I brought in a designer silk-linen jacket for dry cleaning. I showed them the care tag, and told them, per care instructions, NOT to iron on high heat. When I picked up the garnet it was ironed and starched like a men's white dress shirt. All the body in the material has been destroyed. They completely ignored my very specific instructions. I brought in a boutique vest with 3 unique wooden buttons for dry cleaning. One of the three buttons had fallen off, which I handed over requesting that it be sewn back on. When I returned to pick up the vest, a random button was attached in its place. The owner had lost the button and said, "this is the first time a button was lost, but that accidents happen." I brought in 3 new buttons and the owner agreed to replace the buttons. I asked that he return the original buttons along with the vest. However, he ALSO lost the remaining 2 buttons! He was apathetic about his carelessness. When I asked that he reimburse me due to the irepairable damage to this article of clothing, he flipped me off, cursed at me, and told me to "...get the F out of the store." Horrible customer service! Horrible quality of care with other people's clothing. Go anywhere else but here if you want your clothes to be properly cleaned and taken care of. read more

The owner leaves Dodge faster than a convict on the loose. Sign says open til 3pm on Friday's, however the business is sealed tighter than a drum with no one in sight by 2:55pm. I literally pulled into the spot in front of door with another patron hanging their just retrieved Cleaning on their car hook. By the time I walked 5 paces to the door, the door was already locked & the owner vanished. I may have to cancel my plans for the evening due to this run away business owner. This is the 2nd time! Not even banks close this early especially on a Friday. I live right down the street but will no longer patronize this business. I will drive twice the distance just to deal with a reliable business. While writing this review, 6 separate customers arrived to retrieve their needed dry cleaning leaving empty handed & disgruntled by the unreliability of the business owner. I used this place, even though it wasn't exactly close to my house, thanks to the Yelpers out there who said it was good. I have a king, very thick, quilted comforter that weighs a ton. I doubt it would have fitted in one of those jumbo sized loundromat washers. I also have a labrador puppy. Labrador puppy didn't realize thick quilt is not an appropriate item upon which to deposit solid wastes. The comforter stayed in the garage for a few days, then moved outside for several more, getting dirtier each day. We figured we might just throw it away, but I saw that Best Cleaners only charged $30 to clean a queen comforter, so I figured I might give it a shot. This big, heavy comforter thing ended up being $35, still a very reasonable price. It was ready three days later, and looks great. Oh, another reason for choosing Best is that they are open on Sundays. Very few are. Nice guy, nice service, fair prices. read more

This one had decent reviews, so I decided to give dry cleaning a try since my dress really needed cleaning. I picked up my dress 3 days later and it's definitely clean. While the services here have always been great, this time not so much. My girlfriend's skirt was safety pinned onto one of their hangers, which has left a very noticeable dent in the back of it. Other cleaners have folded it nicely over the hanger instead, which doesn't leave this damage. So here's the Deal... found this here on Yelp, a lot of great reviews and some bad ones. I tried this store out, the first few dry cleaning we had great results. No issues... then we tried alterations. HORROR BEGINS.. Wife drops off a dress with a belt for a wedding. Came to pick up- no belt.. asked where the belt is, was told no belt was given. The owner, some Asian kid says there never was a belt- so instead of owning up to a lost item, my wife cut 6" off the dress.. to make a belt. And they charged $20, but said it's of 50% off due to lost belt, they never lost. Both of us tried talking, but to the owner it was funny, he was laughing the entire time.. laughing in my face. Is this how he treats every customer? By laughing at the situation? Is the customer not right? Is this kid too proud to want my business? And was told he doesn't want my business in the future, told me to leave and kept saying he doesn't want anymore business as he continues to laugh.. I'm sure there will be more bad reviews and good reviews, but when you are on the end of a bad experience, you will remember this review and wished you gone elsewhere.. like I am, because of his unprofessional conduct and not owning up to losing the belt, and charging to cut 5 more inches off a wedding dress and charge $20 to the bill, and telling me he doesn't want my $$$ for future cleanings and alterations, 1 star is generous as YELP needs negative stars because places like this needs stars removed not added... and he kept laughing.... No clue why it's so hilarious.. and I'm sure the owner will respond with his own follow up trying to say it's not his fault and he never received a belt and say he split the charges... but his words as he was laughing at both myself and my wife was the customer is not always right... That's some great customer service.... Do yourself a favor and don't chance your clothes here for any service, because it's your fault and he will laugh in your face as he tells you, he doesn't want your business, just an FYI.. notice how the good reviews the laughing owner doesn't appreciate the good reviews and thank the customer, but will quickly try to save face by responding to bad reviews by putting the blame on you, the customer.. is this a place where you want to do business with? Called Darren for pricing on sewing name patches on some t-shirts, he gave me the price, a couple of days later I took them in for this. He calls me a day later, tells me that his sewer told him that it was going to be 60% more in cost, I told him that it was HE, that quoted this price , and that if he was not sure about the price when I first called him, that he should have told me so when I call and I also told him that this was precisely the reason as to why I called him on price from the beginning, so that I would avoid this type of situation. This guy couldn't care less. This is a typically bait-and-switch scheme by shysters like this guy. There may be parts of the world where this is a normal way of doing business, but not here. After having major knee surgery, I needed to have my laundry and bedding washed. I called Best Cleaners and they came right to my door and picked up my items that evening. Two days later at the same time they dropped it off. It was folded nicely and handled with care. None of my items were damaged. I highly recommend this business.
