I originally didn't plan on changing the diff fluid, but Rei recommended doing it while the car was already there and explained why it was a good idea. I'm glad I went ahead with it. They also took the time to inspect my front struts while the car was there and let me know they're starting to go and should be replaced soon. I appreciated them pointing that out and explaining it instead of just ignoring it. Their pricing was fair too, especially after getting quotes from a couple other places. Danny was really knowledgable on our 2012 Mini Cooper. He gave us a coolant flush & new spark plugs. He took photos to explain everything to me which was super helpful and was honest the whole time. He seems to work on a diverse set of cars from german to japanese & american. UPDATE 12/3/21 Danny is a really great mechanic. I have now been here 3-4 times since my first visit (also with a 2018 Lexus) and he delivers everytime. Both Danny and his coworker really have a passion for cars and are a wealth of knowledge. I spent a little extra time around them this appointment to take a few photos and all I can say is I'm happy I found a mechanic I can call my own.
