Before I could even finish explaining dean cut me off and immediately said no, that I'd have to leave my car over the weekend if I wanted it done. I understand if they were fully booked but there was no reason to be dismissive or rude. A simple polite explanation would have been appreciated. Customer service and respect matter just as much as the work being done. The first time I assumed he was just having a bad day but after multiple interactions, it seems this is just how he treats customers.
