I have known her for over ten years and because I couldn't get back to her ASAP she canceled all my future appointments with no phone call but through text which is extremely disrespectful. Also I referred several people and she charged me $150 more than the people I referred. I always tip 20%. I'm so glad this happened because when she was told not to worry about it I found someone to fix my hair. She asked if I wanted to come in on Tuesday when she's known for 12 years I work 12 hour days. I had no expectations of her coming in but she offered to take then out but would not put them back in. That would've been a nightmare. This has happened a couple times now. She over charges and her work has gone so down hill. I just didn't want to deal with my work and finding someone new. I should've left when she just out of no where started upping her prices only on me. I work extremely hard and she upped her prices and lowered her standards knowing I'd pay it. Don't come here!

Rochelle is AMAZING!!! The first time I visited her she completely fixed a color mishap from a previous stylist who colored my hair "red" instead of the "blonde" I asked for. Rochelle fixed this mishap with such ease and such compassion we were laughing the entire time. That being said, Rochelle is so down to earth, she really listens to what you need or want, she takes all of that, puts it together with her knowledge, and the end result ALWAYS exceeds expectations or imaginations.
