Perfect dress alterations!! I took my bridesmaid dress in on a Saturday for a wedding that upcoming Friday. I came here after another place turned me away. I walked in and was reassured it would be done on time and could be worked around the boning in the bodice of my dress (the other place told me no due to this). He was so kind and knowledgeable. Ok, let me start of by saying I have extremely high standards and borderline OCD for laundry and dry cleaning services. After making the decision to stop doing our own laundry, I (hesitantly) searched for places that did fluff and fold that had good reviews. Initially I found a place nearby that seemed to be a good choice, but my third load ended up being a disaster when one of my favorite skirts was torn. I was very upset and then had to start my search again. After a bad taste in my mouth I went back to trusty old Yelp to search for a new cleaners and I found Five Star Cleaners! Saw they offered everything I needed including pickup/drop-off & monthly plans that seemed to be a great offering. My husband and I met with the owner, Sorush, on our first visit and he was extremely accommodating and helpful. Super friendly and straightforward and helpful in discussing my specific laundry needs (cold wash, hang dry, etc..and even my need to use my specific laundry detergent since I have extremely sensitive skin!) I've now had several drop offs/pickups since we first started the monthly services and it has been FLAWLESS. Now your probably saying " wow this guy is hyped about a lint roller?" I read some of the reviews and thought this place might be worth a try so I drove to this location in the morning before work. As I walked in no one was at the front counter and had to wait for a bit until someone approached me and took my suits. This person was unable to enter my information into their computer. I had to give this person my number and that's all she took and didn't bother asking me for my name. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and made my commute to work. Once I arrived at work I decided to call and make sure they put a name to my order and avoid losing my suits to their disorganized system. I gave the same person my name and had them spell it back to me to make sure it was correct. They stated it would be ready by the next day. When I asked about the price it was much more than I expected especially after reading the reviews. It was $20 for a two piece suit and I was not expecting such a high price after reading the reviews claiming that this cleaners was reasonably priced. I had no choice but to pay especially since I needed my suits cleaned before the middle of the week. The following day I showed up in the morning and no one was at the front counter again. There was a person at the front doing some sorting and after a while someone finally came up to me. I gave them my number and they started to look for my suits but were unable to find them. This disorganized person looked at each aisle for my suits but was not able to find them until she finally read the details. I paid for my suits and walked out disappointed at their lack of organization which really annoys me especially when I am trying to get to work in the morning and have no time to waste. After I took my suits home I opened them to find the suit jackets a bit wrinkled like if they were never cleaned or pressed. The pants were neat and pressed but I don't know what they did to my suit jackets. To make matters worse my name was misspelled on the tag which explains why this disorganized person had a hard time finding my suits. I expected more for what I paid and was met with a huge disappointment with suits that were half cleaned and smelled as if I never took them to the cleaners. Avoid this place unless you like slow disorganized service with a halfway job that will leave you highly disappointed. read more

They ruined my wedding dress during dry cleaning. There are hundreds of dollars in damage: the jewel belt is broken and many jewels are missing, one of the bodice cups is unstiched, and there is black dirt ground into the outside of the bodice. The belt damage is not fixable and I paid $210 for this dry cleaning service. I have not received a refund. This is my wedding dress, I'm completely in shock. read more

I am amazed by their service! I forgot to remove my lipstick inside my lab coat before I washed it in a dryer so all my white uniforms turned pink. I spent so much for bleach but didn't come off.
