I have been using this repair shop for the last two years after having a bad dealership experience. But recently I had a sensor replaced for just under 900 dollars and they started charging 3% in addition to the repair charge if you use a credit card. I work in retail and we never charge an additional fee for those that pay with a credit card. I will find a new repair shop. read more

I Highly recommend Bnzhaus for repairs you can trust! My Mercedes just needed regular maintenance service, plus a tire repair. That repair was included at no charge, and they found a longer piece of metal in a second tire, too large to patch. After searching for a tire to match those on the AWD car, Fred came back to tell me that the tire did NOT leak after removing the metal. It hadn't pushed through the tread of the tire. I needed service A done on my car and after getting quotes from the actual dealership and here and reading Yelp reviews, I decided to give this business a try and I am SO glad I did! I recently took my car to this amazing shop! I have 2012 Mercedes E350 and I needed some maintenance work done! I have received a wonderful loaner absolutely free of charge! I was given a tour to see the remarkable collection of antique Mercedes cars. The entire shop is worth just to visit because you can spend a few hours there admiring the inventory. The prices are super reasonable for everything that they have done for me. And being a woman sometimes it's scary to go to a mechanic without being ripped off. I would highly recommend for you to go there for any of your repair needs for your vehicles. I think this is one of the best shops that I have seen in the north shore. The Benz of HP is an amazing repair center that specializes in repair for Mercedes Benz automobiles. It offers a wide variety of services specified for maintenance and inspection: oil changes, air conditioning, vehicle checkups, etc. I actually brought my CLA-Class, basic Mercedes Benz in for an oil change because my friends all recommended this place. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered to give me a free vehicle inspection in addition to the oil change just because it's part of their special offer. I had a great experience at Bnz Haus. In the past I 've taken my car to another independent Mercedes specialist which was located much farther from my house. When I found out that Bnz Haus moved down the street, I thought I'd give them a try to diagnose a loud, unusual noise. When I arrived, I was met by Fred, the owner, and explained the problem to him. He told me they would take a look right away. In the meantime, he gave me a FREE loaner car.
