what caused the small amount of sparkles to clump together. I've never seen this clumping happen with sparkles in polish even when I apply it myself. The top coat did not make the nails shiny or smooth out the clumps. Bubbles and sparkle clumps are visible (see photo). After polishing my nails the woman put my hands under a dryer and acted like I didn't exist for almost two hours. I got her attention near closing time when I pointed out that my left thumbnail had a visible lack of nail polish in the middle and that my right thumbnail needed fixing because I just tested it and it got messed up since it was STILL WET even after all this time. Even when these women worked on me they weren't the least bit friendly. They talk to each other in their own language much more than they talked to me. read more

Had a positive experience with Lee. He seemed to take his work seriously. His shaping is amazing. But at the end my nails looked horrible. I paid. Tipped like 40% and walked out. I saw my nails in the sun and literally turned around and walked right back in. I said these are lumpy there's literally mountains of uncured polish and it looks bad. Lee said "yeah you chose matte top coat that's what happens." So I asked him why he didn't warn me as it's his job to know. He just shrugged and looked at me as if I was wrong. I asked Lee "would you be happy to pay $60 for these??" His answer was "no one else complains just you". I'm so sad. I thought I found my shop and nail tech as no one else can shape coffin nails like he can. But the disrespect was so offensive at the end. I have the feeling if he wasn't in a rush to leave he would have offered to fix them. read more

I'm only giving two stars because the pedicure wasn't bad, it wasn't great but I'm not too picky about my toes. The lady who did my pedicure was nice. No massage chairs which was disappointing. My manicure on the other hand was AWFUL. The lady cut me in 3 places, one so bad it kept bleeding for almost the whole manicure. She was rude the entire time and only became nice after I started bleeding all over the towel. I asked for square shape with a little rounded edges just so I wouldn't cut myself. I've gotten this shape for 7+ years. She didn't even do anything remotely close to that. Every nail is a different shape but closely to rounded. From the pictures you can see the polish isn't even that great, this was taken the second I got into my car. Won't be going back. read more

I talked to the young man I scheduled an appointment with and when I got there he immediately took a walk in before my scheduled appointment. Even though I was obviously discriminated against I still tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and politely asked how long would he be. He told me an hr then immediately started talking to someone else while I was speaking to him. If you have any dignity you would not come here. I hope you don't have to learn your lesson the way I did. The work is decent but I pay for a good experience. Maybe the assumption was I wouldn't tip because of my ethnicity. I had my first ever mani-pedi (the Classic) with Blush Nails this afternoon. They reopened for limited business on June 9th, so I was happy to finally have a place to get my Pandemic nails taken care of! I'm a very pragmatic person about my hands and feet, so I just had my fingernails trimmed and had a clear polish put on them. My toes are reflective of a couple of (careful) gatherings I'm going to in the next two weeks, so they got a jazzed up, sparkly look. Since I'm 75, I have a couple of pretty gnarly toenails, and my technician did really well working on them. She was excellent, and very efficient, and the atmosphere was inviting; although it said at the front that they had a new HVAC system in place, the day was just warm enough to have the front door open, so there was fresh air circulating, and customers were 6' apart. I guess perhaps I should have been offered some hand sanitizer on the way out, but I had some in my car already, so.....! I will definitely return! Thanks Blush Nails! read more

For the amount of good reviews on here, I expected good quality work, but when it came time for the dip & painting my nails.. it was horrible. Not too mention while filing my nails multiple times, she left my thumb so crooked, and other nails you feel how it's higher on one end than the other. Like she filed more on one side. I had to ask her to file the corners more round because she first had them very sharp (It was getting caught on this foam nail filer she had). The sides of my nails are not cleaned & looked like someone rushed doing my nails. In person you can see how messed up it is. My sister was even apologizing for even bringing me there. Maybe I just had the wrong girl doing my nails- but not the best experience at all. I've had better nails & better quality.. this was not it. read more

I honestly only came here because it looked like a clean and sanitary salon. I also really liked the green decor (it's my favorite color). So why the two star review??? Well there were a couple of things I really didn't like. One was the massage chairs. I got a full set, brows, and pedicure. When I sat down in the chair for my pedicure, I saw the controller next to me and tried to turn it on. It wouldn't work. I asked the lady doing my pedicure if she could help me turn the chair on and she just shook her head no and said , "no for you." I was like wtf? Why??? I didn't want to cause a scene and I calmed down once I understood what she meant. Not all of the seats have the massage feature, just a select few. The seats are also booth style and not individual. I didn't like that too much. It would be helpful if there was sign posted saying that not every seat comes with the massage feature. The second thing that really pissed me off was when I was leaving. After getting done, I went to the front desk to pay for everything. The lady who did my pedicure and eyebrows did a really good job. I had some cash in my wallet and decided to give it to her for a tip. After paying, I told the woman who was helping me to please give this to the lady who did my feet and brows. Her reply was, "you have tip for other girl? You got nail done too." I was instantly pissed. Who the hell is this woman to tell me how and who to tip??? I get she may have been looking out for her co-worker but it made her look greedy to me. I didn't want to tip the lady who did my nails because she didn't deserve one! My full set wasn't all that great. It is not custom at a nail shop to do that but that lady seemed to believe it was. I knew I would never be back after that.
