    First time here for an oil change. My service advisor was Daisy Keene and she took good care of me. The lounge area to wait around in was nice and had complimentary water and hot beverages. Unlike the Toyota dealerships I'm used to, they actually wash your car for you as well. The only con I would say you should be aware of is that the wait time can be long for something small like an oil change. Overall, I would definitely recommend BMW of Riverside.

    JR at BMW of Riverside was honestly one of the friendliest salespersons I've EVER dealt with in the car business. I think for most people, this is the part they dislike the most, and it was so refreshing to work with someone who LISTENED to exactly what I wanted and needed and helped me find the best option! Given that I was in Orange County, I had lots of options and tried to connect with several BMW dealerships in my area, and unfortunately for them, but fortunately for BMW of Riverside, no one could get me what I was looking for but JR did! We worked the transaction entirely over the phone and I only had to drive out to trade-in, do paperwork, and get my new car. All the details and viewing was done via phone. I realize not everyone can do that, but for me, driving out spending hours in the process at the dealership was not an option, so I did all the legwork from afar first and sealed the deal in person. JR was honest with me and got me exactly what I needed. I had to drive home late that night (as I couldn't make the drive to the dealership until after work) and after arriving home, he even text to make sure I got home safely. It's the details that count in a world of chaos and I can only recommend JR at BMW of Riverside. The best part is some of the other dealerships are still emailing me saying their "deal" is the best nationwide and little do they know, I already got it! Thanks so much BMW of Riverside and THANK YOU, JR!!!!

    I called BMW of riverside in advance to trade in a BMW of mine for a 2021 M4. I was told to ask for Edwin Sarhad When we arrived. Upon arrival at reception desk, I asked for Edwin. He came over & immediately told us that he had no interest in accommodating our needs. I was a bit taken back, being I'd purchased a half dozen BMW's from riverside in the past. This guy didn't sit us down & even try to work with us. I'm assuming he profiled me, being I was in gym clothes, but regardless he basically spun us around & booted us out. Needless to say, I went to BMW of Murrieta, where I was treated how a customer should be treated. & if you see the pic I attached, I was able to get the new 2021 M4 I was looking for. I'll never give riverside BMW my business again... Edwin was unprofessional, & from the poor reviews I've read online about him, this seems to be a trend. I'm forced to give 1 star, because zero isn't an option. I don't recommend anyone to do business with this organization.

    Purchasing a car is often anxiety-inducing. But my experience at BMW of Riverside was truly the best, easiest, and most straightforward purchase experience ever. I recommend them wholeheartedly. Charles assisted me via email and phone. He was responsive and ensured things moved smoothly early on. JR assisted me in the showroom. He was kind and knowledgeable. I felt at ease and well taken care of the entire time I was there. I hope everyone has the type of experience that I had today. Now, I must go to stare lovingly at my new car.

    I am SO happy with my new car! M8 competition! Thank you JR salesman and Edwin Manager for making my lease return and replacing it with the car of my dreams, it was a easy and hassle free experience! JR was very professional and friendly in every aspect! With this whole covid-19 I was nervous about going to a car dealer but he made me feel safe! He wiped down everything! Edwin is the master of the "M" cars! He spent over a hour showing me all about the options and performance even before he knew I was going to buy a car from him! Edwin and JR work well together and I would highly recommend them both if your shopping for a new BMW! I also got a great deal!!

    The Riverside team has a wonderful sales advisor and his name is Larry Winkler !!! ( I hope I'm spelling the last name right ) This would be my second BMW purchase at this location and they always exceed my expectations!! I was able to drive off in a brand new 2019 5series and I couldn't be more than thankful for the patients and the energy that Larry has put together to allow me to drive off in such a beautiful car!! I want to give a special thanks to BMW-Riverside for always taking care of my needs and showering me with accessories day of purchase! I cannot be more excited!!     Best car buying experience ever. I went to at least 20 dealership across Southern California. Test drove nearly every sedan in this class. Larry at Riverside BMW was the absolute best. He asked my experience with the vehicle, and provided appropriate (not patronizing or massagnistic) information during the test drive. During negotiations he was patient and advocated for me as a buyer. From management to finance everyone was nice, respectful, and helpful. While I was there I even picked up a watch to go with my new car. Photo to come.

    I recently visited Riverside BMW, with the intent of purchasing a used vehicle. I dealt with the most professional car salesman I had ever met, Jamil Razzik, a true gentleman in every aspect. Jamil looked into my situation, not too much of a down payment and not the best of credit either. Jamil worked and worked on obtaining a great deal for me. He was considerate, efficient, honest and very upfront in all aspects. Suffice it to say that I walked out of Riverside BMW with a 2021, 200 Series!! In one word, the experience of obtaining a new vehicle was AMAZING! Thank you,

We agreed to proceed. However, compared to Walters Mercedes-Benz of Riverside, which frequently offers complimentary diagnostic coupons and service promotions, the overall value was not as attractive. I am not certain whether this shop uses genuine Mercedes-Benz OEM parts. In my opinion, aftermarket parts or parts represented as "OEM equivalent" do not match the quality and reliability of genuine Mercedes-Benz dealership parts. I recommend that customers verify exactly what parts are being installed and compare pricing with the dealership before authorizing repairs. The biggest issue that caused this shop to lose my business involved my son's vehicle being diagnosed by Jojo as having flood damage. We filed an insurance claim, and after speaking with the insurance adjuster, I learned that a request had been made for the insurance company to send payment directly to the shop. Because the vehicle was fully paid off, I expected any insurance payment arrangements to be discussed with me first. I was upset because I never authorized direct payment to the shop. After arranging for the insurance payment to be sent directly to me instead, I later contacted Anita regarding repairs to my vehicle. The repair quote I received was significantly higher than I expected, which caused me concern about the overall cost of the repairs. Another issue that negatively affected my experience was a comment Anita made to me: "You are lucky you got part of the adjuster money; you would have gotten NOTHING elsewhere lol." I found that statement unprofessional, inappropriate, and disrespectful. Overall, I strongly encourage customers to compare repair estimates directly with the dealership before authorizing work. In my experience, independent shops are not always less expensive than dealerships. While some shops advertise lower hourly labor rates, the final estimate may increase through additional labor hours or other charges. Customers should also consider transportation costs. Unlike Walters Mercedes-Benz, which provided transportation assistance and a loaner vehicle, Prestige Automotive did not offer me a ride, rideshare service, or a loaner vehicle. As a result, customers may need to pay for rental vehicles or arrange their own transportation, which can significantly increase the overall cost and inconvenience of the repair. You will end up paying more than a dealership for less quality than a dealership . Based on my experience, careful comparison shopping is essential before deciding where to service your vehicle.

    I had such a great experience with King of Hybrid Auto Repair and I honestly can't recommend them…read moreenough. Their knowledge and attention to detail really stood out to me. In some ways, I feel like the quality of work was even better than what I've experienced at a Tesla service center. They fixed the AC blower motor on my 2017 Tesla Model S and it made a huge difference right away. Everything was done efficiently and professionally, and they kept me informed the entire time. I also really appreciated that they use OEM Tesla parts because it gave me peace of mind knowing the repair was done the right way. What I loved most was how transparent they are. They use a system that texts you updates and actually shows you the parts that need attention, so you can see exactly what's going on with your car. It made me feel comfortable and confident that they were being honest and not trying to get over on me. On top of that, they took the time to provide me with a maintenance plan so I can keep my car in the best shape possible. That meant a lot because it shows they really care about helping you take care of your vehicle long term. If you have a Tesla or hybrid, I definitely recommend going to King of Hybrid Auto Repair. They do quality work and really take care of their customers.
