Great place to have lunch and dinner. The menu is simple, straightforward, and small of some of best Vietnamese dishes! I got the grilled meats vermicelli bowl, it was delicious! Full of flavor. Service was wonderful. It was quick and easy. The ambiance is chill and casual! It clean and lots of seating!

Phenomenal service, tasty broth, and healthy portions! Hands down - the best pho in Denver!

Small pho with brisket and rare steak; pho tai chin

I think the broth was a little bit too sweet like barely but otherwise very good. The brisket was tender and sliced thin and so was the rare steak. Loved the flavor of the grilled meats! Char/grill flavor but also soft. Nuoc mam/nuoc cham was only okay for me. More savory than the typical ones I'm used to which is normally a little sweeter.

Second visit. I just really like this place. Food was excellent, again. Service was even better and I did a take out like last time. The restaurant was still clean, cared for a that carries a strong vibe. I still recommend. This time I got all tofu for my bowl. good good food !

This is my second time coming in, the first time I came in and knew I had to bring the family. First impression coming in was it was bright, clean and staff very friendly. This is the second time I also order the pho bowl with rare steak. The broth is out of this world, you can really taste all the flavors or the aromatics, spices and good quality meat broth. The bowl comes with noodles, green onions, onions and your choice of protein ( you get three choices of protein, however if you want only one, they'll give you 3 portions of it). My husband ordered the same and our only complain if I had to have one would be that by the time you get the rare steak it's not rare anymore. But not a big deal to us. It comes with a side of basil, bean sprouts, lime and jalapeños (beware they are spicy. Something that we really enjoyed about the soup is that they serve it extremely hot (temp wise) I love this because as your getting to the end, your soup isn't luke warm, you're still enjoying a nice hot pho. (The best) We got an order of the special; the short rib, you can add it to complement your pho, and I have to say this is one of the best piece of meat I've had in a really long time, it was fall off the bone super flavorful, and surprisingly not heavy at all. They give you a pair of scissors if you want to cut it into smaller pieces, as we got Medium pho bowls, we did share this rib (which was more than plenty and perfect to share, even a their person could share it, depending on hunger). The crispy eggrolls are 10/10 the fish sauce served to the side is delicious! It has shredded carrots and finely minced garlic. I'm so happy I found this hidden gem! Will deff be back. Also on a parent note, this place is super kid friendly, plenty of high chairs and they do have two kid options in the menu that are extremely decent sized and very good.

One of (if not the best) pho place I have been to! I found it to be deeply flavorful, fresh, and the staff was also knowledgable and helpful with gluten free alternatives/options. Portion sizes are also HUGE- leftovers galore which remained delicious! And they had a good balance of noodles, meat, and toppings (they didn't skimp out on anything like some places do). The ambiance was great, clean bathrooms, there was also ample parking outside. 100% a must try!

Everything was great here. The service, food, and cleanliness were superb. Crab cheese wontons: flavorful filling and great ratio to wrapping Egg rolls: Love the rice paper! Not greasy and perfectly seasoned. Pho: Very flavorful and clean broth, a touch too sweet for me but I think that's common in Denver. The pho noodles were cooked perfectly and the meats were tender. Cafe Trung - Vietnamese Egg Coffee: strong and not overly sweet! Definitely would continue ordering Mango Milk tea: I really want to praise them for this because most places in Denver are too sweet and watered down. I could actually taste the black tea and mango in this drink and it paired so nicely with their salted cream.

Bo Heo is a new pho restaurant off of Colorado Blvd a bit south of I-25. This is not a location known for its Asian food and especially pho so I think it's a great addition to the neighborhood. There is plenty of parking so need to worry there. The pho itself is tasty and well-made although I wish it was slightly more flavorful. I wish they gave more veggie additions like mint, bean sprouts, and lime. A very small amount was given initially. I do like that you can choose up to 3 protein choices so it's more like a custom bowl. The service can be a bit better. We had to wait a while for everything, multiple orders were wrong, and just overall things could've been a bit improved. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great since it is new. Everything is clean including the seating area and the bathrooms.

This place might be my new go-to pho spot! The pho was warm, as were the people and environment! The staff were so friendly. The atmosphere is clean and warm in here and I really enjoyed my visit. I love that you're able to pick up to 3 different types of meat/tofu with your pho, so you can get the exact combo you want. I thought the portion size and the price was good as well. Would definitely come back soon!

Amazing find! I know Denver is known for Pho but I personally haven't found a place I love. Decided to check this place out before going to the Cherry Creek Mall and it did not disappoint. Had all the qualities I loo for in a restaurant - cleanliness, good service, and good food! We got the beef spring rolls and the small pho! Spring rolls - they were good but nothing out of the ordinary. I would say they had too much noodles compared to meat. I would say skip it Pho - loved the pho! Good broth. You don't need to add any sauce. They also had really good chili oil! Brought my cousin who is from northern Virginia and she confirmed it was one of the best phos she's ever had! It is a little far from where I live so I don't know how often I can come but I definitely would come back again. Their veggie pho also looked amazing. Friendly service as well! Definitely check it out!

Phở-nomenal Delight at Denver's Newest Phở Stop! Bro, seriously, hold the front door. The long anticipated opening of BoHeo Pho Kitchen (which translates to CowPig or BeefPork) did not disappoint! If you think you've had good pho, buckle up, your taste buds are about to get the VIP treatment. Denver's newest phở spot doesn't just set a new standard for what phở means to Denver. First, let's talk about the hero of the show the phở broth that you want to bathe in then take it to bed in beefy dreams of the secret spices. One spoonful sip and I'm convinced they have a 90-year-old Vietnamese grandma tucked away in the back who only comes out to nod approvingly,"Ngon quá!". Then there's the meat. It's so tender and the brisket melts in your mouth. If you build your own, you have a selection of 3 of the following: House brisket, rare steak, rare beef belly, beef meatballs, flan, tendon, shrimp, shredded chicken and tripe. Whatever mystical cattle they're sourcing from deserves a national holiday in their honor. As any legit Vietnamese person will tell you, you must pair with an incredible Vietnamese Coffee to counter balance the coma that will soon ensue. In this case, they've created a super authentic and rare to find, cafe trung. This is a decadent egg foam viet coffee that that will leave your hands shaking if you're a novice coffee drinker. Let's talk about their "off-menu" homemade secret chili sauce. It's not just spicy, it's deep. There's umami in there that sneaks up on you, gives a little hug, and says, "Hey bud, this is our little secret." And if you're nice enough, they'll actually tell you that they sell it in a jar to bring home! Last but not least, the service. It's so warm and friendly, I almost asked if they were adopting. Take me in! Long story short, I am jealous for you Denverites that you get to have this everyday. This place is pho real.

So good I forgot to take pics!

This place was so dang delicious! Perfect for that rainy April weather too. We didn't know this was here and we think it was relatively new. The service was fantastic and the food was even better. I highly recommend the rare steak rice b pho

Medium pho combo ($15.50)
Grace T.

I went here immediately after getting off a flight from SoCal to DEN. I feel bad leaving a 2 star review because the service was great and the workers were really nice. But honestly, the food here was just okay to me. I ordered the spring rolls ($6) and medium pho combo ($15.50). The rice paper on the spring rolls were dry and the rice noodles inside were a bit hard, indicating that these were not made fresh to order. The pho arrived with rare steak that was already basically fully cooked, so by the time I finished adding bean sprouts and herbs to my soup, the meat was already overcooked. Thin noodles were also slightly overcooked. Also, I did not recall seeing a single piece of tripe in my pho combo. The meat was too fatty for my preference, but they gave a lot of it, so if you are a fatty meat lover, this place is for you. The menu listed the spring rolls as priced at $5.50, but I was charged $6 on my receipt. Fifty cents is not a big deal, but since this is a newly opened restaurant, I figured the prices on the menu should at least be accurate. Overall, this place might be pretty good for Denver, but it is definitely underwhelming compared to places in California.

First... each time we have gotten pho, they have given us about 5 small leaves of basil. Yes... that's it. Even the cheapest, bargain pho I have gotten at hole-in-the-wall places give a few big sprigs of basil (like 20 leaves). Basil is such a crucial component in pho, and it's very cheap and easy to grow so I don't get why this place skimps on it. Second, I ordered a rice bowl that is supposed to come with carrots and cucumbers. My order had about 5 little carrot slices and one (yes... ONE) slice of cucumber. I had to laugh at that pathetic little slice in a huge bed of rice. Again, a fairly cheap ingredient that they completely skimped on. It may seem like a small thing, but these are the details which make me decide if I want to order again from a place. Pho&Bar is not getting my business anymore.

The pho is very good and other meals have always been. I think it's on the pricier side here for everything. It gets so expensive to go out when a modest meal/drink set ya back $50. It's just pho! And a basic adult drink like super cheap house sake or tap beer. But anywho, this is our world now. Just going out less & less than I used to! They don't have any deals like happy hour. Multiple people asked when I was there so I hope they offer one someday. The sides for pho are pretty skimpy but there was no hesitation when I asked for more lime & basil.
