This is about their updated banh mi: I am happy to say that after asking many times after visiting this restaurant that these guys have added pate to their banh mi! Finally, i am sick and tired of Asian restaurants catering to American taste buds and am so glad to see that we are bringing authenticity back. The only other complaint I have is that their food is so dang expensive. Everything I eat here I swear im paying an arm and a leg for some noodles and soup like come on. Couldn't there be a size small or something so I dont have to gorge myself?

Pho soup was ok. But spring rolls we tried and didn't like it, they were sweet. we asked them to remove from the bill. They refused us. Unfortunately bad experience.

I ended up visiting again since I was in the neighborhood and this visit was much better. Given how much better it was, I didn't feel right leaving my previous 1 star review without an update. The food is still just average in my opinion. Broth was lukewarm and didn't have too much taste to it. Meats were average quality. What brought up my rating was the service. The guy working at the time was super quick and great.

I've gotten to go from now Pho probably about 100 times but have never eaten there. First off this is no date night spot or fancy place. The vibe kind of makes me think it was an old fast food joint. We sat down and ordered the shrimp Spring rolls - so good. The Vietnamese egg rolls- yum! I got the orange juice which is probably the best orange juice I've ever had. I got the short rib plate which is so delish. My guest got the shrimp Banh mi which was less great. It's kind of divey but what isn't on federal?

The service was quick, and the servers were very attentive and friendly. They have a huge variety of menu items, and everything I tried was good. I usually do not order pho because I am picky about the broth, but this place had really solid pho. I would say it is a safe pho spot for me. I ordered the vermicelli with pork, chicken, shrimp, and egg roll, and it did not disappoint, 10/10. Everything else I tried from my family members' dishes was also great. The banh xeo was tasty, but beware, it is massive and perfect for sharing. The fruit teas were very sweet, so we added water. We came with a party of about 28 and called ahead to try to reserve seating together, but it did not work out upon arrival since other guests were already seated. However, because we arrived at different times, we were still able to sit mostly together without moving tables. The staff worked hard to make sure we were all served and taken care of. The restaurant is pretty small, so we were impressed they could accommodate us. Parking is limited onsite, so you may need to park in the other plaza or on the street.

VOTED BEST PHO IN DENVER '19 '20 '21 '24 '25 I had the pleasure of dining with Now Pho yesterday, and it was such a fun experience! Service 10/10 From the hip & trendy music to viral dishes: this place knows what's up. I love that this place has authentic Vietnamese dishes that you truly can't find anywhere else. We drove from Fort Collins to try out this place and it was worth it! Here are my top picks for food & drinks: -cooler bucket boba drinks. Pick your tea flavor + you get house made cutesy toppings (currently there is a Lababu one). You also get to keep the cup! -marinated short ribs 100/10 (my fiancés top pick out of everything we ate) -fried pork egg rolls 100/10 (now pho also won the 2024 Spring Roll All battle. The rolls are GOOD GOOD) -Stone Bowl Pho 10/10 (this is also a viral dish they feature. The broth is chefs kiss) -shaking beef 100/10 (a new chef menu item. Made from filet mignon ) -crab & shrimp noodle soup 10/10 (this is a hard to find Vietnamese soup. They also add pork blood which makes the dish even more authentic) open until 3am I'm so glad we found this place! Support it and get an authentic Vietnamese experience as well. We will be back!! -Lauren

One of my favorite pho spots in Denver! Honestly Denver has quite a bit of delicious pho restaurants and now pho is up there amongst them! This restaurant is always busy and there's a reason why. The food is delicious and the employees are always so attentive. I never have to wait long at all because they're always up and about checking on all the customers. This is also one of the few pho restaurants in Denver that's opened late . Even close to midnight this restaurant is hopping with people (not jam packed but a very nice lively vibe) if you haven't checked now pho out yet please do yourself a favor and check them out!

Broth was flavorful and portion sizes are great. Not much (if at all) crab in the Rangoons. The pho itself was on par is other places and didnt really stand out to me unfortunately. The staff was friendly and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The menu is extensive.

Always a good time! This place is open till 3am on Fridays and Saturdays so it's really the perfect spot for my friends and I to meet up after a late night of karaoke! The parking lot is small so try carpooling. The inside has plenty of table space! The waiters are always so nice and seem like they enjoy being there! The menu offers a range of noodle and rice dishes! Someone for everyone I think. I got the brisket pho! The soup flavor is always savory and fulfilling! The brisket is cooked well and the noodles are classic! I think this place has the best pho broth in Denver! I will continue to go here for all my pho cravings!

Late night bites!?! Twist my arm!! If you want to find a spot after 9 pm on Friday or Saturday, Now Pho is open until 3 am! We were greeted and sat immediately after. There are several menu items to choose from. Kept our order simple with shrimp and pork spring rolls and shared a bowl of brisket pho. It was plenty for the 2 of us. The parking lot is a bit on the smaller side, but there is neighborhood parking and people are coming and going. Now Pho was consistently busy during our visit from 10-11 pm.

Was thoroughly surprised with the quality of their food, given that when trying this place it was 2:15am! A gem off of Federal Blvd with the perfect cure to prevent an oncoming hangover. After a night out, some friends were headed here and we decided to join them. They had a small parking lot, but because of the time we easily found a spot. It wasn't too busy, but it wasn't empty either. We ordered easily and got everything pretty quickly. We ordered Egg Rolls and a Pho Dac Biet. The pho really surprised me. The broth was perfect and exactly how I like it. Very similar to how I would make it myself. The portion was pretty large even for the large. The Egg Rolls were crunchy and savory. Other orders at the table were various Boba drinks, Hu Tieu, and a Shrimp Vermicelli Bowl. Everything was delicious! Definitely making a stop back and maybe even during normal hours!

    Bò cay Spicy Beef Stew
    Amelia S.

Located on South Federal, Now Pho has great pho and spring rolls, but I keep going back for their bò cay. Bò cay is essentially a spicy beef noodle soup with chili oil. It is the perfect comfort food and balances the salt-fat-acid-heat all great meals have. It's one of my top meals in Denver - you must try!

Dan Da is one of the few places that's gotten me to branch out, and I'm glad I did. The Bún Chả Hà Nội was probably my favorite. Putting everything together yourself made every bite a little different, and the pork was so flavorful. I also really enjoyed the coconut curry claypot with shrimp. It was rich and comforting without feeling too heavy. The shaken beef was cooked well, and the shrimp and crab mini rolls disappeared pretty quickly. I like that the menu has dishes you don't see everywhere. It makes coming here feel a little different from your average Vietnamese restaurant. The food, portions, flavors, and overall experience are absolutely outstanding. First - you cannot leave without trying the homemade ginger ale. The pho is consistently delicious - packed with incredible flavor. The sesame chicken is another standout, but honestly, the curries are where this place really shines. My friend said the lamb curry was one of the best things he has ever eaten, and I completely understand why. The curries come out piping hot and overflowing- literally. The atmosphere is just as special as the food. The inside has such a great vibe - cozy, welcoming, and full of character. The pho is very good and other meals have always been. I think it's on the pricier side here for everything. It gets so expensive to go out when a modest meal/drink set ya back $50. It's just pho! Service was incredibly slow for how empty the restaurant was. After more than 30 minutes of waiting and no sign of our server, another server finally came to check on us and realized none of our order tickets made it to the kitchen. This could have easily been recognized by the original server had he even showed up to check on us during this time. I wish I could say the food was worth the wait. The pork egg rolls we got had just 1 piece of lettuce and barely pickled veggies to accompany it. I was confused that my house pho with beef short rib came with the meat on the side, which was sadly very cold and chewy. The broth itself was fine, but the chili oil pooled so much and was too greasy to be palatable. Our server did at least remove the apps from our bill as an apology for the service and I did at least find the food edible. For a $20 bowl of pho though I am still left feeling offended and full of regret that I didn't just wait it out for Noodles by Nina. We all left agreeing that the only enjoyable part of our meal was the 2010s hits playlist.

I'm not sure what happened because the bread took ridiculously long, and the restaurant had cleared up quite a bit by then. I honestly think they forgot, and when someone finally remembered, it was put into the toaster to heat up then because it did arrive very hot versus the initial order. We had to get up and ask about it and two different waiters said it was coming out. Their house made chili oil definitely had a kick to it! Use it sparingly if it's your first go at it. We were curious about their Bun Bo Hue because there are so many options. The waiter did tell us it's their most popular dish and the pictures looked amazing. Overall, we had a good experience at O Lien Kitchen. The long wait for the bread did put a downer on the visit as it dragged on and the steak and eggs got cold as we waited.
