This will definitely be my go to for a cool beverage throughout the hot summer! First impression limited parking it's centrally located in a very busy strip mall. I love the set up for the tea add-on very sleek and transpa. I went on the second day it open and they were out of many flavors which was a bit disappointing. I had to constantly compare the menu to the list of flavors they were currently out of which was annoying. After ordering my drink someone yelled from behind the counter we are out of strawberry so I had to change my order yet again. Cashier was polite and very apologetic although she handed me the wrong tea order. After taking a sip I realized that wasn't my order. Immediately it was rectified. Despite those minor problems I enjoyed my dreamer tea. Looking forward to returning and trying the different foods on the menu. read more

This is the BEST place to get PHO in Slidell! It doesn't exactly stand out but once you ateo inside it really does. The staff is absolutely wonderful and attentive and the owners are very present. This restaurant has my loyalty for sure! read more

We came today for the grand opening, and it was terrific! It was packed but we were able to get our food and drinks under 15 minutes. The staff was very nice and polite, and the food tasted great! So glad we don't have to drive to the city to get good bubble tea anymore. We will definitely be back! read more

Randomly dropped in there today and loved it! Can't wait to go back. Got a noodle bowl thing with egg rolls on top and a boba tea. The food was really good and I did lavender milk tea with blueberry boba! Only bummed that I didn't get the bigger size! So yum read more

Many deem the menu confusing, but that's mostly because most people can't read basic english. If you read the menu people, it tells you what comes in the drink/ food . If it doesn't say boba, then there's no boba! I love how you can customize your drink in a multitude of ways. The food is also nice, the pho comes out really quick too! Try not to come during lunch time because the restaurant is very popular. The milk teas are better than bubble tea places in Metairie; they're not as milky and actually taste like the flavor you requested. read more

Was hesitant to go but i'm so happy well even my belly was dancing! LOL A must order is their combo pad thai! it's the best by far, it is a little spicy side but you can always say no spicy flakes. We order thai tea and the chefs fav dreamer! Must come and enjoy their fav combo for lunch pho and banh mi. Very clean restaurant and great servers who are super fast. read more

This place is ok at best. We ordered for take out. The Spring Rolls were sloppily wrapped, the peanut sauce was far too thick and rather flavorless (my wife's sauce would crush this). We had a Steak with Vermicelli Noodles which was ok, nothing to write home about, a Grilled Shrimp with Vermicelli Noodles which was good, and a Chicken Banh Mi which was very good. The price seemed reasonable until I added 2 Thai Teas with Tapioca, the 16oz small size and they were $11+. Far too high for what you get. Most staff are very competent and pleasant. The manager is friendly and engaging. The food is really tasty but quite scant. The meat in the vermicelli and rice dishes has tons of flavor, but it is not filling enough because the portions are minuscule. The banh mi bread is light and crispy. The minced pork filling is really delicious if only there was more. The bubble tea is really refreshing - I would have preferred it colder and filled to the brim as it should be for the price. Since the change in management the food and service have gone down hill. I see new faces all the time and it's disappointing. The old crew knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it and now the new kids are just lifeless, no warm greetings etc. The taste of the food has changed as well and is not as flavorful. All the new additions to "improve" the menu have actually taken away from the warm homemade, feel good food I've come to love and look forward too. I love Vietnamese food. But not here. The chicken was fatty after her I asked about it and she said no. The added meatballs had chunks of gristle and fat and the broth tasted "sweet". I was very disappointed. In my opinion the drink menu is too big and the names are very confusing which makes it hard to order. Also, there was nail polish in my drink. The drinks aren't the worst but if you're looking for classic, good boba tea, go to the city. read more

Hands down BEST rare steak pho in Slidell! The mango smoothie with the passion fruit bo bo things was absolutely delicious! The music is happy and upbeat like the atmosphere. A great chill location, I like it! Music was at a great level not to loud but loud enough to cover the sound of coolers! I was also impressed that the girls behind the counter worked together to get my smoothies done faster. They showed good communication and teamwork. I loved this place but recently received some food with hair in it, the Pad Thai special which was 12.25 plus tax. I immediately called and told them and they said I could come in and get anything off the menu next time free of charge. This sounded like awesome customer service. Today, I went back in hoping to get something of equal value so I ordered 2 grilled pork vietnamese poboys which value at 4.50 per poboy. Initially, the owner sister Tu who helped me was trying to only give me the 1 poboy in exchange for my 12.25 plate of food the inconvenienced me by having a few hairs in it and me noticing after I got home with my two younger kids. After I made her aware that this was significantly less than my original order she alluded to include the second one. I also ordered a mint lychee tea which she charged me the full price for. Now, first, the 2 poboys added up to 10 dollars without tax so they already got over on me. Next, just for my inconvenience, you would think that they would just give me the tea, but even with that, if they would have did a real exchange, I would have only owed about 2 dollars most likely anyway which I would have no problem paying. Either way, I had been going there every week since I saw that the place was there but I wont be going back here. I'm a big advocate of excellent customer service and that was was handled horrible. read more
