Really good Pho and it comes out dash and fresh! It's a simple set up, clean and friendly. I'm so happy they are close to the office! They seem to be a local favorite, it was pretty busy.

Great place to have lunch and dinner. The menu is simple, straightforward, and small of some of best Vietnamese dishes! I got the grilled meats vermicelli bowl, it was delicious! Full of flavor. Service was wonderful. It was quick and easy. The ambiance is chill and casual! It clean and lots of seating!

Second visit. I just really like this place. Food was excellent, again. Service was even better and I did a take out like last time. The restaurant was still clean, cared for a that carries a strong vibe. I still recommend. This time I got all tofu for my bowl. good good food !

I think the broth was a little bit too sweet like barely but otherwise very good. The brisket was tender and sliced thin and so was the rare steak. Loved the flavor of the grilled meats! Char/grill flavor but also soft. Nuoc mam/nuoc cham was only okay for me. More savory than the typical ones I'm used to which is normally a little sweeter.

This is my second time coming in, the first time I came in and knew I had to bring the family. First impression coming in was it was bright, clean and staff very friendly. This is the second time I also order the pho bowl with rare steak. The broth is out of this world, you can really taste all the flavors or the aromatics, spices and good quality meat broth. The bowl comes with noodles, green onions, onions and your choice of protein ( you get three choices of protein, however if you want only one, they'll give you 3 portions of it). My husband ordered the same and our only complain if I had to have one would be that by the time you get the rare steak it's not rare anymore. But not a big deal to us. It comes with a side of basil, bean sprouts, lime and jalapeños (beware they are spicy. Something that we really enjoyed about the soup is that they serve it extremely hot (temp wise) I love this because as your getting to the end, your soup isn't luke warm, you're still enjoying a nice hot pho. (The best) We got an order of the special; the short rib, you can add it to complement your pho, and I have to say this is one of the best piece of meat I've had in a really long time, it was fall off the bone super flavorful, and surprisingly not heavy at all. They give you a pair of scissors if you want to cut it into smaller pieces, as we got Medium pho bowls, we did share this rib (which was more than plenty and perfect to share, even a their person could share it, depending on hunger). The crispy eggrolls are 10/10 the fish sauce served to the side is delicious! It has shredded carrots and finely minced garlic. I'm so happy I found this hidden gem! Will deff be back. Also on a parent note, this place is super kid friendly, plenty of high chairs and they do have two kid options in the menu that are extremely decent sized and very good.

One of (if not the best) pho place I have been to! I found it to be deeply flavorful, fresh, and the staff was also knowledgable and helpful with gluten free alternatives/options. Portion sizes are also HUGE- leftovers galore which remained delicious! And they had a good balance of noodles, meat, and toppings (they didn't skimp out on anything like some places do). The ambiance was great, clean bathrooms, there was also ample parking outside. 100% a must try!

Everything was great here. The service, food, and cleanliness were superb. Crab cheese wontons: flavorful filling and great ratio to wrapping Egg rolls: Love the rice paper! Not greasy and perfectly seasoned. Pho: Very flavorful and clean broth, a touch too sweet for me but I think that's common in Denver. The pho noodles were cooked perfectly and the meats were tender. Cafe Trung - Vietnamese Egg Coffee: strong and not overly sweet! Definitely would continue ordering Mango Milk tea: I really want to praise them for this because most places in Denver are too sweet and watered down. I could actually taste the black tea and mango in this drink and it paired so nicely with their salted cream.

Extremely friendly staff, very clean place, and probably the fastest service I've ever received. Very fresh food and amazing flavor. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Bo Heo is a new pho restaurant off of Colorado Blvd a bit south of I-25. This is not a location known for its Asian food and especially pho so I think it's a great addition to the neighborhood. There is plenty of parking so need to worry there. The pho itself is tasty and well-made although I wish it was slightly more flavorful. I wish they gave more veggie additions like mint, bean sprouts, and lime. A very small amount was given initially. I do like that you can choose up to 3 protein choices so it's more like a custom bowl. The service can be a bit better. We had to wait a while for everything, multiple orders were wrong, and just overall things could've been a bit improved. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great since it is new. Everything is clean including the seating area and the bathrooms.

This place might be my new go-to pho spot! The pho was warm, as were the people and environment! The staff were so friendly. The atmosphere is clean and warm in here and I really enjoyed my visit. I love that you're able to pick up to 3 different types of meat/tofu with your pho, so you can get the exact combo you want. I thought the portion size and the price was good as well. Would definitely come back soon!

Amazing find! I know Denver is known for Pho but I personally haven't found a place I love. Decided to check this place out before going to the Cherry Creek Mall and it did not disappoint. Had all the qualities I loo for in a restaurant - cleanliness, good service, and good food! We got the beef spring rolls and the small pho! Spring rolls - they were good but nothing out of the ordinary. I would say they had too much noodles compared to meat. I would say skip it Pho - loved the pho! Good broth. You don't need to add any sauce. They also had really good chili oil! Brought my cousin who is from northern Virginia and she confirmed it was one of the best phos she's ever had! It is a little far from where I live so I don't know how often I can come but I definitely would come back again. Their veggie pho also looked amazing. Friendly service as well! Definitely check it out!

My vietnamese blood cannot be picky about thìs place. We live 10 min from Asia central in federal and food here hands down beat most of our favorites. We ordered 1) clay pot fish (bone in). Huge portion. Worth it. And the flavor is authentic. 2) shaken beef. Tender. 3) to go salad combo. Even good the next day 4) bun Bo vermicelli. My hub said the best in Denver he had and he had a few 5) lotus wonton. My picky toddler liked it. 6) lemonade lychee. When you think of Vietnamese, Americans tend to think of Pho, noodle bowls and lemongrass chicken but we need more places the focuses in home cooking and dishes that locals eat. Ingredients are fresh and dishes pack a powerful flavor bomb...I mean wow! The use of shrimp paste and other traditional ingredients really elevate flavors that many Americans are not used to, but you have to try it to understand. Their claypots are a must order and with a side of rice....you'll be eating for days! The star of the night was the pork and calamari claypot which is cooked in shrimp paste and your favorite Vietnamese spices and herbs. You'll finish bowls of rice with this dish, it packs so much flavor that you'll be wanting more. It's a great mix of salty, sweet and umami from the fermented shrimp paste. The Vietnamese curry was thick and packed with succulent shrimp. The veggies at a very nice brightness to balance out the coconut milk. The last dish we had was a shrimp lemon grass in the clay pot and that was also a hit with everyone! Service is amazing and they definitely know how to recommend dishes to match your taste buds. They went out of the way to help everyone and it shows. If you need a new spot, check Dan Da!

Our server was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the dishes in English to my friends who don't speak Vietnamese. He even brought us three additional slices of bánh mì to go with our bò kho (beef stew), since the dish only comes with two slices and there were five of us. Such a thoughtful gesture! This place is truly a hidden gem in Denver. Overall, all five of us were very impressed. A mix of great flavors but lack of service and sufficient cleanliness that could be better. What I ordered for food: - P16 (Beef Rib & Brisket Pho): Since it was happy hour, this was a decent deal. The rib was solid! Very tender and tasty. The broth itself was clear and had that savory flavor that makes a good bowl of pho. Portions were huge though because it only comes in large. -BH2 (Bún Bò Huế Pork Hock): The broth was clear and rich which I liked, but unfortunately, the pork hock itself didn't taste like much and lacked flavor. Wouldn't get again. -BH5 (Bánh Lọc Trần) & BH7 (Bánh Ít Có Ram): The waiter recommended putting these two together as a combo, which worked out great. The starchy tapioca dumplings paired perfectly with the spicy fish sauce on the side, and the sweet rice flour dumplings on the shrimp crackers gave it a really satisfying crunch. Would order again, but I also can see how I wouldn't keep ordering cause can be a bit heavy and starchy. The Service: This is where the experience fell short. The restaurant wasn't filled at all, yet it took a long time for a server to bring us water and take our order. Throughout the meal, no one ever checked in or refilled our waters. When we were ready to leave, we couldn't get anyone's attention for a to-go container. Ambiance: My main concern was the dirtiness of the chairs and tables. There was leftover food from prior customers and stains. Also a fly kept getting close to our food, I was uncomfortable. Overall, the food has a lot of potential, but the service and cleanliness need a major upgrade to match the kitchen. I'd give a 5 for food overall, but 3 for service and cleanliness.

Well that's how I felt this morning, so VinaMeals was where I ended. I ordered two items, so join me and read my food journey... Just had bánh ít tràn, a Vietnamese, steamed sticky rice dumplings dish. This dish reminds me of my mom's cooking where she used to make us this dish all the time to eat for breakfast. Lots ingredients inside the these three dumplings including mung bean, wood ear mushroom, jicama carrot, onion, garlic, minced with pork and shrimp. It came with steamed bean sprouts, cucumber, and fish sauce to dip the dumplings or just pour over the dish. I felt the accommodating items didn't add any value to this dish, but boy, did these dumplings bring back good memory. Of course, when you are here, you have to get their small wonton soup. It is one of the best I have ever eaten. I believe the broth that is the star, and the wontons come very close but just a second too late. This small soup is very filling, and I always wonder if adding a bowl of plain rice into the soup will make this dish a complete meal. We will have to find out later.
