Their own paperwork admitted the cooling system only lost 1 psi in 15 minutes and that they couldn't actually find a leak. I got a second opinion at a dealership. The real problem was just the radiator cap -- the worn cap couldn't hold pressure, so the coolant was boiling over and escaping. About $100 to replace, and the car has run perfectly ever since. The cap was even listed on their own quote (a $26 part), but instead of trying the cheap fix first, they pushed a $1,500 radiator job. Either they couldn't diagnose a basic cooling issue or they were counting on me not getting a second opinion. Get your quote checked elsewhere before paying these guys.

He said he would diagnose it for free which is not common. . They could've told me it was $300 or $3000 and I wouldn't have known any better. Which a lot of mechanics will charge you as much as they can. But they ended up doing an extensive job by dropping the whole gas tank in order to fix it the car was there for two days and I thought it was gonna be doubled than what they charged me and turned out. It was only $600 and they got the problem fixed. I was pretty impressed and the problem was fixed. I will definitely be back again and highly recommend the shop

They let you review their recommendations and you decide what you would ultimately like fixed on your car through a website. It offers you a chance to look through the tasks without pressure or intimidation. Their work is great and they even offer loaner cars or rides back home. I won't be taking my cars anywhere else.

I stopped coming here because of the lack of professionalism. I took my w202 Mercedes and they stripped my lug nut and lug nut threads. And they tried to hide it by putting anti seize on the threads. I paid him and he said it was good but it wasn't. I eventually called AAA and they tested my battery and it was the battery. I paid them to replace it and my trucks fine now. After I notified Izaiah and requested some of the money back, he said he would send me back the cost of labor ($345). The first week he was out of the country then The second week he was waiting for the money to get in to his account because he had no money and now he's just ignoring me.
