But not last night!! I asked the new guy for a coil for the Nord 4 and he said he didn't have it in stock. He asked where I bought the mod and I actually bought it from the same store..... I saw some coils that might have matched but he didn't want to take the time to figure it out so I didn't push it. I wanted to buy 2 VV stick batteries, but they didn't have much stock of larger size batteries, I just bought any 2 900's I thought both were VV. One ended up not being V so I returned it with 10 mins of purchasing it. The new employee at the store didn't understand that when you refund part of a purchase, you refund the tax paid for that portion as well. He called the owner and owner told me to never come back in the store over $1.50 of tax. Don't worry you will not have my business any longer, I'll just go to STONE SMOKE SHOP right down the street. The owner is amazing (there almost all the time), great prices and if he does not have it in stock he will order it for you.

However, I confirmed the address is identical to the Yelp listing so it must be the same place. New owners are scum. You will note a huge AUTHORIZED ROOR dealer sign on their front door (see picture). Pro tip: they are definitely NOT an authorized Roor dealer. I checked with Roor directly and you can look up real authorized dealer locations on their Roor website. So anyway I bought a piece of "Roor" glass that I quickly learned was a cheap counterfeit. Bummer. Had to buy another rig from a reputable online dealer. They also play the game at this store where prices aren't listed on anything and they try to gouge you for max cost. Bought a torch that he initially said was $45. We pulled it up on Amazon on our phone showing it was only $25 and he said "oops sorry it's actually only $30". I call these types of stores "shadymart" because that's how they do business. Ignore all these old reviews that don't apply to the new owners. Avoid at all costs.

Anyways, a little while ago Bear Quartz dropped a new trio 2.0 in sunset/orange color that matches my Puffco. By the time I decided to get it, completely sold out on best quartz official site. Today I made up my mind I'd get the bear quartz hot tool instead of the Puffco one, I have called I kid you not I called about 20 smoke shops in Orange County hunting down a trio 3.0, majority of them didn't even carry the trio 3.0 to begin with, some didn't even carry bear quartz at all. The ones that DID carry it stated they've been waiting for a shipment for a while now and have been sold out for over a month. I even went through bear quartz smoke shop map & NOTHING! I finally decided to call this smoke shop even tho they weren't included in the BQ map, but I've had good experiences here so far so I decided why not, I was willing to go to South OC to TRY to find one. Josh picked up the phone and answered my prayers, he made me the world's happiest little dabber. Great attitude/personality, friendly and happy to make a sale, had the EXACT trio 2.0 I was looking for and had plenty in stock. Thanks again Josh!
