We had a pipe blockage that caused sewage water to seep into an adjacent room's carpet. We thought we would have so much damage, but Chris came right out and saved our room, carpet, baseboards, and walls with his expertise. He turned what could've cost us tens of thousands of dollars into a much smaller and affordable fix. The carpet is now better than new and I give them my full recommendation. Great Experience with these guys! So my little dog decided to mark my roommate's Ethan Allen chair as her own...the dog marked that chair with a full bladder. I looked on yelp for the highest reviewed upholstery cleaner and found this place. I was not disappointed! I made a request for an appointment on their website at about midnight and they emailed and called me by 8am that morning. They came out that day (at the time they said they would) and did not waste my time. David and Mike were courteous and professional. I felt bad since that had to take the ottoman down three flights of stairs to clean it but they had great attitudes and cleaned the chair up good as new. The price was right and the chair looks (and smells) like new and my roommate will never have to know what my dog did to her chair. Update to previous review: A few days ago, Chris called us after seeing our online review and explained the following: 1) The $25.00 credit that was supposed to be applied to our invoice to make up for Chris not coming to do the cleaning as scheduled was applied once the payment was processed in the BnK office. 2) Because Chris had discussed our cleaning needs with my husband on the phone, Chris felt he had determined the cleaning option that best suited our needs. Therefore, he had not explained over the phone what the other options were. However, Tony, who actually provided the services, had not been updated on our situation, and therefore presented all of the cleaning options to my husband once at our home. What would have made Chris' follow up even better: Chris came across annoyed at us for writing a review that was not completely positive instead of recognizing this as an opportunity to improve his customer service in the future. read more

Chris and his associate did an excellent job of cleaning my home's upstairs carpeting, stairway, and two landings. They were able to get my carpet looking almost like new again, removing remnants of puppy-puddle, ink (puppy went through a pen-eating phase) grease (puppy chewing up bones on landings), and water stains from a plumbing leak (for which I'm not blaming the puppy). While the $342 for the full clean/sanitize/protect package is about $150 more than what I'd previously paid for steam cleaning, their ChemDry method seems to have cleaned better and the carpets were sufficiently dried out in only about 2 hours, as opposed to a day for steam cleaning. They also spent about 4x as long getting things clean compared to the steam cleaning guys I've had here before, and that time paid off to make for a very clean upstairs. I had to remove a star because they showed up about 30 minutes outside of the scheduled 3-hour window, which threw off a couple appointments I had later in the day. I'll definitely have them back for my next cleaning. read more

Reasonably priced, great cleaning of one sofa and a small area rug. Note that upholstery protectant (what most of us would call Scotchgarding) is not included in the quoted price. It's $60 extra for an 8-foot couch. They were able to get my house the day after I called them. My guy David called the appointed day to see if he could come earlier because he had finished his previous job early. He was very courteous, spoke very professionally, and did a great job. Smelled good, too -- the furniture, not David. When I initially called to ask about pricing, the call center (I assume?) that answered the phone did not come across as terribly professional. Had to spell everything little thing for her and repeat myself a few times. It made me question the business is a small, ill-equipped company. Just a quick update to thank Chris and Tony for their outstanding dedication to getting the job done right! One of my kitties suddenly developed a behavioral issue and started pooping on the floor. I knew immediately who to call! Tony came out and treated the area very thoroughly. Unfortunately, I was not aware at the time that the same kitty also had a UTI, and let me know it by peeing on the floor in the living room. Tony came out a second time and treated the area with a different product, specifically for urine. A few days passed, and I noticed the smell was still there...faint, but there. I called Chris and set up an appointment for two days later. He came out personally and took care of it, once and for all. Kitty is now fine, no more "mistakes", and no more SMELL! We scheduled a carpet cleaning for our 4 bedroom home. All the carpet is just on the stairs and bedrooms. Chase came by measured everything since you only pay for the cleanable area. Not so funny story... one of my dogs got sprayed by a skunk and before we realized what was going on, he had rubbed himself all over the carpets and rugs in our house trying to get the oils off himself. Chris is abrupt and is more concerned about $ than customers. Chemdry is a different process than other steam cleaning services like Stanley, but the carpet does NOT DRY in 2 to 3 hrs. More like 6+ hours on a dry sunny day, using fans. BNK says "it takes 2-3 hours to dry." NOT TRUE. Also, the cleaning guy who came to do my carpets looked/acted like he had a big hang over.
