    Was in market for a Lexus UX300H, I reached out to over 5 different Lexus dealerships throughout Southern California & all of them wanted ridiculous down payments to get the payments we were looking for. Luckily i submitted an online request with Lexus of Riverside. I was contacted by sales Rep Gabriel De Leon, I told him exactly what we were looking for and what payments, within 10 minutes he spoke with his manager and said they can make the deal work! We showed up following day car was out front, we test drove signed documents with an amazing finance rep & was on our way! We had one of the best car buying experience dealing with Gabriel and the rest of his Team members at Lexus of Riverside, they listened were not pushy and aggressive! Highly recommend!

    I purchased my third Lexus today at Lexus of Riverside and I couldn't be happier. Our salesman, Hadi, worked tirelessly to find the car we wanted and to get the best deal possible. He never pressured us and was the perfect salesman for us. Hadi stayed with us the whole time, providing refreshments and keeping us informed as to estimated wait to talk to the Finance representative, Raphael, who was also very upbeat and careful to explain every charge and form we were signing. Finally after the purchase was made, Hadi took the time to teach us everything we needed to know with regard to the super advanced technology. The sales manager, Danny, also worked with us to secure a wonderful price. I highly recommend this dealership and the people with whom we worked.

    Big thank you to Frank and Rap for such a quick and smooth buying experience. We arrived at last minute's notice and were immediately asked if we had been helped or had any questions about the buying process. Both were very kind and made the experience memorable. Now a proud owner of the new IS 350, all thanks to Lexus of Riverside!

    Hadi was great, my previous experience was horrible. I did try and all online pricing. I stated my offer and they accepted it. I like to shop and I was in and out in 45 minutes. They treated my daughter and I great. Hadi was awesome. A good experience.

    I originally purchased a brand new 2025 Lexus is350 from them earlier in March through the Costco auto program and everything was smooth and they were friendly and helpful. The car was beautiful and in perfect shape, as a brand new car should be . I loved the car so much I wanted to upgrade, So I went for a IS500. I called several Lexus dealerships and there were 3 in stock within a 100 mile radius and they had 1 of them(with the highest markup of $20-30k). I liked both the exterior and interior combo so I went to Lexus Riverside to check it out. Also hoping that I'm a returning customer and going with a trade in, I would get some type of deal. Well no deal and nearly full markup, but I wanted the car so I went through with it anyways. I guess there are no benefits of being a returning customer. Will not be returning for future business. However, being an already pricey car on top of that crazy markup, you would think they would check the car thoroughly. Well the car came with several scuffs/scratches on the hood and front fender, as if it was wiped down dusty. Even the Protective clear coat film in the front has tiny debris underneath. It's also my fault for not checking the car better myself, I just expected better from Lexus. I did contact them right away and brought the car in the next day and they looked at it. They were helpful and offered me to clay bar it on the spot but it was a 2-3 hour project. It being the Holidays, I wasn't able to do it that day or even that week. I will be going Monday the 29th and will be giving an update. However I am nervous of them working on my vehicle at this point . It's all been an inconvenience and disappointment. So far it is not looking like a December to remember.

    I needed to replace my high miled MDX. I fell in I needed to replace my high miled MDX. I fell in love with the new GX 550. Lexus if Riverside had the exact model and color I was looking for a Overtrail+ in Incognito. My only issue was the 10k dealer markup! We ended up negotiating down to 8k but after the purchase which was thankfully less than 2 hours to get out we noticed they did charge the 10k! Not very happy but I needed a reliable car to drive around my special needs son and not break down.

Come to find out it was for only three and I didn't even know it was for three until after my third oil change. On my contact, it says maintenance. It doesn't say how many it just says 36,000 miles or three years.. There are three different sign dates January 2 contractor signature when I bought the car January 3 when everything was acknowledged January 5 and the warranty was signed for the oil changes. Well, I wasn't there on the January 3 and I wasn't there in January 5 only January 2 . First, I was told that an email was sent to me with a pin to dock sign on my phone on 3 January. Then I was told I signed in person on the iPad at the dealership on January 3. I was misled about the oil changes. I've been trying to deal with them. I'm not sure how everything was signed without me being there or acknowledged.. When I first bought my car, the tires were bald. They had replace them. My cylinder head went out in 23,000 miles.. It's been ongoing problems and nobody there seems to care at all or will not help me. They treat me horribly. I've asked to talk to the owner over and over and their response to me is we will be handling this matter the owner will not talk to you. At first, it was hard for me to believe that the owner will be OK with any of the situation, but I guess he is and he doesn't really care from what I've been told. STAY CLEAR OF THE DEALERSHIP,!!!! They don't care only out to make money once they make the deal they don't care !!

I get it, an old cop car through most banks would not qualify for financing BUT, it's the car that I wanted. Antonio brought me in sat me and my wife down and laid it all out on the table with nothing to hide and I not only appreciate that but, I respect that as well. That has to be the absolute fastest I've EVER gotten a car from any dealership ever! There were no hidden fees, no bs and no drama. I am beyond Appreciative for Antonio taking the time explain everything to me and my wife and for having the patience to deal with us.     Let me start by telling you that this Nissan dealership in Riverside is the BEST one! I went to…read moreNissan El Monte (NOT recommended). I went to Nissan Alhambra (NOT recommended - negative business practice). Contacted Nissan Duarte (poor inventory - doesn't have the car I wanted). And finally, Nissan Gardena (NOT recommended - they don't listen). When I say NOT recommended, just take my word for it. I don't want to elaborate too much detail since this review is for Riverside Nissan. So, as you can see, I basically made my rounds all over town to find the best place to buy or lease my car. Riverside Nissan is completely different from others. First, the price they quoted online (using their website) with all the discounts is legit and they honored it. I'm super happy! But take note that my credit score is outstanding, above 800, so your credit score may be a factor on your actual quote. People with bad credit usually pay more because they have a higher risk profile or higher default rate. However, not sure if this dealership enforces this common business practice or not. Just be aware about it if your credit is poor or below average. The majority of my transactions were professionally handled by Lisbet. She needs to work a tiny (very tiny) bit more on her communication or follow-up, but overall, she was excellent, friendly, and fast. She pretty much took care of everything: delivering the car to my place, paperwork, deal making, and driving my trade-in back to Riverside. I currently reside in Monrovia, so the drive is a little substantial especially with traffic. She definitely went above and beyond, which I deeply appreciate. (Thanks so much, Lisbet!) And the best part, Riverside Nissan gave a fantastic deal (based on my request) for my trade-in vehicle compared to other dealers! I tell you, this is the ONLY dealership that values ACTION (and honor) instead of false promises (wasting your time). So, if you're thinking about trading in your car for a new one, this is the place to do it! I honestly recommend this place if this is something you're thinking about. Don't bother checking other dealerships - I did the work for you! Yes, thank me later. Lastly, and this goes back to the tiny communication glitch with Lisbet. When she took my car, she told me that she will text or call (within a week) to let me know when I will get my check for the trade-in. However, to my surprise, the payment was mailed earlier than expected. Unfortunately, because I wasn't notified as promised, I contacted the owner, Richard, via email for a "needless" follow-up. The owner responded by calling within 2 hours and that's when I learned that my check was already in the mail. Without a doubt, the owner truly cares for his business and reputation. 5 stars!! Based on my overall experience - and I'm super picky and critical - I would gladly recommend this place if you want or need a new Nissan! (As long as Richard is the owner!) They gave me a bill for $10,000 on a 2012 nissan rogue that had 100k mileage on it. The bill was for repairs other than what i went for such leakage and stuff. They are seriously on some drugs here to do that with a straight face. Of course this has nothing to do with all of the staff members. I have never returned and will never return.
