This Giardino Salads opened in 2022 on University Drive in Coral Springs near Rita's Italian Ice, Gyroville, and First Watch. It is tucked in a back corner so it is a bit hidden from the street. After a little chit chat with the doctor I'm on a mission to clean up my diet for the next three months before another round of blood work. To that end I decided to make a healthier choice and stopped by Giardino's for lunch. Their menu offers hand crafted salads, wraps, grain bowls, and soup from locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. You can chose one of their selections or create your My Way by choosing a base, four toppings, a scoop of protein, dressing or sauce, and if you are ordering a salad croutons or plantain chips.
